Paramedics to Dr. Conrad Murray: Way to Not Call 911 Immediately!

A paramedic who rushed to save Michael Jackson’s life on June 25, 2009, said that if Dr. Conrad Murray called 911 sooner, EMTs might have had a chance. Richard Senneff said that on that day, Murray told him he called 911 the second he realized MJ was in distress – a claim others have disputed at length. Yesterday, bodyguard Alberto Alvarez testified that the Michael Jackson 911 call – which he placed – came well after Murray discovered Jackson unresponsive. According to the police, the delay was at least 20 minutes. The case against Jackson’s doctor is looking pretty strong at the moment. Senneff said that if Dr. Murray called earlier, there was a good chance EMT’s could have restarted Michael Jackson’s heart. But alas, we’ll never know now. Charged with involuntary manslaughter, Murray’s defense theory is going to have to be pretty compelling to overcome the state’s evidence at this point. Other key points of the paramedic’s testimony Friday: The 911 call came in at 12:22 p.m. Seneff arrived four minutes later. When he walked into the room, he saw Murray, Jackson and Alvarez. Michael Jackson was wearing pajamas and seemed underweight. MJ was being moved to the floor by a “frantic” Dr. Conrad Murray. Seneff noticed an IV stand with an IV bag hanging on it. He asked Murray what MJ’s underlying condition was three times before Murray answered. Murray responded that there was no underlying health condition. Given the IV stand in the room and other equipment, this made no sense. Michael Jackson 911 Call Dr. Conrad Murray …

Rick Ross Producer Aone Advises: ‘Get Ready’

Ross has recorded hundreds of songs for God Forgives, I Don’t, producer tells Mixtape Daily. By Alvin Blanco, with reporting by Ade Mangum Aone Photo: MTV News Behind the Beats: Aone Every rap crew needs a go-to destination for their beats. Rick Ross is aware of this and inked producer Aone, who is building up quite a reputable discography, to his Maybach Music Group. Aone produced “10 Bricks,” featuring YMCMB’s Birdman , which appeared on Rozay’s Ashes to Ashes mixtape. The upstart has also hooked up tracks for MMG members, including Triple C’s and Masspike Miles, as well as the Outlawz, French Montana and others. He is also working on a project with former G-Unit rapper Young Buck called Bond Money and will be handling all of its production. Not bad for a guy from another continent. “I’m actually from Nigeria,” Aone told Mixtape Daily. “I came out here about eight years ago, and I just started working with a couple of people. Mobb Deep — I started getting in the studio with them. I was influenced by Havoc just making beats and [DJ] Toomp and a lot of other producers.” Of his particular sound, Aone said, “I do a lot of sampling: I like to sample, but I twist up my samples. It’s a mix of the South, and it’s a mix of New York. It’s a mix of everything. It’s something different.” The producer is making sure to reserve his best beats for the home team. He revealed that Ross has recorded hundreds of songs for his forthcoming album God Forgives, I Don’t . “Ross is winning right now. I did a couple of joints for the album, but Ross, he’s always working,” Aone explained. “He’s in the studio; he’s recording over 200 tracks, so you never know. We did over six records already featuring different people. But Ross, he likes to take his time like a masterpiece. He got a bunch of work, so when it’s time, we gonna know. But we still working right now. I’m getting back in the studio, and we doing more stuff. God Forgives, I Don’t : It’s coming; get ready.” For other artists featured in Mixtape Daily, check out Mixtape Daily Headlines . Related Artists AOne Rick Ross

