Kim Kardashian and Kanye West rang in the new year with news that they are expecting baby #4 . With that exciting news, some fans of the Kardashian clan can’t help but wonder if another mother has plans to grow her family. After months of speculation, Khloe is finally answering the question on everyone’s mind. One (understandably) nosy fan just had to ask Khloe: “Are you thinking about having another baby?” Khloe tweeted back with a surprisingly honest reply. “Goodness I don’t know!” Khloe admits. That’s more or less the answer we expected, but it’s Khloe’s explanation of her feelings on the matter that seemed raw. “I love her so much,” Khloe says of baby True. “And I’m so complete because of her!” Khloe’s tweet continues as she explains what has her very tempted to give True a younger sibling. Khloe says that the feeling of wholeness that she gets from True is very encouraging. “I could only imagine another one would make me feel even more complete,” Khloe speculates. “But,” Khloe admits. “I just don’t know.” That expression of doubt contains multitudes, as we will expand upon shortly. “I guess only time will tell,” Khloe teases. “And,” Khloe concludes. “Whatever God wants for me.” The line about “whatever God wants for me” can be interpreted in multiple ways. She may mean that it depends upon her fertility, or the future of her relationship, viewing both through a religious lens. She could also mean that she may feel called, spiritually, to have another child — or not. Finally, Khloe could simply be adding that line as a statement of faith, indicating that the whole of her destiny is up to a higher power. The Kardashians as a whole are devout Christians, and that certainly applies to Khloe. When Khloe writes “I just don’t know,” fans pay attention. On the one hand, that could be based upon normal parenting concerns. Having one babies occupies just about 100% of your time. Adding a second child is more than simply twice the work, twice the emotional labor, twice the worries. Khloe can afford childcare like few people on this planet — so that’s less of an issue for her than for most parents. But her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, comes with a bountiful helping of baggage. Famously — and infamously — Tristan cheated on Khloe with multiple women. There were photos and there were videos of him with these women outside of hotels and in hookah bars. He did all of this while Khloe was pregnant with True. And the news broke the day before Khloe went into labor — just two days before True was born. Khloe has decided, for her own reasons, to remain with her cheating baby daddy — despite the concern of many who care about her. Bringing a second child into a family that seems to be teetering on the brink of breaking up, however, would be something else entirely. Some fans are leery of Khloe laying down any further ties with a man whom, they believe, is bound to cheat on her when he thinks it’s safe. Others are so enamored with baby True (who really is the cutest) that they just want to see more babies. Ultimately, the decision is Khloe’s. It’s not up to Tristan, it’s not up to Khloe’s family, and it’s certainly not up to her fans. We all have opinions about celebrities and their choices, but we need to keep perspective: it’s Khloe’s uterus and it’s Khloe’s life.
