Former U.S. Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell defended her decision to walk off Piers Morgan Tonight , but also responded with a good-natured Tweet after the host took a dig at her past as a witch. “Ms O’Donnell wasn’t happy about me quizzing her re withcraft and sex. But really flipped at gay marriage Qs. Ripped mike and fled,” Piers said. “My first ever walk-out in 25 years of interviews … do you think Christine O’Donnell is going to put a witch’s curse on me now?” Piers then did the professional thing, inviting Christine back on his show to discuss the walk-off. But she respectfully declined on Twitter. “Piers, thanks for the invite. Schedule is already packed, maybe another night. No hard feelings, you cheeky bugger,” she wrote. And that’s that. The sorceress/politician told Fox News earlier today that she didn’t come on CNN to speak about those hot button issues, and wanted to discuss other topics instead … except that Piers wouldn’t STFU about sex! Saying she found Piers’ line of questioning to be “inappropriate” and “borderline creepy,” the Republican from Delaware added: “I was not there to talk about sex – and he would not stop trying to talk about sex.” For the record, gay marriage is a broader topic than just sex, but with this piece of work, we don’t expect logic to resonate, so forget it. Or, to be more specific, the numerous puns associated with Depardieu’s ridiculous action led to an uncontrollable laughing fit from the anchor. “Some unlucky cleaning crew had to deal with the Golden Globe-winning tinkle. Graphic photos found on the camera of a man Robyn Gardner was with have deepened the mystery surrounding the Maryland woman’s disappearance. Robyn was supposed to be in Orlando with her parents – or so she told her boyfriend, Richard Forester. In reality, she went on a vacation to Aruba. Now the 35-year-old is missing and presumed dead. Gary Giordano , a 50-year-old Maryland businessman with a disturbing past, remains in custody. The mystery has only deepened as authorities in Aruba begin releasing details from the investigation, such as images that are “beyond pornographic.” No other information about the photos has been revealed, and it’s still not known exactly when the pictures – on Gary Giordano’s camera – were taken. It is also difficult to determine whether the acts are consensual, says Julia Renfro, editor-in-chief of Aruba Today, the island’s English language daily. “You only see organs,” Renfro tells People Magazine , disturbingly. “You don’t know if she is awake. There are other pictures where she is posing naked.” It’s the latest surprise in a case that had already gained notoriety because of its parallels to the unsolved disappearance of Natalee Holloway, 18. The suspect in that case, which captivated the nation in 2005, is Joran van der Sloot, who is being tried this fall in Peru for another murder. As far as Robyn Gardner is concerned, leads have been provocative. Along with the photos, authorities are looking into a $1.5 million accidental death insurance policy Giordano reportedly took out on Gardner before the trip.

Four people died and 40 more were injured after a stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair last night, just before the country band Sugarland performed. High winds are believed to have been the cause of the tragedy. The collapse was partially captured by a concert-goer. Watch: Sugarland Concert Stage Collapse The stage collapse was as unexpected as it was lethal. “The wind just picked up and the stage just caught and the roof just caught and it went up like a sail and then it crashed forward into the people standing in the front,” said a reporter for WANE-TV in Indiana. “There were people trapped underneath and everyone was running and screaming. They were asking any medics or nurses not to leave.” Our condolences to the families of those were were lost.
According to Corey Feldman, former child star and best friend of the late Corey Haim, child molestation has run rampant in the entertainment industry. “The No. 1 problem in Hollywood was and is and always will be pedophilia,” he said Wednesday, adding that the “casting couch” exists for children, too. The actor has said that he was raped by his assistant as a child. “It’s something that will be addressed in my inner soul for the rest of my life, and it’s something that truly affects me,” he told GQ magazine.
