Rock Yo Damn Self Back To Sleep: Karrueche Staying Strong Despite Breezy’s Begging

Karrueche Unresponsive To Chris Brown’s Attempts To Reconcile Tell the truth, when you heard the “Back To Sleep” remix , you thought it was a wrap for Karrueche’s strong, single, independent woman days — riiiiight? According to Urban Islandz reports : Sources are saying that Brown reached out to his ex-girlfriend but she gave him the cold shoulder. “He (Chris Brown) thinks that he can just sing a sing for her and she comes running back into his arms, but it would take a whole lot more than that,” sources close to the former couple said. “He did reached out to her again but she made it clear that she don’t want to talk to him.” “She is deeply hurt by him and not once so it is difficult for her to accept him back,” sources added. “Don’t get me wrong because we all think that she still loves him, but she is looking at many things such as what message would she be sending to her fans and other young girls out there that are dealing with toxic relationship. Plus Karrueche made it clear that she does not want to be a step mother.” Can you really blame her? Maybe Karrueche is really over it. Do you think Breezy has changed enough to justify a reconciliation. WENN

Black Don’t Crack: America’s Oldest-Living “Leap Baby” Born In 1916 Celebrates Her 25th Birthday

Black Woman Is The Oldest-Living Leap Baby Daisy Belle Ward was born on February 29, 191 6 but turns 25 today. According to CBS News , the oldest-living “leap baby” is excited to celebrate her big day 100 years later. Daisy Belle Ward appeared in her Sunday finest for her birthday party this past weekend, reports CBS News contributor Jamie Wax. She was born on Feb. 29, 1916, making her America’s oldest-living “leap baby.” The bash, complete with an 80-piece marching band, was a celebration of her 100 years — or, according to the calendar, her 25th birthday. Ward seemed to embrace the latter. But why does Ward’s birthday only come around once every four years? We decided it might be best to consult an expert, starting with theoretical physicist Michio Kaku. “Mother Nature has a sense of humor. She did not make a simple calendar so that when you go around the sun, it’s 365 days. That’s what we learned in school, right? Oh no,” Kaku explained. “Mother Nature made it so that every 365 days plus 5 hours, 49 minutes and a few odd seconds. That means that every year, we have to compensate for one quarter of a day. So after four years, we have to add one more day.” Fun Fact: Ja Rule is a famous Leap Baby and turns 10 today.
