Nia Guzman Says Royalty Isn’t Safe Around Chris Brown’s “Gang Friends” Chris Brown’s home invasion drama just may have an effect on his pending paternity case against baby mama Nia Guzman. Looks like Nia is using the incident as leverage — claiming that Breezy’s gang-affiliated crew is likely at the center of the crime, and their daughter Royalty isn’t safe at his LA mansion as long as he’s mixed up with his same crew. Via TMZ : Chris Brown could lose more than property after the home invasion … it could cost him some daddy time, because his baby mama is worried Royalty’s in danger when she’s with Chris and his homies. Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ … she thinks many of Chris’ friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they’ve now turned on Chris. We’re told she’s not cool with Royalty being around that element. As we first reported … Chris’ mother also thinks last night’s hit was an inside job. It’s bad timing for Chris. He just filed docs asking a judge to hammer out a formal custody agreement — partly because he says Nia’s been denying him visits with Royalty. If the court sees things Nia’s way it could affect custody. Mind you, this isn’t the first time that someone just strolled into Breezy’s house this year. Hmmmm….what do you think? Republican Congressman Says President Obama Plans To Make All Black People Immune To Criminal Prosecution A Republican congressman from Kansas is stirring the political pot with his recent comments regarding the way President Obama is responding to the problem of racist policing of African-Americans in the United States. via Think Progress As reported by Right Wing Watch, Kansas’ Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) told listeners of his radio show that President Obama could absolve black people of all crimes and refuse to prosecute them in the future. He also implied that Attorney General Eric Holder is a reverse racist for not applying civil rights laws to white people. During the weekly show, a caller named Stu postulated that Obama may announce in the future that a “black person accused of a crime, charged with a crime, is not going to be prosecuted, regardless of the crime,” based on his recent immigration action. He also argued that the government is already in the process of doing so, since Holder did not prosecute Black Panthers. Kobach didn’t dispute the claims, saying, “Well, it’s already happened more or less in the case of civil rights laws. I guess it’s not a huge jump. I think it’s unlikely, but you know I’ve learned to say with this president, never say never.” He also claimed that Holder “basically made it clear….that the civil rights laws were only to protect minority races, and he was not going to be enforcing them to the benefit of white people who were discriminated against on the basis of their race.” So, to be clear, pursuing legislation that would make the way black people are policed in America equal to the way white people are policed in America is unjust, and we all should also be fighting for the civil rights of privileged white people while we work towards equal rights for all. We’ve heard about a lot of dumb criminals in our day, but being undone by your own toilet paper? Eric Frey stands alone in having achieved that dubious feat. The would-be pizza shop robber, 29, was linked to the crime by toilet paper in his Pennsylvania residence and apprehended by local law enforcement. Uniontown police say Frey tried to rob Michael Maria’s Pizza on Saturday by handing an employee a note written on toilet paper. Its message was simple: “I have a gun. Give me $300.” Police arrived before Frey could leave, after an employee hit a panic button, so they were either very fast or he’s just slow as crap at robbing people. Clearly he’s not very good at it, in any case. Caught in the act, Frey told officers he was forced to commit the robbery by a large, bearded man with a gun. The bearded thug accosted him in a nearby alley and put him up to this, he said … but police searched his apartment and wiped out (har har) that story. When the authorities arrived, they found a newly opened roll of toilet paper, and on it, the pen impression from Frey’s threatening note on an outer sheet. Talk about flushing out the truth … or something. No word if it was one- or two-ply, or brand name or generic TP, but the wannabe crook is now locked up.
