It is officially on between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. For real this time. Not long after Humphries’ lawyer questioned why Kim’s pregnancy should play any role in her divorce case against his client, Kardashian has gone on the offensive against the Nets power forward. In a declaration filed today, Kim says that Humphries isn’t simply irritating her by dragging his legal feet… he’s putting the “health and well-being of my unborn child” at risk. This assertion follows the claim that Kardashian has been experiencing severe pregnancy pains as a result of divorce-related stress. Kim says she simply wants to move on and that an official split “will help create a new, full life for me,” once again using her fetus as a figurative weapon against her ex-lover. Overall, Kardashian argues, Humphries “is in control of my misery” and she wants this mess to be over. And, finally, on that, THG has found something on which it can Kim Kardashian can agree. It’s his birthday , and he’ll whine if he wants to. In new court documents filed Tuesday, Kris Humphries brings up the Kim Kardashian baby in the room and wonders why his wife’s pregnancy should play any factor at all in this ex-couple’s ongoing divorce battle. Claiming his client should not be pressured to speed up the process, Marshall Waller writes : “What is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.” With Kardashian worried about her fetus due to this never-ending legal battle, Humphries’ team asks: “Why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?” The divorce proceedings have dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half now, yet Humphries is basically saying he doesn’t understand the rush to complete them. He also insists on present for Kim’s deposition… but his work schedule prevents this from happening until at least the middle of May.

Son Of Former L.A. Lakers Player Nick Van Exel Convicted Of Murder The 22-year-old son of former famed L.A. Lakers baller Nick Van Exel has been convicted of murder and is set to be sentenced on Friday.  The attorney for Van Exel’s son says the incident was an “accidental” shooting that took place while his client and the deceased were playing around with a loaded shotgun. via The Grio North Texas jury has found the 22-year-old son of former NBA player Nick Van Exelguilty of murder in the shooting death of a longtime friend. A Dallas County jury deliberated about 2½ hours before returning its guilty verdict Thursday against Nickey Maxwell Van Exel. Prosecutors had sought a capital murder conviction. They say Van Exel fatally shot Bradley Bassey Eyo in December 2010 and dumped his body at Lake Ray Hubbard on the eastern outskirts of Dallas. Van Exel’s attorney had said the two were playing with a shotgun at Van Exel’s Garland home, and that Van Exel didn’t know the gun was loaded. So his laywer didn’t think the whole “it was an accident” thing kind of lost credibility when his client decided to dump the body in the Lake afterwards? SMH.  Poor Nick. Photo Credit: Kye R. Chris Brown Likens Self to Jesus; Feeling Crucified in Wake of Frank Ocean Melee?

Chris Brown is apparently feeling crucified since his fight with Frank Ocean. Yesterday, the 23-year-old R&B star, who also paints in his spare time, posted a new photo on Instagram of Jesus on the cross, with a not-so cryptic caption: “Painting the way I feel today,” he wrote. Although he seems to have an extremely hard time taking his own advice, the controversial and often embattled singer also added, “Focus on what matters!” Accounts of the Chris Brown-Frank Ocean fight vary. The alleged altercation involving the stars and their posses occurred at a W. Hollywood recording studio parking lot Sunday night, then moved into the lobby. Officials said “Chris Brown and the victim were involved in an altercation over a parking space. The ruckus allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim.” Ocean, who claims Brown threw the first punch, is only listed as the victim because he stayed and spoke to police, while Brown and his people left. Chris has not been charged with a crime, however, and isn’t likely to be; his lawyer says he can and will speak to police because he did nothing wrong. Moreover, Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, says that studio surveillance footage of the incident also proves that his client did not punch anybody. What actually happened remains to be seen, although there is a history of animosity between the two that likely contributed to emotions growing heated.

Ronaiah Tuiasosopo to Sit Down with Dr. Phil

Ronaiah Tuiasosopo is about to bare all to Dr. Phil. According to TMZ sources, the man who has allegedly admitted to masterminding the Manti Te’o girlfriend hoax recorded an interview with the attention-starved psychologist yesterday and it will air some time next week. Described as “emotional and deep,” the sit-down reportedly took place after Tuiasosopo and Dr. Phil watched the Manti Te’o interview with Katie Couric, during which the linebacker denied any role in the scheme. Te’o has said Tuiasosopo Tweeted him an apology for orchestrating the hoax, while insiders tell TMZ he did so simply to get close to Manti. Ronaiah’s attorney, meanwhile, claims his client was the one to actually voice Lenny Kekua in every phone call with Te’o. The Dr. Phil interview will mark Tuiasosopo’s first public comments on the complicated, sordid topic.

Ronaiah Tuiasosopo Lawyer Describes Client as Regretful, "Troubled"

The lawyer for Ronaiah Tuiasosopo has come out and admitted his client was behind the Manti Te’o girlfriend hoax; is very sorry about creating such a mess; and never intended to cause the football star any pain. Speaking to The New York Daily News , Milton Grimes says Tuiasosopo posed as Lennay Kekua on every phone call with Te’o, detailing the former’s extensive vocal and dramatic training, as well as the fact that Tuiasosopo tried out last year for The Voice . “Come on, Hollywood does it all the time,” Grimes said to those who doubt a man could pull this off. “People can do that.” Grimes, who represented Rodney King when he won a multi-million dollar judgment against Los Angeles, also confirms Tuiasosopo ganked Facebook photos of high school classmate Diane O’Meara to use as Lenny – and never meant anyone any harm. “This wasn’t a prank to make fun,” Grimes told the newspaper. “It was establishing a communication with someone… It was a person with a troubled existence trying to reach out and communicate and have a relationship.” Tuiasosopo is reportedly seeing a mental health professional and wants to tell his side of the story, the attorney said, but he’s trying to adjust the admission to a California law that makes it a crime to create a false identity on the Internet. It went into effect on January 1. “He’s torn by this,” Grimes said. “He didn’t mean for anyone to be hurt. Anything that he has done, he has apologized to those he could apologize to.”

Colette Harrington Accuses Justin Bieber of Rude Gym Behavior, Possible Water Bottle Spitting

Everyone is hating on Justin Bieber these days. Just hours after a report leaked that claims Bieber slept with Mimi Jenson while still dating Selena Gomez , a North Carolina radio host named Colette Harrington has come out and accused Bieber of acting like a total jerk inside a gym yesterday. Here is what she alleges went down: Working out at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel alongside Bieber and a couple members of his entourage, Harrington says Bieber rebuffed her request for a photo. He then went on to mock her workout routine, as Harrington explains to TMZ : “I always count out out loud my reps. Then Justin starts imitating me and whenever I’d get to 20 he and his buddy would say ‘Shut the F’ck up.'” After doing her best to ignore the insults, Colette says someone – who may have been Bieber or an individual in his group – actually spit Gatorade into her water bottle when her back was turned. Harrington filed a complaint with the hotel and added that she plans to sell the water bottle on eBay and will donate the profits to a local Ronald McDonald house where she volunteers. Bieber’s rep, meanwhile, denies all allegations. He simply says his client was working out at the gym with a trainer and the duo were trading jokes with one another, not directing any barbs at anyone else. Do you believe him?
