Miley Cyrus will perform tonight as part of the MTV European Music Awards. Prior to taking the stage, however, the young singer took a few moments to clean up her act… literally! Cyrus posted the following photo to Instagram today, depicting herself in the shower, hair in knotted pigtails and including with it a caption that reads: “I got that shower time showerrrrr time selfiiiie. (A la lana del ray) #happyemas.” This is rather tame for Miley these days, of course. Remember that spread of her exposing her nipples ? Or the GIFs of Miley Cyrus naked , riding a wrecking ball? We can only imagine what Cyrus has in mind for a performance this evening that takes place in Amsterdam.

But the young star has gotten herself a unique haircut and been forced to defend it against critics around the Internet. I can’t believe the words people are saying to me right now. Please I beg of you just stop.” Miley, of course, also received series criticism when she cut and dyed her hair in August 2012. Miley Cyrus is everywhere these days. Case in point: The singer randomly showed up on Saturday Night Live this weekend to announce her 2014 Bangerz tour . But Miley wouldn’t have it any other way, telling the latest issue of Cosmopolitan that this is the “most insane” year of her life – and she’s loving every second of it! “Everything is so chaotic and crazy right now and it’s so much all at once, but I’m living for it,” Cyrus says. “I’m just having the best time ever and everything’s falling into place like it’s supposed to. “Even people who want to hate on me, they can’t even shut down the fact that I’m literally what everyone is talking about.” Miley, who is never afraid to call out her haters , added that “society wants to shut me down” and she wishes people would see the positives in her actions. For example: “What if I hadn’t done that performance?” she asks of her and Robin Thicke’s Video Music Awards performance . “The VMAs would have been bad. They would have been missing something.” Miley says she remains “one hundred percent true” to herself at all times and has a message for her critics: “At the end of the day, I would say I’m a nice person, and I take pride in the fact that I treat everyone really well, so there’s no reason for anyone to ever come at me because I only want the best for everybody else… [I] don’t throw shade. I don’t ever throw shade at anyone.” Cyrus also takes pride in the artists who support her (“Kanye West is one of those people, and even Katy Perry has been so cool… I mean, who cares what the media buzz is if Kanye West is telling you that you’re the shit?”) and says he’s focusing more than ever on her career, post- Liam Hemsworth split: “I need to treat my music like a relationship – give it my time and all the attention it deserves – and that’s my main love right now. This is the best time of my life… God wants my life to be about being successful and being happy and blessing other people and being blessed.”
A few weeks ago…I said that I was tired of Candice Swanepoel…that her amazing Victoria’s Secret body was boring, and repetitive, and that she was old and over exposed…that Victoria’s Secret shoved her down our throats too many times…and that I was done with her and ready to move my obsessive compulsive disorder onto new models…but then today, I went to her instagram…and I learned to love again, she’s so solid…that her body should be what all girls look like…you know the mainstream average measurements…instead of all the genetically modified shit you see every time you leave your house…it would be a far better world to live in…. I don’t understand why anyone hates Miley Cyrus or her hustle…but people are hating…but for every hater there’s 10 people loving her shit…I mean how can you not love it… She’s a small framed popstar with a toned stomach….not afraid of putting herself out there or showing off her nipples…and really that to me is more than enough…but she even goes even beyond that…and every move may be calculated…contrived and strategic…but it’s not a negative thing…I mean pop music is shit…Miley just brings more excitement to it… She had a listening party last night, I got myself invited to it when it was already too late to go, but if I was there, I would have totally held her hand and tried to get her pregnant, because to me…Miley is pretty perfect…except when she talks…but from this perspective..sitting on my soiled couch…we don’t have that issue. According to US Magazine Miley Cyrus is giving Sinead O’Connor a taste of her own medicine. Just hours after O’Connor, 46, penned a lengthy open letter to Cyrus about her outlandish behavior and how’s she’s apparently prostituting herself, the “We Can’t Stop” singer shared a photo of O’Connor’s 1992 infamous moment when she ripped a picture of the Pope on Saturday Night Live. “#SNL,” Cyrus simply wrote alongside the photo on Thursday, Oct. 3. Top top it off, Cyrus, 20, also compared O’Connor to none other than Amanda Bynes. “Before Amanda Bynes…. There was…” the Bangerz star wrote. Alongside the comment, Cyrus posted a screenshot of tweets from O’Connor’s old Twitter account from two years ago. Some of the tweets included the Irish singer trying to find a psychiatrist in Ireland who could “urgently” see her as soon as possible. (Bynes’ parents gave an update on their 27-year-old daughter on Sept. 30 that she’s “making great strides towards recovery” since moving to celebrity rehab center The Canyon in Malibu three weeks ago.)
