Take A Look Backstage At Kanye’s Yeezy Season

Behind The Scenes At Yeezy Season 3/T.L.O.P. Listening Kanye finally unveiled his highly anticipated 7th studio album , and the third iteration of his Yeezy fashion line…in true Kanye delusions of grandeur — at a huge event in Madison Square Garden that was also live streamed to theaters around the world and computers across the country, via Tidal. Naturally, all of Kanye’s fans, friends, family, and collaborators were in the building to support the new product, and cameras caught all the happenings aside from the show itself. It should come as a surprise to no one that the whole Kardashian-Jenner squad was there decked out head to toe in custom Kanye-fied Balmain outfits. Even little Nori: But a whole bunch of hip hop heavy hitters were in the building as well. Hit the flip for more from Pablo’s Life and Yeezy’s third season… AKM-GSI / Instagram

Leslye Headland Says Wes Anderson ‘Saved Sex’ For Her Thanks To ‘Rushmore’

Leslye Headland won’t forget her first time, but not for the reasons you might think. In a guest blog she wrote for The Film Experience , the playwright and filmmaker, whose buzzed-about debut, Bachelorette , opens theatrically on Sept. 7 wrote that while losing her virginity was “sort of a let down,” the experience was salvaged by a post-deflowering viewing of Wes Anderson’s iconoclastic teen romance story  Rushmore.  “It was awkward, sort of empty and was done mostly to just get it over with,” Headland wrote of the sexual experience in “Growing Up Cinephile,” adding: “Afterwards, a thick disappointment hung in the room. My deflowerer half-heartedly offered up a solution” to watch Anderson’s second feature, which he pronounced the “greatest thing you’ll ever see.” Turns out the guy had at least one redeeming quality: good taste in post-relations movies. “Watching  Rushmore , naked, innocence freshly lost, was one of the most beautiful moments of my life,” Headland wrote. “As the slow motion closing shot set to The Faces flashed before me, I was treated to the tears of real love and tenderness I’d hoped my first sexual experience would bring. “Thank you Wes Anderson,” the filmmaker concluded: “You saved Latin. But, for this cinephile, you also saved sex.” Headland also chose Woody Allen’s  Love and Death  and The Coen Brothers’  The Big Lebowski  as landmark films in life. B.o.B Is Living The Dream In ‘Magic’ Video — Watch It Here!

Upstart VMA-nominee is joined by Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo at raging house party in new clip. By Jayson Rodriguez Rivers Cuomo and B.o.B Photo: Tim Mosenfelder/ Getty Images You can’t blame B.o.B if he wanted to pinch himself. The VMA-nominated newcomer is riding an enormous wave via his debut album, The Adventures of Bobby Ray, which has spawned three consecutive top 10 singles, “Nothin’ on You,” “Airplanes” and his latest, “Magic.” And for his “Magic” clip, the Atlanta rapper recruited director Sanaa Hamri (Jay-Z, Christina Aguilera) who put B.o.B in the middle of a raucous house party. But in the video, which premiered Thursday (September 2) at midnight on MTV.com, Bobby Ray can’t seem to believe his good fortune, As he and his “Magic” collaborator, Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo , jam in the backyard, B.o.B mentally traces back to earlier in the day when the young rapper first wakes up. B.o.B tries to shake awake a sleeping version of himself but to no avail. The girls, the party, all the happenings do seem to be going on — and all for him. Partygoers run through the house and Bobby Ray snaps pictures with the girl of his dreams. But in an instant — as quick as he’s been clicking Polaroid pictures — the party is over and B.o.B awakens. Turns out he was dreaming. The sleep-eyed MC, however, takes a look around his bedroom and notices two photos on the ground: two snapshots of him and his leading lady. He’s got the magic, indeed. Last week, “Magic” landed on the Billboard Hot 100 at the #10 position. The track follows “Nothin’ on You,” which went to the top of the chart, and “Airplanes,” a top 5 hit. Also on Thursday, B.o.B opened for Eminem and Jay-Z during the superstar MCs’ Home and Home concert series in Detroit; he’s scheduled to open for the pair again on Friday (September 3), and later this month in New York. Terror Arrests Could Be Good News for Obama

Take that, Dick Cheney ! Federal officials this weekend made three arrests in an interstate terror investigation. Sure, it’s good news for democracy, freedom and the such, but it could be great news for President Obama. Even during the endless campaign, Obama’s opponents claimed he would be soft on terrorism, an idea that’s simmered quite tenaciously on the right
