Amanda is one lucky white girl. Amanda Bynes Will Not Be Charged For Setting Fire If Amanda was black, they would have locked her azz up, took away her kids, and made sure she coudn’t get work in Hollyweird again. This crazy bish and Lindsay Lohan have been given too many chances. According to TMZ Amanda Bynes is in for a tough road ahead — dealing with what looks like a serious mental illness and a conservatorship — but she’s not going to be charged with another crime … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … prosecutors will NOT charge Amanda with trespass, arson or any other criminal offense in connection with Monday’s bizarre driveway blaze. We’re told cops and prosecutors view her conduct as non-criminal and rooted in mental illness. We’re told the cops almost immediately decided Amanda needed professional help — not punishment. But the troubled star is not out of the woods. She faces DUI charges in L.A. and reckless endangerment and sticky icky charges in NYC. Amanda does need help, but it’s a wrap when you start setting fires and isht.

The World’s End Posters: Cheers!

Two new  The World’s End  posters have dropped, a U.K.-only quad poster (we won’t tell that you’re looking at it from outside the U.K.), and a standard poster. Simon Pegg co-wrote and stars in the sci-fi comedy, which follows a group of adult friends as they go back home to re-attempt an epic pub crawl. Once there, they realize that something strange is happening to the place they grew up. Nick Frost, Martin Freeman, Rosamund Pike, Paddy Considine, and Eddie Marsen also star. Pegg co-wrote the film with Edgar Wright, who also directs. The film represents the final film of the duo’ s  Blood and Ice Cream trilogy. The World’s End will premiere August 23.

Nikki Sixx Calls Out Kim Kardashian for Tornado-Timed Bronzer Tweet

Not long after last night’s devastating Oklahoma tornado tore through the town of Moore, Nikki Sixx posted an ad for Red Cross relief on his Instagram account. A short while later, Kim Kardashian also took to the Internet, sending a very different message to fans: “Love that I can gradually build the perfect bronzed glow I want with #Kardashian Sun Kissed Tan Extenders,” the reality star wrote/shilled. In response to this case of very bad timing and judgment, the Motley Crue rocker addressed Kim with the following comment/question: “Pick your priority or pick your poison. Pretty embarrassing screenshot Kim. Aren’t your 15 minutes up?” Of course, it’s very possible Kardashian was not aware of the tragic event at the time. It’s also possible that she pays an intern to Tweet for her. It’s even conceivable that we can forgive Kim for such a move because she’s so worried that Kanye West might be gay . But to answer your question, Nikki: We can unfortunately confirm that, no, Kardashian’s 15 minutes may very well last for 15 years.

Ray Rice and his family are safe and sound today. But the same cannot be said of two guns and $2,000 in cash belonging to the All-Pro running back. That is what a thief made off with at some point on Friday or Saturday, according to police, as a friend staying at Rice’s Maryland home reported a robbery. Cops are looking at surveillance video of the criminal entering through a rear window and ransacking the residence and are hopeful an arrest can be made this week. Says Rice in a statement to USA Today: “My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing.” “This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.”

Westboro Baptist Church, Shirley Phelps-Roper: Besieged By Anonymous Trolls!

Westboro Baptist Church and specifically spokeswoman Shirley Phelps-Roper have been besieged by trolls from the notorious hacktivist group Anonymous. As soon as WBC announced plans to picket a vigil for the victims of Friday’s Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, Anonymous retaliated hardcore. Shirley Phelps-Roper so far is bearing the brunt of the group’s efforts. In a video posted to Vimeo by Anonymous, the group vowed: “We will not allow you to corrupt the minds of America with your seeds of hatred. We will not allow you to inspire aggression to the social factions which you deem inferior.” “We will render you obsolete. We will destroy you. We are coming.” Phelps-Roper, a relative of WBC founder Fred Phelps, announced the group’s plan “to sing praise to God for the glory of his work in executing his judgment.” Monday, Phelps-Roper’s handle @DearShirley was taken over by hacker @cosmothegod, who Tweeted a petition calling for the White House to recognize WBC as a hate group. Anonymous also claims to have successfully filed for a death certificate for Phelps-Roper, blocked her social security number and changed her desktop background to gay porn. Via its its @YourAnonNews account, Anonomyous also claimed responsibility for the fact that Westboro Baptist Church’s website was taken down. After people from Anonymous hacked Westboro Baptist Church this weekend, they claimed to have found a trove of information about its members. So far, there has also been no news of Westboro carrying through on its threat to picket the funerals of Newtown shooting victims … but watch out if they do.

