Bay county sheriff's investigators have arrested one of their own, charging him with the rape of a woman in Panama City Beach. Twenty-seven year old Benjamin Logue was arrested yesterday and charged with 1-count of sexual battery. Twenty seven year old Benjamin Logue is no longer a Bay County Sheriff's deputy. He was fired Tuesday after his colleagues arrested him for rape. Investigators say the incident happened on June 9th, while Logue was on-duty. He saw a woman walking down the side of highway 98 in the Philips inlet area. McKeithen says Logue approached the woman, and told her to get into his patrol car. Authorities say Logue then drove to a wooded area, and force the woman to have sex. Sheriff's investigators didn't find out about the incident until this past Monday, when an acquaintance of the woman came forward. The alleged victim was hesitant to report the attack, which doesn't surprise bay county sheriff frank McKeithen. “The person that they are supposed to trust has just violated them and it would be kind of hard going to a person wearing the same uniform that they are wearing”, said Sheriff McKeithen. When confronted by investigators, Logue supposedly admitted to having sex with the woman, but he claims it was consensual. “There are certain ethical boundaries that are written and there are also some ethical boundaries that are not written. The ethical boundaries that are written certainly have been violated by deputy Logue and in law enforcement we have some unwritten codes of ethics that we believe also have been violated”, said McKeithen During the course of their investigation, sheriff's investigators say they learned of a second possible victim (a little more @ link) added by: Omnomynous

Lehigh Acres, Fla. While pumping gas at a nearby 7 Eleven Gas Station a Floridian woman witnessed a very disturbing site . A Sheriff’s Deputy was arresting a 5 year old boy and the mother was watching and consenting to the act. The woman, who requested to remain anonymous, snapped a picture from her cell phone, started to cry and said “That's not a way to treat a child, that's not a way to teach a lesson to a little boy,” The mother explained how she had requested to her friend and 15-year old veteran of the Lee county Sherriff’s office to help her teach her son a lesson with a scare. The deputy complied and arrested the boy. “I hope it scared him to figure out that he's not going to play with matches or lighters again,” said the mother. “That was the whole point of it — to make him afraid that he was going to go to jail.” The discipline was too much said Child psychiatrist Omar Rieche. “No matter what the details are, when you see that picture, it says so much,” he said. “The age in which this is being done is inappropriate, so it's misguided.” But the boy's mother said she'd do it again if she had to. Messy NBA divorces and baby mama drama are all too common these days. On this Tuesday afternoon, it’s the saga of Dwyane Wade’s wife making headlines. Siohvaughn Wade was taken into police custody today in Chicago after bailing on a mandatory hearing yesterday in the estranged pair’s ongoing divorce war. The Cook County Sheriff’s Department says Siohvaughn was a wanted woman, and taken into custody this morning when she showed up to court in Chicago. Yesterday, the court issued an order asking police to track her down. Why did Siohvaughn Wade skip a mandatory court date? In court today, Siohvaughn’s attorney filed papers claiming that she – the attorney – was involved in a car accident yesterday, and asked that the order be rescinded citing the accident as the reason why Siohvaughn was a no-show. The judge didn’t buy it. Siohvaughn was jailed at 11:15 a.m. Amusingly, Siohvaughn must have known the car accident excuse wasn’t going to work, because court officials say she showed up with her $10,000 bond in hand. She is therefore now out of custody as of this posting. Last week, she filed a lawsuit alleging her husband’s relationship and heavy petting with Gabrielle Union has caused distress to her and the couple’s two children. Upon researching this story, we had the following questions: Michael Lohan actually has a Twitter account? Someone would follow Michael Lohan on Twitter? Someone would go to the trouble of hacking it? That someone said Lindsay Lohan is HIV positive? M-Lo really used Twitter to go off on Perez Hilton? Apparently, yes to all … or at least #1 and #5. Mike says someone hacked into his Twitter account this morning and posted that Lindsay is “HIV positive.” That Tweet is now off. “Somebody was impersonating me,” he later said. “I’m disgusted. I would never ever say something like that about my daughter.” The feud between Michael and Lindsay heated up last week when he staged an intervention , barging into her home with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. He claims LiLo is abusing drugs again (she denies this) and is a bad influence on 16-year-old sister Ali Lohan. Michael was widely criticized for the move. As for today’s Tweets, the impostor also accused Linds of sleeping with Tommy Mattola at age 17. Mike says he’s seeking legal action against the hacker. But not before he tears into Perez Hilton for reasons unknown. A couple of hours ago, in response to Lord only knows what, Michael Lohan wrote: Stop stirring up trouble Perez, you’re disgusting. Hell awaits you. You are only getting a taste now. U R the one who is likely to get AIDS! @perezhilton and you are also the one who wishes you slept with Moguls! leave us alone. Or are you that obsessed?! @perezhilton… for all I (we) know, you hack accounts and make most of this stuff up yourself, you sausage jockey Uhhh, okay Mike.
