RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the former Olympian recently underwent full gender reassignment surgery, and is now legally considered a woman. Jenner, 65, underwent the grueling surgery “over three weeks ago,” an insider told Radar. “The procedure involved reshaping Bruce’s male genitalia into that of a woman. He was very happy with the results, but didn’t realize how grueling the recovery would be.” “The surgery was more than eight hours long,” the source said. “In the immediate aftermath, Bruce thought he had a urinary tract infection, but it was simply the pain from the procedure.” Over the weekend, Jenner was publicly spotted with long blonde locks — his first public outing since April 30. While that celebrity and other famous women continue to fight for nudity on social media, Instagram has at least changed a policy that irked many parents across the land: One is now permitted to share breastfeeding photos online. View Slideshow: Celebrity Breastfeeding Pictures According to new Instagram rule, “women actively breastfeeding are allowed” as photo subjects, as are ladies who are showing “photos of post-mastectomy scarring.” The site even now says that “nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.” While Kim Kardashian can’t just go spread eagle on the website still, a statement on Instagram explains the basis for these changes. It reads: “We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature.” However, “for a variety of reasons,” the site says it does not allow actual “nudity,” elaborating with what it means: “This includes photos, videos and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks.” The parent-based changes arrive months after Alyssa Milano, Jaime King, Alanis Morisette, Doutzen Krous and other stars documented their breastfeeding moments for all to see online and complained over backlash to them. “I just think it’s important for women to feel comfortable feeding their babies wherever,” Milano previously told E! News. “If we’re in public, we shouldn’t have to go in the bathroom.” About a year ago, Facebook also altered its Community Standards policy to allow for breastfeeding images, with new mothers such as Olivia Wilde and Gisele Bündchen supporting the move by posting photos of themselves supplying their babies with nutrition.

The 16-year-old high junior was spotted touring NYU this morning, with her mom and a Secret Service detail in tow. In the afternoon, the Obamas headed uptown to Columbia University, where they chowed down at Community Food and Juice on Broadway off 112th Street. An NYU student launched Malia Mania by telling a student newspaper, NYU Local, that he had accidentally stepped into an elevator with the First Lady, her daughter and the security detail as they were taking a private tour of the Goddard Hall dorm. “Apparently everyone was told that the elevators were ‘shut down’ for the 10 minutes they were in the building … but I knew the truth!” the student source told NYU Local. Is Breezy FINALLY getting his life together? Chris Brown Working Overtime To Complete Probation Requirements According to TMZ reports : Chris Brown has made community service his full time job for the last 6 weeks … and his goal is to get it all done within weeks. We’ve learned, since November 13, Chris has been doing physical labor 6 hours a day, 5 days a week to complete his 1,000 hours by the next court hearing in mid-January. There have been a few weeks where work has gotten in the way, but the drill is 6/5. Chris’ community service in the Rihanna case requires hard labor, and we’re told he’s working at a facility approved by the Probation Dept., painting, cleaning, trash removal, moving furniture … stuff like that. Last Friday Chris put his 6 hours in and then jumped on a plane to Jacksonville, FL where he performed that night at the Memorial Arena. He then flew to Columbia, South Carolina for a Saturday show, then on to Birmingham, AL for a Sunday performance. He took a private jet back to L.A. for hard labor Monday. And we’re told … he hasn’t complained or acted up. Our sources say he’s on track to tell the judge during the next court appearance … mission accomplished.
