It’s turning into quite a banner year for festival skin, because the spectacular reports just keep pouring in from our Skin Skout at Sundance. Here’s the latest: Sweetwater stars January Jones as a steely beauty in the Wild West, and she gives up the breast look yet at her double barrels an hour and 10 minutes in. January has slipped a nip before in The Three Burials of Melquaides Estrada (2005), but this nude scene is a full on funbags shot in broad daylight. More after the jump!

TV Nudity Report: Shameless, Californication, Banshee [PICS]

The second episode of Shameless brought us a twofer of TV nudity with Emmy Rossum getting slippery in the shower, and Emma Greenwell baring buns while strolling around sans pants. Californication also waited until its second episode to bring out the big guns, with a brief but beautiful boob debut from Maggie Grace in a loose shirt. The foxy former Lost star has only bared a hint of buttcrack before, and if the rumors are true, there’s plenty more pink to come! Mr. Skin Congratulates This Year’s Oscar Nominudes [PICS]

The nominees for the 85th Annual Academy Awards were announced this morning in Los Angeles, and Steven Spielberg ’s Lincoln (2012) is leading the pack of heavy hitters up for Oscar gold. Now there’s only one question on skin fans minds- which of the actresses got nude for their roles? For this year’s nominudes we first turn to the Best Actress race where Naomi Watts made a skin splash in the tsunami drama The Impossible (2012), and octogenarian Emmanuelle Riva flashed her finely-aged French funbaguettes in Amour (2012) to become the oldest-ever performer nominated. Unsurprisingly Helen Hunt cinched a place in the Best Supporting Actress category for baring every inch of her MILFtastic majesty as a sex surrogate in The Sessions (2012). More after the jump!

FX is rapidly becoming a fan favorite here at Skin Central for being one of the few commercially dependent cable channels that really delivers the nude goods. Just last month they graced us with Nadine Velazquez ’s bodacious buns during a well lit scene on The League , and last night presented a posterior view of the asstastic Aja Evans over on Justified . Get ready to shuffle your queue, because we’re on Netflix purely for the skin! Courteney Cox Promises Cans in Cougar Town Bait and Switch [PICS]

Courteney Cox ’s sitcom Cougar Town is switching over to TBS from ABC, and the former Friends star is baiting viewers who harbor hopes of laxer nudity clauses: “You will not see one scene that I don’t show my boobs. You know what? I’m getting older, so I’ve decided at this point I’m taking less focus off the face, and focusing here (points to chest). By the time I’m much older, I will just be absolutely nude. I think it’s gonna work for me, I hope.” Unfortunately there will be no actual nudity on the show since what Ms. Cox considers showing her boobs is clarified by Executive Producer Bill Lawrence as: “Courteney did declare this year the year of her cleavage.” Cleavage isn’t exactly nudity, Ms. Cox, but don’t worry, skin fans, here’s what Courteney is keeping under wraps.