Piers Morgan’s “interview” with gun rights advocate Larry Pratt grew increasingly heated and even devolved into name-calling Tuesday night on CNN. “You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?” Morgan asked Platt. Piers Morgan-Larry Pratt Interview The most, a longtime advocate of more restrictive gun laws, has spoken out strongly in favor of gun control since the Newtown, Conn., shooting Friday. Piers Morgan absolutely went off on guns that day, shortly after 27 victims, including 20 young children, were shot and killed in the horrific tragedy. Last night’s return to the topic ended on an even more bitter note. Morgan hosted Pratt on Tuesday, and the executive director of Gun Owners of America argued that schools would be safer with more guns. Morgan noted America’s “enormous problem” with gun violence and said the U.S. has “the worst rate of gun murder and gun crime of any of the civil countries in this world.” Pratt countered that with the other side of the gun control debate – arguing that laws promote violence because people are unable to defend themselves. Gun bans in other countries, he said, have not lowered crime rates either. Morgan bristled, said that was not true, and basically called Pratt a moron. “It seems to me you are morally obtuse,” Pratt calmly responded. “You seem to prefer being a victim to being able to prevail over the criminal element. I don’t know why you want to be the criminal’s friend.” “What a ridiculous argument,” Piers said. “You have absolutely no coherent argument. You don’t actually give a damn about the murder rate in America.” Morgan ended by calling Pratt an idiot, to which Pratt sarcastically thanked him for the high level of debate; Piers said Pratt is incapable of such a thing. This has been a long time coming… According to The New York Times , the amount she’s due to receive isn’t known, but it should definitely be a pretty ‘lil penny : The settlement…was announced at a hearing in State Supreme Court in the Bronx, eight long miles from the headline-grabbing case’s genesis: a 28th-floor suite at the Sofitel hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Justice Douglas E. McKeon entered the courtroom at 2:15 p.m., and said a deal had been finalized in his presence about 10 minutes earlier. Both sides agreed that the settlement would be confidential. The housekeeper, Nafissatou Diallo, who was at the hearing and went public with her identity last year, said afterward: “I thank everyone all over the world and everyone at the court. God bless you all.” Mr. Strauss-Kahn, who was not in court, was arrested in May 2011 after Ms. Diallo told detectives that he had assaulted her in his suite. Mr. Strauss-Kahn was indicted on charges including attempted assault, abuse, criminal adult acts, unlawful imprisonment, and forcible touching. The arrest threw Mr. Strauss-Kahn’s career in turmoil: he resigned his post as head of the International Monetary Fund in disgrace and his rumored candidacy for the French presidency was abandoned before it could begin. He was first held in jail without bail, and won his release to house arrest only under extraordinary conditions. But the criminal case began to crumble when questions of Ms. Diallo’s credibility convinced the Manhattan district attorney’s office that it could not reasonably persuade a jury to trust her account. The case was dismissed in August 2011; court papers at the time described Ms. Diallo, an immigrant from Guinea, as having been “persistently, and at times inexplicably, untruthful in describing matters of both great and small significance.” But by then, Ms. Diallo had filed her civil suit in the Bronx, where she lives. Mr. Strauss-Kahn has said the relations with Ms. Diallo was consensual, though in a French television interview after the criminal case was dismissed, he acknowledged that the encounter was “an error” and “a moral failure” that he would forever regret. Khloe Kardashian Talks Being Considered “The Ugly Sister” Being the tall and towering, stallion-esque Kardashian sister with the noticeably different physical and facial features is no easy task. In addition her chubby-lumpkins struggle to stay thin and still go toe-to-toe with her thicky-thick sisters in the limelight, Khloe is also the only one of the three to have a ring on her finger and plenty of rumors to go along with it. Khloe recently sat down with The Block to reveal how she really feels about being considered the no-so-pretty sister. Check out a few excerpts from the interview below: JWD: In Interviews, I’ve heard you group together the experience of being bullied with the comparisons that you had with your sisters. Was there ever a point when you thought, “If I was an only child, I wouldn’t be experiencing this.” KK: No because when I was bullied…Yes, it happened from comparison. Even with teachers. They didn’t realize it, but they would teach my sisters before me because we all attended the same school, and they’d say to me “Oh, you’re a Kardashian sister? But they’re so pretty!” They’re not saying I’m ugly, but they are —-or that’s how I took it. JWD: Well, because that’s your core belief already. KK: Right, so it validates that. But I do believe that stuff prepared me for being older because now everyone has an opinion and everyone still compares me to them. It made me stronger. Everyone asks, “How did you get so confident?” But I don’t know when the turning point was. One day I just thought, yeah, I am different and I’m pretty in my own way and they’re pretty in their own way. Some people like apples, some people like oranges, but that doesn’t mean that apples are bad. I just accept it. My dad always used to tell me, “Your sisters, you might think, are so drop-dead beautiful but you have a personality that a lot of people would like have.” When he said that to me, he wasn’t saying that I wasn’t beautiful. He was saying, you’re going to come into your own but own what you have right now. And he’s right, I’m fun and I get along with people. I’ve just owned who I am.
