According to TMZ , the NPYD says they will only protect Bey if she apologizes for her “ advocating hostility towards police ” during her recent performance and “Formation” music video. Our NYPD sources admit they don’t believe Beyonce was advocating hostility toward police in her homage to the Black Panthers. Problem is … they say that’s the way it came across for millions of viewers. We’re told cops are bitter and want her to publicly disavow violence or any other type of aggression toward police. Miami Cops Plan To Boycott Beyoncé’s Upcoming Formation Tour Beyoncé has picked up a new batch of haters after her Super Bowl 50 halftime performance. The boys in blue are none-too-happy with Bey and after this morning’s news that police in Tampa are planning to boycott her Formation Tour, we now see that other misguided cops are following suit according to HuffingtonPost A police union in Miami voted in favor of all law enforcement officers boycotting Beyonce’s April concert in the city, claiming the singer promoted an anti-police message in her new music video and during her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. Javier Ortiz, president of Miami Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #20, which represents 1,100 officers, wrote in a press release that he didn’t watch Beyoncé’s performance during halftime “out of respect for our profession.” The performance saluted the 50th anniversary of the Black Panthers and has been criticized by some as anti-police. “The Miami Fraternal Order of Police has voted to have all law enforcement officers boycott Beyoncé’s concert which is being held at the Miami Marlins Stadium on Wednesday, April 26, 2016,” Ortiz said in a statement. “The fact that Beyoncé used this year’s Super Bowl to divide Americans by promoting the Black Panthers and her antipolice message shows how she does not support law enforcement.” The organization urged other law enforcement agencies around the country to do the same. Ex-Couple Sued For Not Paying Bills On House Allen Iverson and ex-wife Tawanna have skipped town and let the bills pile up on their suburban Atlanta mansion. That’s according to the Country Club of the South, a homeowner’s association that’s suing Allen and Tawanna for nearly $20,000 in unpaid home bills. The debt stems from monthly charges that the ex-couple is billed to maintain their upscale development in Alpharetta, Ga. The association has already filed a lien against the property. The association said it tried to resolve the Iverson’s debt out of court, and gave them 30 days to pay it back in September, but the bills, now totaling $18,550, are still outstanding.
Manny Pacquiao Says Gay People Are Worse Than Animals Boxing star Manny Pacquiao apologized today for stating that gay relationships were as “worse than animals” but stands by his opposition to same-sex marriage according to ESPN reports: Fellow Filipino celebrities were among those criticizing his remarks, made when a TV network asked candidates about their views on same-sex marriage. “It’s just common sense,” Pacquiao said in the remarks posted online by the TV5 network. “Have you seen any animal having male-to-male or female-to-female relations?” Animals, he said, were better because they recognize gender differences, and “if you have male-to-male or female-to-female [relationships], then people are worse than animals.” Among those who reacted strongly was popular gay comedian and TV host Jose Marie Viceral, known as Vice Ganda. Vice Ganda tweeted that lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders are humans, not animals. He said that they’re not saints but that they’ll pray for the boxer, who is widely acclaimed for bringing his country honors. Emails Between Ciara And Future’s Lawyers Reveal Details About $15 Million Libel Lawsuit Ruh Roh! Details from the legal documents filed in conjunction with Ciara’s $15 lawsuit against Future have gone public. Daily Mail Online published the explosive contents of a series of documents that led to the suit being filed at Fulton Superior Court in Georgia, which contain the chain of emails exchanged by lawyers acting for the former couple which include accusations of lying, missed drug tests and a communication breakdown sparked by Future’s use of ‘foul language’. The communications also accuse Future of turning down several opportunities to visit with his son and scheduling other visits when he was performing out of the country or out of state: The emails, which are part of a package of evidence by Ciara’s lawyer, Tanya Mitchell Graham, began on January 7 – just three days after Future posted a series of angry tweets . Immediately after, lawyers acting for Ciara, served the rapper with a cease and desist order and asked him to issue a statement retracting the comments. One email reads: ‘Additionally, Ms. Harris [Ciara] would require a retraction tweeted or released by Mr. Wilburn’s publicist, which states: ‘I regret the comments that I made in reference to Ciara via Twitter on January 4, 2016. ‘My statements were misleading. I apologize for using offensive language, and I also apologize for any inconvenience or ill will this may have caused.’ As you guys know already that apology never came. Instead, Daily Mail reveals that Future’s lawyer Jeff Smith accused Ciara and her lawyers of ‘artificially escalating the situation’. And on that note — while many people do seem to feel that Ciara has been super petty by filing, the emails help to explain her thought process: ‘It sounds like maybe you are of the opinion that it is okay to air parenting frustration on a social media forum,’ reads an email from Ciara’s lawyer dated January 7. ‘Ms. Harris has been equally as frustrated but she has not posted anything negative about Mr. Wilburn to her six million Twitter followers about how he refuses to agree to mutual random drug tests. ‘She hasn’t posted anything negative about Mr. Wilburn to her 9.8 million Instagram followers about how he asks for parenting time when he is booked to perform out of state or out of the country. ‘In fact, she has asked to keep these matters private for the sake of the minor child [Future Jr.], and Mr. Wilburn has refused. ‘It is not in the child’s best interests, no matter how frustrated his famous parents are or how you spin it, for parents to post negative comments about each other on social media. ‘Calling Ms. Harris a ‘b***h’ on Twitter was so insulting and disrespectful.’ We can definitely see how all this could be frustrating to Ciara and most parents would probably agree or at least be able to understand Ciara’s perspective in the matter. As for the tweets themselves, Cici’s lawyer basically calls them LIES: The letter also insists that Future’s claim that he has to ‘go through lawyers’ to see his son is untrue and adds that the ‘parties were discussing parenting time directly until Mr. Wilburn began to use foul language in his communications’. It continues: ‘Further, Mr. Wilburn said the “f***ery’ for 15k per month.” He doesn’t pay Ms. Harris $15k per month. ‘But that was said to put her in a negative light. And I still don’t know what ‘f***ery’ means, although I would say doing an interview calling Ms. Harris ‘evil’ or calling her a ‘b***h’ on Twitter might qualify as ‘f***ery’. And for the breakdown on the $15 million FORTUNE Ciara wants for her pain and suffering — $10 million is for punitive damages and to ‘deter’ Future from making further comments. Porn Star On Hunt For Rapper’s Assets, Demands CBS Hand Over His Contact For CSI: Cyber Shad Moss better watch his back! The porn star who won a $80,000 judgment against the rapper is coming after his assets – specifically the money he’s paid by CBS for his role on CSI: Cyber. Celine Tran, aka “Katsuni” has demanded the television network hand over his contact and pay-stubs in an attempt to collect her money, BOSSIP has learned. Back in 2013, the adult film star sued Moss for taking clips of her pole dancing and using them in the music video for “Drank in My Cup.” The porn actress claimed Moss never got her permission to use her footage or likeness in the music video. A court later ruled in Katsuni’s favo r through a default judgment after he never showed up for court – for $79,346.07 for damages and the porn star’s attorney fees. Then on January 14th, Moss headed to federal court to demand the default judgment thrown out, along with all collection efforts by Tran. The rapper explained that the porn star claimed to have served him with the legal documents at an address he didn’t live at back in 2012. He claimed he wasn’t even in the country at the time Tran said he was served and the address she listed is where his mom lives NOT him. Moss said the adult film star has been attempting to collect on her $80,000 judgment by coming after his company Faze 2 Entertainment in Georgia Court. However, he claimed that she obtained the judgment without properly serving him and thus the judgment should be void.
