The murderer of Biggie Smalls (a.k.a. Notorious B.I.G.) is well known to Los Angeles police, but they refuse to proceed with an arrest, a new report alleges. Why? Because doing so would supposedly expose a police cover-up. A law enforcement source says under condition of anonymity: “The LAPD Robbery Homicide unit tasked with investigating Biggie’s murder knows exactly who fired the gun, and which people were involved in the planning.” The rapper (real name Christopher Wallace) was murdered while riding in the front seat of a Suburban after leaving a hip hop party in Los Angeles in 1997. Years later, Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace, and his widow, Faith Evans, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the LAPD and several of its members. They allege that Wallace’s death was “in a very efficient, organized and professional manner, suggesting that a high degree of coordination and planning.” The lawsuit also claims that disgraced former Officer Rafael Perez admitted to cops that he and fellow cop David Mack, “conspired to murder” Wallace. Not only that, the two carried it out – or so the lawsuit claims. But according to the source, “There will never be an arrest made because it would rock the department to the core. There was a cover-up after the murder.” “This goes way beyond Mack and Perez.” Notorious B.I.G.: Life Before Death 1. Notorious BIG and Puff Daddy Notorious BIG and Puff Daddy from back in the day. Look at that beeper. “Publicly the [LAPD] will say it’s still an open investigation, but that is a sham; the old saying that the cover-up is worse than the crime couldn’t be more true in this case.” “The cover-up would put numerous current and former cops behind bars for years on charges ranging from conspiracy to fraud and making false statements.” Another source says that the “cops want to make an arrest in the [Biggie] case, but witnesses haven’t been cooperative, and that has been a problem from day one.” Perez was involved in a cover-up of an unrelated bank robbery, then sentenced to eight years in prison for stealing $800,000 worth of cocaine from an LAPD evidence locker. Allegedly, the disgraced cop also shot and framed a man with gang connections, having left him paralyzed for a crime he may or may not have committed. He also was reported to have had connections to the Los Angeles gang, the Bloods, and connections to Suge Knight, former head of Death Row Records. There have been widespread reports that Knight ordered Wallace’s murder in retaliation for the death of Tupac Shakur … though Knight also says Tupac is alive . In any case, the LAPD, which apologized to the rapper’s family after the 2012 release of the Notorious B.I.G. autopsy report declined to comment, stating simply: “There is no new information to give out.” Remembering Tupac Shakur (1971-1996) 1. Fix it Jesus !! Man Steals Grandma’s Car From Church Lot For Drugs A New Jersey man has been arrested in connection with the theft of his grandmother’s car from a church parking lot. Arthur J. Garlick, 22, of Wyckoff was charged with stealing a 1999 Lincoln Town Car from the Cedar Hill Christian Reformed Church on June 3. Via New York CBS reports: Garlick’s grandmother was inside the church as a poll worker on election day, police said. The car was found a week later in Paterson and another man was arrested for having the stolen car, police said. Wyckoff police were lead to Garlick after interviewing the man in jail, police said. Garlick admitted to police that he stole the car from the church lot and sold it in Paterson for $200 and $150 worth of heroin, police said. Garlick lives with his grandmother. Police said he got an extra set of her keys and stole the car knowing that she was inside of the church for the day. “This crime highlights the ever growing heroin addiction problem recently called an “absolute epidemic” by the Bergen County Prosecutor, said Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin Fox. “Sadly, persons addicted will let nothing stand in their way to obtain heroin; even thefts from family members,” said Fox. Garlick was charged with auto theft of the third degree and released on his own recognizance. SMH!!!!!
Justin Bieber’s egging case seems to have paralyzed the L.A. County D.A.’s office, which hasn’t filed charges against him in more than six months. Justin Bieber Neighbor Films Egg Tossing Incident The pop star allegedly hurled eggs at his neighbor’s house, causing more than $20,000 in damage in what seemed like an obvious felony case . After all, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. got a warrant, raided Justin’s house and found a surveillance video placing Justin at the scene of the crime. There’s also a video shot during the act in which Justin taunts the neighbor, promising more eggs … and the guy even confronted him face-to-face. The prosecutor initially in charge apparently told the victim in the Justin Bieber egging case that he recommended that his bosses file felony charges. Yet they have not done so. Officials can’t decide whether to file the case as misdemeanor or felony vandalism, the difference between them being money. If the damage exceeds $400, it’s a felony offense, according to the law, and that would certainly appear to be the case here … but still, no decision. The D.A.’s office reportedly feels it’s stuck between a rock and a hard place here: File a misdemeanor charge, appear soft on Bieber because he’s a star. Call it a felony, look bad for trying to nail a celeb for a”stupid egging.” Both true, but they’re eventually going to have to pick one, and we’re guessing we know where the brat’s egging victim would stand on the issue. No pinning this one on Lil Za either, JB. 23 Reasons Justin Bieber Needs to Get Punched 1. He Can’t Keep His Shirt On Yeah. Selfies like this work if you’re Matthew McConaughey. Not Justin Bieber. Also, Matthew McConaughey would never post selfies like this because he doesn’t need to constantly beg for attention or prove to himself that he’s cool.
“Eff yo culture” -Dan Snyder Considering the ongoing battle between offended Native Americans and the NFL via the Washington Redskins, one might have picked a more appropriate time to celebrate 50 years of cheerleaders dressed in traditional Indian attire. Yesterday the above photo was posted to the Redskins Cheerleaders Instagram page along with the following caption: Based on owner Dan Snyder’s deeply entrenched belief that those who are offended by the Redskins blantantly racist name are making much ado about nothing, we find it very hard to believe that this photo was the result of “poor judgement”. It’s pretty clear that the organization could care less about offending a few scattered Injuns.

Inspired by her experience and a serendipitous encounter with Jim Jones, she got a break when she was asked to step up to the mic on Jones’ single “Everybody Jones.” In late 2012, Nyemiah had a late night chance studio meeting with super producer Timbaland, where he put her on the spot to write a few verses and from there took her under his wing.
