Justin Bieber is already in trouble with the law for illegally defacing a building in Brazil this week. And now he’s also coming under fire foe what he actually drew on that building. The 19-year old posted a photo to Instagram yesterday of him putting the finishing touches on a monkey with a nose ring, a lip stud and a necklace. “This is my escape,” Justin wrote as a caption, but critics see it as something far worse than that. They believe the drawing has seriously racist undertones. “Someone needs to deck him, seriously,” wrote a Twitter user upon seeing this picture, while another noted that “he’s trying to be Chris Brown ,” and yet another scolded him: “Does he think we’re all monkeys?” Bieber clearly has made a lot of recent mistakes – stealing a bicycle from a security guard in Las Vegas? He may be motivated as much by staying out of prison as he is by actually getting better, but Chris Brown at least admits he has major issues with anger. The star and his attorney, Mark Geragos, went to the L.A. County Dept. of Probation Friday afternoon and had an hour-long talk with his new probation officer. Chris Brown Rehab Trip: Will it Keep Him Out of Jail? During that conversation, Chris Brown: Did not talk about being arrested for assault in D.C. last Sunday. Did talk a lot about his current stint inside a Malibu rehab facility. There, Brown’s treatment includes a heavy dose of psychological counseling, and sources say he could stay in the facility for as long as three months . So far the probation department is not impressed . Some sources have even said they’re gunning for Chris. But he’s doing all the right things here. The rehab trip, combined with new reports suggesting that Chris may have never hit the victim in D.C., could be enough to keep Brown a free man. Probation officials will submit a report to the judge in the Rihanna assault case next week, and will likely ask for a judge to revoke Brown’s probation. A judge doesn’t need a conviction in order to do that if he feels Chris is blatantly disregarding the law. He could also wait and see how it plays out, though. Chris Brown: Should he go to jail? Yes. If Chris Brown hoped that his stint in rehab for anger management would curry favor with those overseeing the Rihanna probation case, we have two words for him: McKayla Maroney. Sources say probation officials are not impressed and see right through what the star is trying to do by checking into rehab following his arrest for assault. Chris Brown in Rehab for Anger Management Problems L.A. County Probation Department insiders feel that Brown’s violent outbursts have become a disgrace and that the rehab ploy is “too little, too late.” The department is aggressively investigating Sunday’s incident in D.C., where Chris Brown was arrested for what is now a misdemeanor charge. Probation officers interviewed Chris Monday, hours before he received a goodbye kiss from Karrueche Tran and checked himself into a Malibu rehab center. A source familiar with the case says: “Probation is gunning for this guy. They’re embarrassed by what he’s done over the last two years and they’ve had it.” This certainly isn’t Breezy’s first brush with the law in the past four years since he was placed in probation (through late 2014) for the beating of Rihanna. Investigators will most likely submit a scathing report to the judge, who will decide whether to revoke Chris’ probation. This does not require a conviction. For a probation violation, he could face up to four years in prison at worst, regardless of the outcome of the assault case. It’s all up to a judge’s discretion. The judge could wait and see how the D.C. case plays out though. If the charges are dropped, that plus the rehab trip could keep him in the clear. You tell us: Should Chris Brown go to jail? Yes.
