The Hong Kong Observatory said meteorologists within the next few hours may issue a warning, called a No. 3 Strong Wind Signal, indicating sustained winds may reach 41 kph to 62 kph with gusts of more than 110 kph. 115 Dead In Southern China Flood

A torrent of floods which is caused by heavy storms have killed 115 individuals in Southern China. According to weather reports, there are still 21 people who are missing. The emergency rescue teams have been sent across Southern China to help the 685,000 victims who were advised to evacuate. A statement on the Ministry of Civil Affairs website was released that the storm had caused £1.53 billion damages. Chen who is an official at the Hunan Water Bureau said that the rain was severe but it begins to subside. 13 provinces were affected by the flood including Guangdong, Sichuan and Zhejiang. Seacrest Stalker: Army Trained, Charged with Stalking

The L.A. County District Attorney’s office has formally charged Chidi Uzomah, 25, with felony stalking after he came looking for Ryan Seacrest last week in L.A. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a prior court order after allegedly assaulting a guard at Children’s Hospital in Orange County.
