Diddy And Cassie Not Really Over For Good? Reports exploded yesterday of Cassie finally throwing Diddy the deuces after the two had an explosive argument over Cassie’s phone. LAPD confirmed that a domestic incident report was indeed filed. The couple hasn’t made any statements on their relationship status, but an E News source has come forward to speak on the pair’s intentions. Was Cassie cheating on Diddy? A source cleared that up with E News. As speculation mounted that Diddy, 46, took his longtime girlfriend’s phone over suspicion that she was cheating on him, a source debunks the notion, telling E! News, “Cassie would never cheat on Diddy, though. She just wishes things were better with them. It’s always up and down.” And does this mean it’s really A WRAP for the long time couple? “They are taking another break now. He loves her so much so likely it won’t be a long break. Javi Marroquin may or may not have cheated on Kailyn Lowry with her best friend . And Javi Marroquin may or may not now be trolling for dates on Twitter . But Javi Marroquin is definitely happy to see his kids. The Teen Mom 2 star returned home from his deployment in the Air Force last month, walking in the door at one point and being greeted by his six-year old stepson, Isaac, and his two-year old biological son, Lincoln. Marroquin shared a photo of the reunion on Instagram and included with it a very sweet caption that reads: “My world in one picture.” Of course, the scene would be a tad more sentimental if we couldn’t so obviously see the MTV cameraman in the foreground, filming this supposedly spontaneous meeting. The staged set-up doesn’t make Isaac, holding a “Welcome Home” sign, any less adorable. Nor does it make Lincoln and his big smile any less precious. But when you know you’ll be able to watch Teen Mom 2 online next season and see this scenario play out, well… that takes away at least a little bit of the emotion. It feels more like a scripted moment than a true moment of parental joy. After several roller coaster months, Lowry and Marroquin finally confirmed their plans to divorce in May. Since then, Marroquin has been accused of stepping out on Lowry in multiple occasions, prompting the couple’s eventual split. Lowry, meanwhile, has been suspected of having a same-sex relationship with a woman actually named Becky Hayter . We’re not sure what to believe, except that this is all very hard on the two most important people involved here: Issac and Lincoln. Lowry shares custody of Isaac with her ex, Jo Rivera, who also appears on the hit MTV docuseries. But Marroquin has grown very close to the toddler. “[Isaac’s] my best friend,” Javi said during the June 20 reunion episode of Teen Mom 2, adding at the time that he wants “all of us to be together” and blaming Lowry’s stubbornness for their divorce. Although Lowry still contends she plans to dissolve the couple’s nearly four-year marriage, the 24-year old did welcome her estranged husband back home via a sweet message via social media. “Welcome back! @javim9,” she wrote on Instagram yesterday. Ex-Baylor Football Star Shawn Oakman Indicted For Sexual Assault In Texas Ex-Baylor football star Shawn Oakman was expected to go into the NFL until news of an alleged sexual assault turned the former baller into a potential convict. According to ESPN reports: Former Baylor All-America defensive end Shawn Oakman, the school’s all-time sack leader, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree felony sexual assault in Waco, Texas, on Wednesday. Police in Waco arrested Oakman in April after a Baylor graduate student accused him of sexually assaulting her at his apartment on April 3. He was freed on $25,000 bond after his arrest. The McLennan County District Attorney’s office presented the case to a grand jury on Wednesday morning. Under Texas law, second-degree felony sexual assault typically carries a sentence of two to 20 years in state prison and a fine up to $10,000. Oakman, who was once considered a potential second- or third-round pick in this year’s NFL draft, went undrafted after his arrest. “I think an indictment is just a prosecutor’s rubber stamp and requires a much lower burden of proof than one required for a conviction, which is beyond a reasonable doubt,” said Michelle Tuegel, Oakman’s attorney. “We still have a lot of investigation and work to do in this case. Shawn maintains that the sex in this case was consensual.” SMH!!!!!!
