Until this past Friday. Odom’s aunt JaNean Mercer confirmed that the 36-year-old – who will not be charged with drug possession – is out and on the mend. “Lamar continues to make remarkable strides and we are asking that you continue to respect our privacy,” Mercer said in a statement. “Again we thank all of you greatly, your support has been paramount in helping to uplift us during these past last few difficult months.” Khloe’s estranged spouse spent the holidays with his kids, Lamar Odom Jr., 13, and Destiny, 17, in his hospital room in Los Angeles. Lamar Odom: Out of the Hospital! Finally!

A couple weeks after getting our first look at Lamar Odom in the hospital , we have even more exciting news for fans of the former basketball star: He’s now out of the hospital! View Slideshow: Lamar Odom: A Timeline of Tragedy Us Weekly sources confirm that Khloe Kardashian secretly moved her estranged husband to a private facility on Wednesday, keeping the decision as quiet as possible in order to avoid attention. Odom had initially been in a Las Vegas hospital and then a Los Angeles hospital ever since he fell unconscious in a Nevada brothel on October 13. The private facility, which will serve as a rehab center for the star, is located near Kardashian’s home in Beverly Hills. Odom spent Christmas with his kids – Lamar Odom Jr., 13, and Destiny, 17 – last month, celebrating the occasion from a hospital bed. “Lamar is doing way better. He was so happy the kids were there with him for Christmas and they were so happy to be with him,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time. “The kids were happy … to bring him gifts, all of his favorite things that they wrapped up. But the official divorce paperwork was never signed and then it was even legally revoked during Odom’s hospital stay in order for Khloe to make any necessary medical decisions as Lamar’s wife. While many took this maneuver as a sign that the stars were rekindling their romance, Khloe is still dating Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden. Lamar’s life hung in the balance shortly after he was admitted to the hospital in Las Vegas three months ago. But he’s now moving around without a walker and doctors have hope that he may make a full recovery. He still has a long way to go, however. We’re rooting for you, Lamar.

