Miley Cyrus on “The View” on March 22 Photo: ABC Miley Cyrus stopped by “Good Morning America” on Monday and followed up her New York City press tour with a stop by “The View,” where once again the topic of discussion was the teen star’s love life and relationship with “The Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth. “Well, I like him very much … I love him. He is a great person. He’s someone I’m holding onto because we very much connect and were both very ambitious and have some of the same goals,” she told the ladies. “My mom loves him and thinks he’s wonderful.” In the sit-down interview, Cyrus also reacted to comments she made in Teen Vogue where she said she and Hemsworth were “deeper” than most people. “OK, it’s not that I’m smarter or better — the things that matter at the end of the day matters to us,” she clarified. “We celebrate every day that we have this job to do and a new task to tackle.” Even though Cyrus performs on television and in front of audiences of thousands, she admitted that meeting Hemsworth’s parents in his native Australia made her nervous. “I perform for 80 thousand people and I was nervous on the plane,” she said. “I’m not getting married! Don’t get crazy! I think it was kind of a respect thing. He has no family in L.A. — his family is 20 hours away.” But not all the talk was about Hemsworth — during the chat Cyrus revealed she has a new album dropping this summer. “I have a record coming out in June and that’s going to be the last thing I do in music for a while,” she shared. “I just want to do films ’cause I like being someone else. My music is kind of like my diary. What you may not be aware of is the role Perez Hilton played in the making of it. When MTV News spoke to the blogger-turned-music-mogul backstage at his high-profile South by Southwest party , he explained his connection to the teen-pop sensation. And he professed his undying admiration for all things Bieber-y. “People won’t believe this, but it’s true. I was into Justin Bieber two years ago, because I discovered him on YouTube, but I wasn’t in a position to do anything, because I didn’t have a record label back then,” Hilton said. “Thankfully, I told other people other people about Justin Bieber back then. So I didn’t just keep it to myself. I didn’t post it on my Web site or anything, but I did talk about it, because it was the beginning of the conversations of me doing something with music, so I was hoping I could do something with him in the future, but it didn’t pan out. … But I love Justin Bieber, I love that girls are into [him].” So how is Hilton linked to My World 2.0 ? Turns out, the connection is Los Angeles-based production team Stereotypes, who played a new song for Hilton. “It’s actually not even six degrees, it’s one degree of Perez on his new album, because I’m so involved in music now, and I’m working with a lot of artists, I’ve been meeting with a lot of producers,” he explained. “I met with this camp in the Valley, they’re called Stereotypes. They’re these up-and-coming producers, and they played me a lot of their music, and one of their songs, the first time I heard it, I was like, ‘This is a smash. This is a huge hit.’ And then I started thinking, ‘This might be a great song for Justin Bieber.’ So I sent it over to JB’s camp. Justin loved it. They recorded the song, it’s going to be on his new album, and it’s going to be a huge hit for him. The song’s called ‘Somebody to Love.’ ” So, if on Tuesday, you’re grooving to My World 2.0, remember to give thanks to Perez Hilton. After all, he’s just one little part of Bieber’s success. On last night’s episode of The Bachelor , Ali Fedotowsky made an emotional call to Jake Pavelka. Or at least held a phone to her ear and pretended to cry. One week after she left The Bachelor for professional reasons, the 25-year-old made a passionate plea to return Monday. Jake reluctantly shot her down. Ali explained that she couldn’t sleep or focus on work, and that she made a huge mistake. She says she was ” pretty shocked ” Jake didn’t want her back. “One of the reasons it was OK for me to leave was because I thought if he really cares about me, then he is going to come and find me,” Ali laments. She tells Ellen DeGeneres in an interview Tuesday that she thought he’d “fly to get me that would be amazing… I thought we had something great.” Chris Harrison feed you that line, Ali? The face of rejection … and possibly the next Bachelorette. Following Gia Allemand’s elimination on Monday’s episode, Ali Fedotowsky is reluctant to predict the recipient of Jake Pavelka’s final rose this season. Although she’s “really good friends” with Tenley Molzahn, she says she was “startled” by the connection Vienna and Jake have. It is rather startling. “I didn’t realize that was happening behind the scenes or when I wasn’t around. They look like a good couple. I actually think it could be Vienna.” The Bachelor spoilers we’ve read favor Vienna Girardi as well. Yech. As for rumors she might become The Bachelorette , Ali says: “That would be so nice. I would be so flattered. If [ABC] asked, that would be so great.” Wonder if she’d choose work over that gig. Somehow we doubt it. If you ask us, this was a clever ruse to orchestrate exactly such a starring role. Anyway, with Ali out, who should Jake choose?

I always said Audrina was fucking ugly and now you know. It turns out she’s dating Ashlee Simpson’s totally irrelevant ex-boyfriend clown in red pants named Ryan Cabrerra, who I don’t think has ever done or accomplished anything, a reason I can only assume Audrina fell for because she could relate to it, since she hasn’t done anything or accomplished anything either, not that I think she has enough depth to even understand that their connection is based on them both being totally fucking useless, but maybe she us knowing why they are perfect is enough and does and just doesn’t realize it.
