This guy just keeps digging a bigger hole for himself. Chuck Smith Calls Phaedra An Ugly Duckling Hey, Chuck, pull your pants up, your hypocrisy is showing ! According to Gossip Extra: Retired NFL star Chuck Smith, a football consultant to several Miami Dolphins linemen, has been assailed on social media for his recent appearance on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Gossip Extra chatted exclusively with the 44-year-old Smith, and we asked him what he was thinking. “I should have talked about them (Phaedra and Kandi) in a different way,” Smith said. “And I should’ve given my wife a little more information about them. It’s just unfortunate I got caught in this situation.” “Why is what I did at 27 that important,” he told me. “It should be about what I do now, teaching the art of the pass rush and how to be a good NFL rookie. “I’ve been surprised at all these attacks, which are more directed at my wife than me.” Smith says he hooked up with Kandi because “she was nice” and “her momma cooked good food.” “But we were in a lifestyle of entertainment,” Smith said. “I had four girls in every corner of the stadium.” How about sexy attorney Phaedra? “Phaedra was just the ugly duckling from the sixth grade,” he said. “It’s unfortunate she got caught up in this.” Now, now, Chuck, don’t kick dirt on your old work. At one point, they were your favorite girls. WENN

As many as 4.6 million users of Snapchat recently had their usernames and phone numbers hacked, and the company may be out big bucks as a result. Like really big bucks. The security breach is bad news for founder Evan Spiegel and other investors in the so-called “sexting” app valued in the billions. Snapchat Hacked Snapchat, for those unfamiliar with it, allows users to send text messages, pictures, and videos that self-destruct just seconds after being received. The whole company’s hook is that messages can’t be stored on incoming phones or devices and are also erased from Snapchat servers immediately. That means there’s no potentially incriminating or embarrassing evidence left behind anyone you know (or don’t know) who’s perusing your selfies or texts. Spiegel and his Stanford fraternity buddies reportedly invented Snapchat as a way to securely “sext” co-eds with impunity but the app has since expanded. According the company, Snapchat processed a staggering 350 million messages last September alone, up about six-fold from the prior February. The leak included not the pics, texts and messages themselves but just usernames and phone numbers, the company says, but skepticism remains. Last fall Spiegel reportedly turned down as much as $3 billion from Facebook and $4 billion from Google. Yes, he turned down billions with a B. The basis of the offers was Snapchat’s coolness with the kids and potential for grown-ups, making it well worth that sum to the two giants he rejected. But is Snapchat’s valuation and credibility in danger now if it’s as vulnerable as it appears from a security perspective, and offers no anonymity? Snapchat seems laid-back about the issue, issuing a snarky statement expressing gratitude for the individuals who brought the problems to their attention. Yet if the company is this easily hacked by a group whose sole motivation seems to be embarrassing the company, what happens with a more nefarious attacker? It doesn’t take much for an app or web phenom to lose its mojo. Time will tell if Evan Spiegel just passed on $4 billion for a company that just lost its reason to exist.

You big dummy. Man Impersonates Cop To Get Discount On Donuts Those donuts must have been hella good. According to ABC 7: Pasco County Sheriff Deputies arrest a man after he tried to get a discount on donuts by impersonating a law enforcement officer. Deputies say 48-year-old Charles “Chuck” Barry went to the drive-thru of a Trinity Dunkin’ Donuts last week, and after identifying himself as law enforcement, asked for a discount on his order of donuts. When the clerk refused to give him the discount, Barry allegedly held up a gun — still in its holster — and said, “See, I’m a cop!” The witness told investigators Barry never pointed the gun at him or took it out of its holster. The next day he went through the drive-thru again and the manager took down his license plate tag. On November 12, surveillance was set up at Dunkin Donuts and a Deputy with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office observed Barry driving away from the business. A traffic stop was conducted and while speaking with Barry the deputy observed he had a law enforcement badge in his wallet. He was also carrying a .38 caliber revolver in his front pocket. He was positively identified by store personnel and arrested on above mentioned charges. Barry was charged with one count of False Impersonation of a law Enforcement Officer and Improper Exhibition of a Firearm. The dumbazz went back to the scene of the crime. Dayum. Shutterstock
NAACP Rallies At Chuck E. Cheese On Behalf Of Special Needs Child via Atlanta Journal-Constitution Special needs parents joined a group of civil rights activists outside a Chuck E. Cheese in Smyrna this weekend. The NAACP organized the rally after a father claimed he and his 9-year-old special needs daughter were mistreated by employees when he tried to take her to the restroom back in May. Mark Eschoe said his daughter, Marley, was excited to attend a friend’s party at the restaurant located at Cumberland Boulevard. She had just gotten out of the hospital after suffering two strokes within six months, caused by brain aneurisms. “We were there for about 20 minutes when she finally said, ‘Hey Daddy, I have to go to the bathroom,’” Eschoe said. Eschoe said the men’s room was full, but a waitress told him the women’s room was empty. He said as he started to take Marley into the women’s room, a manager stepped in, became agitated and said, “No.” “She just went, ‘You know what? I’m done. I’m not going to inconvenience my patrons. I don’t care if she’s special needs. I’m not going to treat her any differently,’” Eschoe said. Eschoe and his wife, who was not there, said not providing an alternative for their daughter, violates the American’s with Disabilities Act. Great to see the NAACP taking a stand on behalf of this precious little girl. Do you agree that they should have let the father take her to the women’s restroom?
