Chris Brown has offered his unsolicited advice on Kanye West’s paparazzi woes, and he does speak from experience when it comes to public displays of range. If you missed it, Kanye exploded at paparazzi outside his house at 4 a.m. Friday, the latest in a string of dustups he’s had with aggressive cameramen. What does Chris should do about the recurring problem? Simple: “Hire some security or some street niggas to take care of the bullshit so u not explaining Yaself,” Chris advised Kanye via Twitter. That Tweet has since been deleted, but this observation is still up: “I hate how the media makes us look like aggressive animals. On some real shit If those cameras on ya property that means its trespassing,” he said. “$hit ain’t cool!” West says he will press charges against photographers who tried to talk to him while he was in his own garage and getting ready to leave for Paris. Kanye West Goes OFF on Paparazzo The 36-year-old rapper told them to “Shut the f–k up, it’s 4 am, you blood suckin’ mosquito! You bully! You f–kin’ mosquito bully! Mosquito bully!” West, who’s currently facing battery and attempted grand theft charges for allegedly attacking a paparazzo at LAX, has been doing his best to avoid them. That made the incident outside his house all the more ridiculous. It did not turn violent, but ‘Ye was clearly irate that he can’t get away from them. Brown’s advice about adding security might not be the worst idea. West, for his part, has not replied to Breezy, though he did continue his campaign against Jimmy Kimmel by tweeting that the talk show host is “evil.” He is now in Paris with baby mama Kim Kardashian .

Chris Brown Defends Kanye West Flipping On Paparazzi Outside Of His House As you may have already heard, anti-paparazzi frontman Kanye West had yet another run in with a thirsty photographer who was attempting to pump Ye for information while snapping pics outside of his home as he loaded his car to head to the airport with girlfriend Kim Kardashian at 4 AM. In light of the incident, media punching bag Chris Brown took to his Twitter to indirectly take up for Kanye and give his generalized 2 cents on the issue as someone who can relate to ruthless paparazzi rhetoric: Ironically, Kanye was on his way to the San Francisco airport to board a plane for Paris when the latest lash out took place, as his camp has advised him to steer clear of LAX airport. Why? To avoid any further run-ins with hounding paparazzi. SMH. We have to side with Breezy and Ye on this one. The U.S. House passed a short-term spending plan to continue funding government operations through mid-December but withhold funding for Obamacare. House Votes to Defund Obamacare In the never-ending battle over President Obama’s signature health-care law, the GOP fired the opening salvo in what promises to be a contentious 10 days. If the measure, which would extend government operations by only three months, or an alternative bill is not passed, the government will shut down. The legislation would fund federal agencies at an annual rate of over $986 billion but would also leave in place automatic spending cuts known as sequestration. Those are set to take place in January. The bill includes language to prohibit any funding going to implementing the health-care law, leading House GOP leaders to declare victory Friday. “The House has listened to the American people. Now it’s time for the United States Senate to listen to them as well,” said House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-OH). Also acknowledging that the proposal to end the health-care law is at the centerpiece of the budget plan was House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA). Whether it happens is another story. The Democratic-controlled Senate is expected to move quickly next week to strip the health-care provisions from the bill. Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said upon passage of the measure that any bill that defunds Obamacare “is dead” and “a waste of time” in the Senate. Still, House lawmakers voted by a 230-189 margin to approve the funding measure. Two Democrats voted for it. One Republican voted against it. “This place is a mess. We’re not here to expand government, but we’re not here to eliminate government,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said. “If the idea is to limit government, let’s work together to do that. But what is brought to the floor today is without a doubt a measure designed to shut down government.” The bill now moves to the Senate, where it has no chance of being passed in its current form.
