Can they please go away forever now? Sources confirm to TMZ that Kelsey and Camille Grammer have finally ended their custody battle, as court documents reveal the former couple has simply agreed to share custody of its children, 10-year old Mason and seven-year old Jude. What a crazy notion that in no way could have been agreed upon months ago without dragging each other through the press . The children will both reside in Los Angeles with Camille, as they have been for years, but Kelsey will maintain “meaningful contact” with them. The custody battle between Camille and Kelsey Grammer continues to grow uglier than Snooki after a night at the club. Here is the latest: The ex-couple faced off in court today because Kelsey wanted to spend six days with his children in Los Angeles. Camille did not want this to happen because she feared her former husband would not take the kids to their usual activities, such as dancing, sports and, according to TMZ, therapy. A family court judge ruled in the actor’s favor… but added that he can only be in charge of the children if they DO attend said activities. Kelsey’s response? Okay, I’ll go… if Camille does not! Seriously, these people are less mature than their offspring. Camille, however, is a regular attendee at these events and, sources say, has every intention of keeping her schedule. And her long-term relationship with model Gabriel Aubry, the father of her daughter Nahla, came to screeching halt after 5 years, as well. Halle recently told UK’s The Sun that she wishes she had known at 18 what she knows now: “I wish I had known then that I was not the marrying kind. Oksana Grigorieva and her team of lawyers have scored yet another victory against Gibson, who must cough up $300,000 for her legal fees. WOE IS MEL: Gibson must pay the $300,000 immediately. Oksana’s lawyers , which total more than 40, have asked for a figure exceeds an incredible $3 million. This for a custody battle involving one child, mind you. They’ve also defended Oksana against extortion allegations, of course, and helped her make the case that Mel committed domestic violence against her. He is likely to be charged soon, sources say. It’s unclear how much Mel has paid in legal fees thus far, but talk about running up a tab, with no end in sight.

Halle Berry is not the only beauty in a custody battle with an ex. Adam Dell, the ex-boyfriend of Top Chef judge Padma Lakshmi and the father of 11-month old Krishna, has filed documents in a Manhattan court that seek to make the former couple’s custody agreement official. Dell and Lakshmi had arranged a legal system-free deal that allowed the former to visit his daughter nine days per month, but that contract will be nullified when she turns a year old on February 20. With the relationship between the two having turned sour – partly, TMZ reports , over Dell’s hatred of his child’s name – the pair will now go to court to decide parental guidelines. Friends of the model/author says she feels “bullied” by her ex and fears this is Dell’s way of forcing her into a relationship with him.
