The pregnant Kate Middleton is “feeling better” after spending her second day hospitalized by severe morning sickness, but remains there at this time. Prince William, who reportedly spent hours with her yesterday, is “immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received,” a spokesman added. Her parents, Michael and Carole, are reportedly “elated” about William getting Kate Middleton pregnant , but understandably worried about her condition. Carole Middleton and Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, also visited the queasy Duchess Tuesday. The Middletons found out Kate was expecting over the weekend when she began vomiting violently and a worried William drove her home to London. Queen Elizabeth II found out later Monday after William and Kate raced to the hospital, where the stricken princess was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, or HG. The malady impacts one in 50 expectant moms and can make pregnancy torture, but is not harmful to the baby; some speculate Kate may be expecting twins . Citing royal sources, the Daily Mail reported the Duchess is holding her own “but her symptoms of severe vomiting may last for much of her pregnancy.” Kate, who is 30 and believed to be about 12 weeks pregnant, is expected to remain in the hospital for several more days followed by a “period of rest” at home. She is reportedly on an IV drip to combat her dehydration and taking pills to stop the nausea. Here’s wishing the lovely Duchess the best under the difficult physical circumstances, along with our congratulations on the forthcoming royal baby in 2013!

According to The Huffington Post , Senator Warren’s seat win means she’ll rule and regulate the same people that spent millions to campaign against her: Nearly two years after Wall Street waged a successful campaign to keep consumer advocate Elizabeth Warren from running the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the incoming senator will be tapped to serve on the Banking Committee, according to four sources familiar with the situation. It’s a victory for progressives who battled to win her a seat on the panel that oversees the implementation of Dodd-Frank and other banking regulations. Warren knocked out Republican Sen. Scott Brown of Massachusetts in the most expensive Senate contest of 2012, with Wall Street spending heavily to beat Warren, a former Harvard law professor. Sources also told HuffPost that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) will be named to the panel. Warren’s ascension to the panel gives her influence over regulators and the industry that non-panel members don’t enjoy. According to The Daily Mail : In April it was reported that Rihanna was gearing up to play a villainous role in the upcoming blockbuster The Fast and the Furious 6. But it has now been revealed that Rita Ora has been cast for the part over the Diamonds singer. Rita, who celebrates her 22nd birthday Monday, apparently impressed during castings outshining the 24-year-old Rihanna. A source told the newspaper: ‘Rihanna impressed movie bosses with her role in Battleship. But schedules didn’t work out and Rita really shone during castings. The Hot Right Now singer, who has previous acting experience proved to be a big hit with the filmmakers, as the source added: ‘They loved her look and her attitude.’ News of losing what was meant to be her second blockbuster role is set to rub Rihanna the wrong way according to reports. Rita is set to star in the movie alongside Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. The sixth installment of the speed racing franchise is set for release in May 2013 and filming is currently underway. Nia’s coming back to the big screen as one of Tyler Perry’s leads in his new film, Single Moms Club . Wendi McLendon-Covey (think Reno 911! and Bridesmaids ) and Colombian actress Zulay Henao are also starring in the film, but the fourth lead hasn’t been picked yet. According to MovieWeb , the film is still in pre-production and is set to release in 2014: The story centers on four very different single mothers, who are forced to come together after an incident at their children’s school. They create a support group where they discuss the obstacles of motherhood, and try to overcome their own challenges. Nia Long will play one of the mothers, Lydia, alongside Wendi McLendon-Covey as Jan and Zulay Henao as Esperanza. Tyler Perry will direct from his own screenplay, and he will also star in an unspecified role. Tyler Perry is also producing with Ozzie Areu and Matt Moore. Production is scheduled to begin at the end of November in Atlanta. We reported last month that Lionsgate will distribute. Single Mom’s Club comes to theaters May 9th, 2014 and stars Tyler Perry, William Levy, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Zulay Henao, Nia Long. The film is directed by Tyler Perry. According to Page Six reports : Wendy Williams will bare it all for PETA. The self-proclaimed “Queen of All Media” is the latest celeb to strip down and go bare for the animal rights group’s “I’d Rather Go Nekkid Than Wear Fur” campaign, which has featured Eva Mendes, George Clooney’s ex Elisabetta Canalis, Bethenny Frankel, Nia Long and Khloe Kardashian. We hear a sultry image of well-proportioned Williams will appear on a billboard in a campaign that will launch the week after Thanksgiving. “Wendy used to wear furs, and all types of leathers and more,” said a friend of the talk-show host, “but she’s had a change of heart.” Williams was expected last night at a PETA event at The Standard. We got a sneak peek at her speech, which said, “PETA’s legendary . . . campaign has turned a lot of heads and changed a lot of minds — including mine. I, like many people, was unaware of how animals lived and died for their fur, and I wore it without thinking much about it, until PETA came along . . . I’m thrilled to star in PETA’s next nekked campaign.” Oh well, it’s not like it can be any worse than the one Khloe did. We just wanna know how they’re gonna hide them TIG OLE BIDDIES!!!
