She’s gotta have it! WTF is up with these freakazoid cougars these days? Via NY Daily News reports : A top female judge had sex with a prison inmate half her age in an interview room, authorities have said. Lisa Traylor-Wolff, 52, is accused of having a “physically intimate relationship with a 26-year-old client” at the Miami Correctional Facility in Peru, Ind. The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications claims Traylor-Wolff, who is also a defense lawyer, began the affair before her lover was jailed. The Indianapolis Star says the relationship then continued and that she represented him as he appealed his conviction. The commission has filed three disciplinary charges against Traylor-Wolff. She has 20 days to respond to them, before the case goes to the Indiana Supreme Court. Traylor-Wolff is formally accused of violating four rules of professional conduct, including having sex with a client and undermining the integrity of the position of judge. If found guilty, she could be banned for life from holding judicial office in the state. SMH… IF found guilty? It sounds pretty certain that she’s already abusing her position.

Fox News Mocks 102-Year-Old’s Long Wait To Vote Via The Grio reports: Many Americans found the story of 102-year-old Desiline Victor to be heartwarming; the 102-year-old Miami woman, who was born in Haiti and labored as a farm worker before retiring, stood in line for hours waiting to vote last October, eliciting cheers when she finally emerged from the polling place with her “I voted” sticker. On Tuesday, she became the oldest person ever invited to attend the State of the Union. She was a guest of first lady Michelle Obama. However at Fox News, Desiline’s story was written off as a “non-issue.” On Fox News Radio’s Kilmeade & Friends, host Brian Kilmeade and Fox’s Martha MacCallum and Bill Hemmer laughed off the difficulties 102-year-old Desiline Victor endured in order to vote in the 2012 election. Victor, who was invited to the State of the Union address and whom President Obama applauded for enduring a long wait to vote, had to make two trips to the polls and wait in line for over three hours before she was able to cast her ballot. Discussing Victor, MacCallum wondered, “What’s the big deal?” and said, “This is such a non-issue. Ridiculous.” Hemmer added that at the State of the Union, “They held her up as a victim. What was she a victim of?” A non issue? Really??? Thank you, Desiline Victor for reminding us of where we’ve been and how far we must go to secure and exercise the right to vote in of all places, America. Is it any small wonder that Fox News have become such a laughing stock? Not really. These are the idiots who made fun of this incredible woman by the way…

Woman Marries Man Convicted Of Killing Her Twin Sister Via HuffPo reports: This was a Valentine’s Day wedding that the bride’s family wanted no part of: An Argentine woman married the man convicted of killing her twin sister. Neighbors were against it as well. A mob gathered outside the civil registry office where Thursday’s wedding took place, throwing stones and eggs. Edith Casas says Victor Cingolani is innocent of killing her twin sister Johana two years ago, despite his conviction. He says he will be found innocent on appeal. Cingolani was taken back to prison in handcuffs immediately after the nuptials. She waited for hours until the crowd dispersed and it was safe to leave. The bride’s mother thinks she’s crazy and sought to block the wedding, but a judge found her capable of making her own decisions. Marrying a convicted murderer is not wise. Marrying the convicted murderer or your sister is just stupid.
Jerry Sandusky refuses to go away. The disgraced ex-Penn State coordinator, who was convicted in June on over 40 counts of sexual abuse and sentenced to in October to at least 30 years in prison , has released a bizarre new letter. Dated December 18, the note (addressed to The Citizen Voice , a Central Pennsylvania newspaper) decrees that “justice and fairness were not a focus” in his trial. Sandusky goes on to say: “Right now, our focus is on appeal. Time is much to learn, issues and information not presented. Nobody, who covered the case and reported it had the time or took the time to study the allegations, the accusers, the inconsistency, and the methods.” Sandusky has alleged a major conspiracy is responsible for his conviction, one that involves the media, investigators, civil attorneys and, of course, his accusers. He ends the latest example of his despicable ways by writing out an acronym for ENDURE: E — Embrace each day as a gift N — Never surrender except to God D — Don’t let your situation get the best of you U — Understand God’s purpose and presence. R — Remain as positive as possible E — Exercise your mind, body, and spirit.

The L.A. County D.A. is far from pleased that Dr. Conrad Murray wants judge to spring him from jail while he appeals his conviction for involuntary manslaughter. Prosecutors assert that Murray, who was convicted and sentenced to four years in prison for his role in in the death of Michael Jackson, is a danger to society. According to court documents, the D.A.’s office says Murray’s shown zero remorse for “reckless and criminal conduct that directly caused Michael Jackson’s death.” In other words, the D.A. says Murray just doesn’t get it, a key point of their argument, as they say he could engage in the same conduct again if he’s set free. The D.A. also claims Murray is a flight risk who is terrified of jail and who no longer has strong ties to California now that his medical license has been revoked. As for Murray’s grounds for appealing the conviction, the D.A. claims they bogus – the judge’s decision to exclude Dr. Arnold Klein’s testimony in particular. Klein gave MJ Demerol shots in the months preceding his death, but the D.A. says no traces of the drug were found in MJ’s body at the time of his death. Thus, there’s no evidence to suggest Murray’s conviction was unfounded, at least in the eyes of the people who put him away … and probably everyone else.

Poor thang! England has no love for a thug. Even one that moves like Michael Jackson. Chris Brown has been shut out of performing in the U.K. AGAIN — and this time it’s for the very special MJ tribute scheduled to go down tomorrow. One day before the Michael Jackson tribute, Chris Brown has been forced to pull out after he was denied a work visa because of his criminal record. The singer was set to honor the late King of Pop with a performance at the Oct. 8 star-studded Michael Forever concert in Wales, but he’s now axed his plans after being barred from entering the U.K. due to his 2009 assault conviction for attacking his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The show has been plagued with problems in recent weeks – the Black Eyed Peas dropped out of the tribute on Thursday due to “unavoidable circumstances”, and Gene Simmons was removed from the bill following complaints from fans regarding previous comments the Kiss rocker had made regarding Jackson’s child abuse allegations. Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Ne-Yo and Leona Lewis are still expected to perform as planned.