Some women can be so vindictive. Woman Impersonates Husband’s Girlfriend And Posts Sex Ads On Craigslist She needs her azz whooped for putting that girl’s business out there and exposing her to box-thirsty perverts. According to Mail Online A woman impersonated her estranged husband’s girlfriend and posted ads on Craigslist for men to come to her home for sex, police said today. Samantha Weber, 38, from Houston, is accused of putting an ad on the classifieds website on April 18 featuring a picture of Heather McCarthy, from Cypress. It also had a ‘statement of desire for any men to come to her house for the purposes of sexual activity’ and listed her address. The victim contacted the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office to report that a number of strange men had come to her home looking for sex. She said she was in fear for her safety and denied placing any ad on Craigslist. When her boyfriend – Weber’s estranged husband – confronted one of the men, he showed him the classified ad, according to court documents. Investigators obtained subpoenas from Craigslist.com, AT&T Wireless and Google and were able to trace the ad to Weber’s phone number and email address. She was also the account holder of the IP address, Click2Houston reports. A search warrant revealed emails in Weber’s account from persons responding to the ad, investigators say. She has been charged with online impersonation. Her bail is set at $5,000. SMH. Click 2 Houston
Lamar is trying his best to stay on the Kardashian’s good side. Lamar Odom Slams Dad’s Comments And Defends Kardashians Earlier, Lam Lam’s dad blamed the Kardashians for his kid’s drug problem. Now, Lamar is pissed.. Tell ‘em why you mad. According to US Weekly Lamar Odom is back, and he’s not messing around this time. The athlete, who has been largely MIA in the past few weeks following an estrangement from wife Khloe Kardashian, took to Twitter on Tuesday, Sept. 24, to slam his father Joe Odom for speaking poorly of the Kardashians. “Won’t continue 2 speak on this but I have got 2 let this out real quick,” the impassioned former NBA player wrote. “I have let this man and many other get away with a lot of sh-t. He wasn’t there 2 raise me. He was absent ALL of my life due to his own demons. My mother and grandmother raised me. Queens raised me.” Earlier this week, Joe spoke with Radar Online, telling the outlet that he thought Odom, 33, would be “better off” without the Kardashian clan. “They brought him down,” the elder Odom said. “Let him go and get his life together. I think the best thing for him would be to have a clean break, divorce Khloe and as a single man try and get his life back together.” In Odom’s lengthy rant, however, the athlete not only slammed Joe for speaking out, but also defended the Kardashian family, calling them a “blessing of a FAMILY” that he married into. “That man wasn’t even invited to my wedding,” he continued. “He has never met my mother in law and some of my other family. How can a man who has NOT once called me to check on my well being have the nerve to talk so recklessly about his own ‘son.’ He is my downfall!” Odom’s relationship with estranged wife Khloe, 29, has been on thin ice since news of his drug addictions first surfaced late last month. The athlete, who was reportedly in and out of rehab earlier this month, told paparazzo that he was “good” in response to questions of a drug problem. The athlete even chuckled when asked if he had spoken with Khloe recently. “Of course! That’s my wife. Of course,” he said at the time. In Tuesday’s diatribe, Odom further slammed Joe’s “careless” statements. “He’s disrespecting the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return,” he wrote, referring to the Kardashians. “They are the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time. Only person 2 blame is myself.” “Say what you want about me but leave the ones who have done nothing but protect and love me out of this!” he continued. “This goes to out to everyone!” Do you think Lamar standing up for the Kardashian clan will win Khloe back?
