The troubled actress is gonna be baring all … we’re talking full frontal and rear Lindsay Lohan nude action, plus no-holds-barred shots of you-know-where. We’re talking straight vagina people. Well, mostly straight … right Sam?! TMZ first reported that Lohan’s Playboy spread would feature “the holy trifecta” of nudity, or as one source close to Playboy put it, “boobs, ass, and vag.” Not that she won’t be compensated well for it. Lindsay recently cleared almost a million dollars with the magazine for a full pictorial in the coming months. Yesterday, she finally wrapped a titillating four-day shoot. Reports circulated Lindsay would pull one of those lame “semi-nude” deals – all side boob, covered by sheets, a.k.a. the Heidi Montag shoot. No way man. The Lindsay Lohan photos will be “tastefully done,” but she’s still going balls out. Lohan’s bust could be Playboy’s biggest … or a much-needed fiscal jolt.