ER doctor, medical-equipment expert and a former patient of Dr. Conrad Murray’s all testify on day four of manslaughter trial. By Kara Warner Paramedic Richard Senneff takes the stand in the Dr. Conrad Murray involuntary manslaughter trial Photo: Pool/ Getty Images The prosecution presented more incriminating evidence and witness testimony during day four in the manslaughter trial against former Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray. Witnesses who took the stand Friday (September 30) included medical-equipment expert Bob Johnson; Robert Russell, a former patient of Murray’s; paramedics Richard Senneff and Martin Blount; and ER doctor Richelle Cooper. Johnson’s testimony proved to be particularly interesting in that he claimed the device Murray was using to monitor Jackson’s pulse and blood oxygen level, a pulse oximeter, was an inferior model that did not feature an alarm that would have alerted Murray to Jackson’s cardiac arrest the moment it occurred. The alarm feature is a point of contention for the prosecution because they intend to prove that Murray showed gross negligence in administering a dose of the highly potent anesthetic propofol and then leaving Jackson in a room alone, attached to a device that lacked the proper monitoring capabilities. Johnson was followed by Russell, a patient who Murray operated on twice after he suffered a heart attack and had to have several stents placed in his heart. Russell testified that while he was pleased with the results of his surgeries, Murray became unresponsive and distant in June 2009, when he canceled two follow-up appointments with Russell. The last time he had any contact with Murray was via a voicemail the doctor left claiming Russell’s heart was “repaired” and that he was leaving on sabbatical. The message was left approximately 30 minutes before Jackson’s bodyguard Alberto Alvarez called 911. Fireman and paramedic Richard Senneff took the stand next to discuss the specific details involved in his attempts to resuscitate Jackson on the day of his death, particularly the fact that had Murray called 911 at the moment he found Jackson unconscious, the EMTs might have been able to save him. Senneff explained that when he arrived on the scene, only four minutes after they received the 911 call, Murray was “frantic” and that he had to ask the doctor three times what Jackson’s health condition was before Murray answered that there was none, despite the fact that he had been hooked up to an IV that was hanging nearby. “Simply, that did not add up to me, doctors in the house, IV pole, IV hooked up to the patient; it simply did not seem normal,” he said, before adding that Murray lied to him about giving Jackson any medications, including propofol. Senneff also alleged that there were inconsistencies in Murray’s claim that he called 911 immediately, given the fact that when the EMTs arrived and attempted CPR, Jackson’s skin was “very cool to the touch” and his eyes dilated. When asked if he witnessed any signs of life in Jackson, Senneff said, “No, I did not.” When Senneff’s colleague Martin Blount took the stand, he also told the court that he did not see any signs of life from Jackson when they arrived on the scene, and added that he witnessed Murray sweeping bottles of Lidocaine into a black bag before Jackson was taken out of the room. The final witness to testify Friday was Dr. Richelle Cooper, the attending ER physician who treated Jackson when he arrived at the hospital. Cooper recounted asking Murray for a full list of the medications Jackson was taking, as well as what he claimed had happened to cause Jackson’s heart failure. Cooper said Murray thought Jackson was only dehydrated from his long rehearsals and revealed that the pop star was taking anti-anxiety drug Lorazepam, Flomax for an enlarged prostate and Valium. There was no mention of propofol. Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter. He faces four years in prison and the loss of his medical license. Amber Portwood walked off set during the filming of the Teen Mom reunion that aired Tuesday night, but not for the reasons many expected. Surprisingly, the troubled star’s meltdown had nothing to do with her legal drama, her controversial relationship with Gary Shirley or her suicide attempt. It was the memory of her sister. It’s a sad subject, but do you think everything else going on in her life contributed to that reaction? Or was she just caught off guard by the question? Alberto Alvarez, Michael Jackson Bodyguard, to Testify Against Dr. Conrad Murray

Alberto Alvarez just wants the truth to be heard. The bodyguard summoned to Michael Jackson’s bedroom by Dr. Conrad Murray as the King of Pop’s body lay lifeless on his bed will testify in court today . Alvarez, who was with Murray before paramedics arrived, was allegedly asked by the physician to put Propofol bottles into sacks before he called 911. Whether that happened and what Alvarez’s reaction was will come out shortly. “Alberto has maintained his silence throughout the investigation. He had numerous offers to sell his story, but he never did,” a source close to the case says. “Alberto has maintained his loyalty to Michael Jackson and his children, even after he died. Alberto is very, very loyal, and he will get up on the stand and finally be able to tell the world what really happened on that day.” “Really, Alberto just wants to tell the truth.” The Dr. Conrad Murray trial got underway this week with the stunning claim by the defense that Jackson himself injected himself with the fatal dose. Yesterday, Michael Amir Williams , a personal assistant to MJ, described Murray as frenzied and panicked in the aftermath of the singer’s “bad reaction.” [Photos: Fame Pictures]