Serena Williams Wins 2013 US Open Championship Serena is a beast !!! According to CBS News: Fussing with her skirt and flubbing her shots, Serena Williams was troubled in the U.S. Open final by the swirling air and the strong play of Victoria Azarenka. After one miss, Williams declared, “I can’t play in this wind.” After blowing a big second-set lead, Williams chucked her racket toward the sideline, and it bounced back onto the court. In the end, Williams pulled herself together, as she usually does when it matters the most. Facing her first test of the past two weeks, the No. 1-seeded Williams overcame No. 2 Azarenka 7-5, 6-7 (6), 6-1 on Sunday for a fifth championship at Flushing Meadows and second in a row. “As impressive as her final set was, the bigger achievement may have been handling both her nerves as well as the swirling winds throughout Arthur Ashe Stadium,” writes CBS Sports’ Mike Singer. Williams, who turns 32 in 2-and-a-half weeks, raised her Grand Slam singles title count to 17, the sixth-most in history and one shy of Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert. Williams collected a $3.6 million prize, including a $1 million bonus for producing the best results during the North American summer hard-court circuit leading up to the U.S. Open. Helped by nine aces, one at 126 mph, Williams improved to 67-4 with a career-best nine titles in 2013. Since a first-round exit at the 2012 French Open, Williams is 98-5 with 14 titles, winning four of the past six Grand Slam tournaments. But this one did not come easily, even though it appeared to be nearly over when Williams went ahead by two breaks at 4-1 in the second set. Williams served for the match at 5-4 and 6-5 — only to have the gutsy Azarenka break each time. This was a rematch of last year’s final, also won by Williams in three sets, and two-time Australian Open champion Azarenka provided another challenge with her big swings off both wings. Williams wound up holding there with a 104 mph ace, part of what seemed to be a match-altering stretch. She won five consecutive games and 16 of 18 points to take the first set and go up a break in the second. Her lead grew to 4-1 in the second set, before Azarenka made things competitive again. Azarenka is responsible for two of Williams’ four losses this season. And entering Sunday, Azarenka was 31-1 on hard courts this season, and she showed why for portions of the final, playing far better than she had in her preceding six matches in New York. But she simply could not keep pace with Williams, who eventually adjusted to her opponent and the wind that topped 15 mph. Williams put aside her issues to finish with a 36-17 edge in winners. The first time Williams served for the championship, at 5-4, Azarenka hit a cross-court forehand winner for break point, then forced a backhand long. Williams came right back to break for a 6-5 edge. But on her second chance to serve it out, she double-faulted to get broken for the fourth time Sunday. Congrats, Serena!!!!!
Kendrick Lamar commented for the first time about his controversial verse on Big Sean’s “Control” this week, saying it was all about leaving a mark on the genre. Lamar told Los Angeles radio station Power 106, saying he just wanted to rap and that the purpose of the verse wasn’t merely to put people on notice. Kendrick Lamar Talks Smack – Don’t Kill His Vibe “I think it’s a case of maybe I should dumb down my lyrics just a little bit,” Lamar chuckled as he addressed the particularly inflammatory “king of New York” claim. “The irony of that line is that the people who actually understood it and got it were the actual kings of New York, you know, me sitting down with them this past week.” Lamar, who met with Jay-Z and Diddy, says they know it’s “not about being the king of whatever coast, it’s about leaving a mark as great as Biggie, as great as [2Pac].” He said the conversations he has had with Jay-Z and Diddy, who called out Lamar after the song leaked, about the track have been “all love, all respect.” “I think the ones that really took it out of context was the people that want to grab a story, an opportunity off the hype of the record,” the rapper added . “Rather than actually tuning in and listening and knowing how hungry I am. A lot of people think it’s all about talent, that’s where they get it wrong.” “I’m saying I’m the most hungry. I respect the legends in the game, I respect the people that done it before me, the people that lost their lives over this.” “Because of what they laid down for us,” Kendrick concluded. “I’m gonna try to go harder, breathe it and live it – that’s the point of the whole verse.” That and to call out Lindsay Lohan , Drake, J. Cole, A$AP Rocky … you name it. Seriously, you gotta hear it if you haven’t starting around the 3:30 mark: Big Sean – Control Ft. Kendrick Lamar