Jill Duggar Comes Under Fire For Photo of Baby Israel

It’s been a tough week for Jill Duggar on social media Yesterday, a photo of her family that Jill posted to Instagram had fans wondering about Derick Dillard’s health . Today, an innocent photo of her son, Israel, has dozens castigating Jill as a negligent mother. As you can see, the controversial photo shows Israel sitting on a blanket in front of a pile of Christmas presents – and an open electrical outlet. Yes, the outlet in the pic isn’t baby-proofed with plastic plug-style covers, and many Duggar fans (and haters) have taken to calling Jill and Derick out on their IG pages. Many have also wondered about the mark on Israel’s eye, which could be a bruise or simply a shadow. Jill and Derick have yet to offer an explanation. Regardless of your feelings on whether or not little Israel is soon to zap himself into the Promised Land, the debate that’s currently raging on Derick’s IG page is highly entertaining: “Look out for that electrical outlet, neglectful parents,” wrote one follower. “People today want children to be bubble wrapped. It’s pathetic,” another countered. We’d give more examples, but the comments on the photo feature plenty of language the Duggars wouldn’t approve of, because what’s the point of expressing your views if you’re not using all-caps and F-bombs aplenty? So sad… Stephen Hewett-Brown Dies After Being Crushed By An Elevator A 25-year-old New York man is making national headlines for his heroic act on New Year’s Eve. Stephen Hewett-Brown died on December 31 after he pushed a woman out of a faulty elevator before it fatally crushed him. The New York Post reports: ​A 25-year-old man ​wished “Happy New Year” to a woman just before he saved her life by shoving her from a faulty elevator that suddenly took a plunge — but the brave act cost him his own life, witnesses said. Stephen Hewett-Brown, 25, was in the crowded elevator at 131 Broome St. ​on Manhattan’s Lower East Side ​when Erudi Sanchez, 43, who lives in the building, ste​​pped inside around 11:45 p.m. with her 10-year-old nephew to throw out trash. “When I got into the elevator, I felt it dropping and I thought my feet would get caught in the gap but the man pushed me out and said, ‘Happy New Year,’” Sanchez told The Post on Friday in Spanish. But suddenly, the malfunctioning ​elevator dropped farther and Brown’s body was caught between ​it and the third floor, Sanchez said. “I saw he was trapped and the elevator was crushing him. It was awful,” she said. The woman’s son-in-law Emanuel Coronado, 23, desperately tried to pull Brown out, but it was too late. “I feel bad I couldn’t save him. I tried to pull him out but the weight of the elevator was too heavy,” said Coronado, who was still shaken up by the horrific accident. He said a woman in the elevator who appeared to be with Brown was in hysterics as she witnessed him being mangled. “She was crying. He was saying, ‘I can’t breathe. Please help me,’” Coronado recalled. ​“To me, he is a hero. My mother-in-law might not be alive right now.” R.I.P. to this hero. A new report points fingers at Kanye West for straying from his marital bed. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry , West is messing around with Savannah Winters, a model/dancer from Texas who performed on his tour. One of Winters’ alleged “close” friends from high school notified Fameolous  about the affair, claiming that West bought Winters a Mercedes for Christmas, and even invited her to his May 2014 wedding to Kim Kardashian. “I got some major tea for you but I have to remain anonymous,” the source told the site.   “One of my friends from high school is messing around with Kanye West her name is Savannah Winters she was the star on his tour I suspected they were messing around when he invited her to his wedding but last night it’s was confirmed when I went thru her phone i saw messages in regards to the Mercedes he bought her for Christmas I’m digging for more information. “And don’t believe the hype about Tory her boyfriend,” the source added.  “That’s a choreographer he knows about her life ass [sic] a high end escort since she was a Houston Rockets cheerleader. Jason Wingreen Dies; Voice of Boba Fett in Star Wars Was 95

Jason Wingreen – the Brooklyn-born actor best known as the voice of Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back – has passed away at the age of 95. Though he appeared in over 40 films and television series during his nearly five decades in the industry, Wingreen’s greatest legacy will always be his unforgettable role as one of the most iconic bad guys in the Star Wars universe. In addition to voicing the most badass bounty hunter in a galaxy far, far away, Wingreen played the recurring character Harry the Bartender on the classic sitcom All in the Family . He also appeared in such television classics as The Twilight Zone , Matlock , Star Trek and Seinfeld . Interestingly, Wingreen was chosen by producers to voice Boba Fett after he unsuccessfully auditioned for the role of Yoda. It was not publicly known that Wingreen voiced Boba until 2000.  Wingreen says he enjoyed a  “quiet, peaceful, unencumbered life” in the decades before he was outed as one of the franchise’s most beloved figures. After the news of his role became public knowledge, the veteran actor lived his final years as a sought-after cult figure. Leah Messer & Corey Simms: Are They Getting Back Together???

Are you two trying to tell us something? Just a few days before Christmas, Leah Messer shared a throwback photo of herself in the hospital with ex-husband Corey Simms, according to OK ! Magazine. The former couple welcomed their twin daughters, Aliannah and Aleeah that day in 2009. Messer also shared photos of her family members holding the newborns, so it’s not entirely suspicious that she would include Simms. Still, one can’t blame some Teen Mom fans for wanting them to get back together. About a month ago, Messer posted a cryptic quote on social media: “I got the boy, she got the man,” referring to Simms’ current wife, Miranda. On November 9th, Simms and Miranda  welcomed a baby girl , Remington Monroe Simms. Messer is currently dating T.R Dues, 33, and reportedly won’t allow Simms to have a sit-down with him. “Leah denies his requests, for some unknown reason” a source told Radar Online . “She won’t explain why they can’t meet . “Corey just wants to know that the girls are safe with this man.” Things are reportedly s o serious between Messer and Dues that an engagement is rumored to be on the horizon.
