Desiree Hartsock on The Bachelorette: I Want to Go Home!

Desiree Hartsock was so jaded by the James Case saga that she wanted to leave The Bachelorette. But does she really end up with no one, as reported? The Bachelorette spoilers shed light on that, but regardless of how accurate those are, Desiree took it hard when James’ shadiness was exposed. As a girl who made a terrible rap video about the “right reasons” for being on the show, The Bachelorette star found it to be a tough pill to swallow. After James allegedly implied to his co-stars that he saw his “journey” as a stepping stone to becoming The Bachelor next January, Des was hurt. This followed Bryden Vukasin abruptly leaving after flying all the way to Germany, and Des learning that Ben Scott totes had ulterior motives too. Reports even suggest she almost abandoned the show after this, or that it contributed to her picking no one , depending on what or who you believe. “There were several moments where she said ‘I want to go home,'” a show insider revealed of Des’ mindset. “She thought ‘What else is going to happen?'” According to the source, Desiree went so far as to have “multiple conversations with producers about going home. There were a lot of tears behind the scenes.” “It got very emotional and real. This was not an easy process. What you didn’t seen on camera was how much she really struggled with letting James go.” The insider tells Hollywood Life that “James completely sabotaged himself, but Desiree was very discouraged … she wondered if anyone was there for her.” Who is there for Des? And does it work out in the end? Follow the link above for Bachelorette spoilers …

Super Mario Bros.: Reenacted With Food in Vine Video!

Ever wondered what Super Mario Bros. would look like if it were recreated with food? If so … you probably smoke more pot than Justin Bieber and should cool it. If not, behold, a Vine user has brought this concept to fruition! Super Mario Bros. as Food, Part I Super Mario Bros. as Food, Part II Hunter Harrison used Vine to reenact the 8-bit NES classic, making a red fruit snack Mario sprints through a delicious land of graham crackers and Cheez-Its. In a follow-up video, Mario deftly dodges a Koopa Troopa shell, ascends the Cheez-It wall and leaps to grap the flagpole and reach the Chex castle at last. Hopefully for his next video, Hunter makes one with healthy recipes . But for now, this is another testament to the greatness of the web. And a stocked pantry.

Sheena Monnin Loses Appeal, Must Pay Miss USA Pageant $5 Million

Tough break today for former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin in court. She lost an appeal and owes Miss USA $5 million for defaming the organization. Monnin resigned as Miss Pennsylvania last year, saying Miss USA contest was rigged – claims that did not hold water in the eyes of a judge. She claimed another contestant learned the top five finishers hours before the show, then turned in her crown when those contestants were named during the show. She posted a series of messages on Facebook and spoke publicly about her claims. Doanld Trump’s Miss Universe Organization sued her immediately. An arbitrator ruled against her in December, and determined that her allegations cost the pageant a $5 million fee from a potential 2013 sponsor. U.S. District Court Judge J. Paul Oetken upheld the decision. Monnin appealed, claiming the arbitrator overstepped his authority, his decision disregarded law, and she didn’t know the hearing was taking place. The judge disagreed on each of those grounds. Sheena Monnin , of Cranberry, Pa., said in a Facebook post Thursday evening that she is glad the truth is out there, regardless of the outcome. “This is not about me being a ‘sore loser’ or wanting my ’15 minutes of fame'” she wrote, sticking by a story that has been widely disregarded. “This is about the MUO’s admission under oath that they manipulate the judges’ results to suit their own ends. This is not what they advertise to the public.” Miss USA organizers think Monnin resigned because she disagreed with a decision to allow transgender contestants, then sought to trash the pageant. They made public text from an email Monnin sent citing the decision to allow natural-born males into the competition as the reason for her resignation. A transgender contestant was initially denied entry to the Miss Universe Canada pageant because she was born male, but Trump overruled that decision. Olivia Culpo of Rhode Island won the Miss USA pageant that year. Monnin wrote on Facebook page that her legal fees amount to more than $50,000 and she needed financial support, including a link for donations. Don’t hold your breath on that note, Sheena. Trump’s lawyer said he applauded the judge’s decision but was surprised Monnin stood by her story. “I’m shocked to see that she has yet to learn her lesson. I thought she would be smarter the second time around,” attorney Michael Cohen said.

Vanessa Hudgens In Sexy Leggings

After a few weeks off, I’m happy to report that it looks like Vanessa Hudgens is back to her old ways, showing off her booty in a pair of leggings as she goes… somewhere. OK, so I’m not really sure about the where part since I pretty much stopped digging as soon as I came across the pictures. But don’t knock my reporter skills, because I still managed to answer the three most important questions in journalism: who, what, and how does her booty look in those leggings? Photos: Fameflynet

17th Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant Pictures

In today’s important bikini-related news, Hooters held their annual swimsuit pageant recently, which is a pretty big deal for a professional bikini blogger like myself. Of course, it would’ve been much easier for me to cover this momentous event if I’d been invited, or better yet, asked to judge. Anyway, as far as I can tell from the cheap seats, the girl from Kentucky won. I think they made a pretty good choice, but without being able to get up close and personal with the competition, it’s hard to say for sure. Not that I’m bitter or anything. I just think it’s important the best women wins. » view all 42 photos Photos: WENN.com
