Who’s ready for another slice of warm, moist American Pie? The first full trailer for American Reunion , the fourth film from the American Pie franchise with the full cast, has been released, and focuses on (what else) their 10th reunion. It looks like the more things change, the more they stay the same. Jim (Jason Biggs) and Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) are still married with a kid, Stifler’s (Seann William Scott) still a player, Nadia’s (Shannon Elizabeth) still hot and Stifler’s mom (Jennifer Coolidge) is still on the prowl. Each of the six contestants performed two routines on Dancing With the Stars Monday: One with their professional partners, and a team dance with two other couples. Despite a rib injury, Ricki Lake wowed with both renditions. She performed two paso dobles: One with partner Derek Hough and another with her team that included soccer champ Hope Solo and reality star Rob Kardashian . Call it the DWTS version of the Sports Illustrated or Madden curse. Actor and Iraq veteran J.R. Martinez, who has tied Ricki Lake for first place in previous weeks and held the top spot when she hasn’t, fell a bit short of expectations last night, right after appearing in a glowing cover story for People magazine. Nevertheless, his score of 25 was far from shabby – even if it his recent efforts made it feel “substandard” as Len said – and he likely won’t be punished by viewers for the group dance that netted him a modest 23 for 48 points in all. Here are some Britney in a recent concert performing half naked, because unlike Michael Jackson, she hasn’t died yet, even though she’s been close…her handlers put a stop to that amazing crazy from a few years ago, got her on meds, and threw her into slutty costumes where she does her dancing monkey act as her puppet masters profit from her….leading to another meltdown, but for now she’s showered, thick mom body half naked and clean…so take it in, cuz I’m sure it is temporary..obesity and real crazy is just around the corner…at least I hope cuz that’s when I liked her best…all white trash, crazy and coverted in cheeto dust…or as I like to call it – at her best… Now all I can fantasize about is sniffing her outfits before they are burned or washed by her staff in that small window between end of show and cleaning up the show…all sweaty and tainted…. Sister Wives star Kody Brown welcomed his 17th child yesterday. Today, we bring you the first look (courtesy of TLC) of Solomon. Solomon Brown was born at the polygamous family’s Las Vegas home at 2:02 Wednesday morning, weighing in at 9 lbs, 10.5 oz. Here is the little angel with father Kody, mom Robyn, and sort-of moms Meri, Christine and Janelle … Robyn’s pregnancy was the focus of Sister Wives’ Season 3 premiere . Solomon joins Mariah, Madison, Savanah, Logan, Hunter, Garrison, Gabriel, Aspyn, Mykelti, Gwendlyn, Ysabel, Truely, Paedon, Dayton, Aurora and Breanna. Three of the children are Robyn’s from a previous relationship, so this is her first child with Kody, who has fathered the other 13 kids with the Sister Wives . Congratulations to the happy, unconventional, ever-expanding family!
The Hunger Games has a message for Breaking Dawn , as the latter releases sexy clips and trailers in preparation for its November 18 release: Two mega franchise can play this promotional game! Lionsgate has released a slew of character-based photos for its upcoming blockbuster, including a look at Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss; Josh Hutcherison as Peeta; Liam Hemsworth as Gale; and more. The movie doesn’t come out until March 23, but expect A LOT of hype and anticipation in the meantime. We can’t wait.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy sort of backed off his comments Monday about Dancing With the Stars being “his” show, but is still plenty pissed at the judges. Chmerkovskiy laid into Len Goodman , Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli after what he believed were scathing, personal critiques of his routine with Hope Solo. Lacey Schwimmer and Chaz Bono , who were eliminated Tuesday night, felt similarly and supported Maksim, but Ricki Lake’s partner Derek Hough took the judges’ side. That drew a stinging rebuke from Chmerkovskiy … “Derek Hough has been very supportive of his personal career on the show,” Maksim said in an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America . “With all due respect, if I had Nicole Scherzinger followed by Jennifer Grey followed by Ricki Lake, I probably would not be upset with the judges either.” Maksim wishes he hadn’t said in the heat of the moment that DWTS is “his” show and he is the reason for its success, acknowledging it’s a team effort. But he won’t praise the judges, either. “I had a long conversation with my dad and I don’t regret anything,” he reflected on GMA . “That’s why I think I’m misunderstood in this situation.” “Everyone is waiting for me to bow my head and plead for forgiveness. I have nothing to apologize for. I’m in the business because I love it.” “The one thing I’m not going to embrace is pointing fingers and disrespectful remarks,” he explained. “Why are judges allowed to compare us to animals and point their fingers and then we can’t say our side and show our opinion?” “I can’t really lose with remarks like this.” Whose side are you on?
Add Ricki Lake to the list of celebrities who have participated in what has become America’s unofficial celebrity weight loss show: Dancing With the Stars. She may not have lost the 100 pounds boasted by one recent finalist (check out these Kirstie Alley weight loss pics ), but Lake has certainly slimmed down. You can see difference from the pre-season promo pic to the present: Ricki Lake has lost 20 pounds of weight on DWTS . Lake is clearly enjoying her thinner frame, and looking healthy and wonderful while doing it. Ricki’s also maintaining a healthy attitude towards the process. “I don’t know. I didn’t weigh myself at the beginning. I’m definitely a size six now. I’ll probably be a size four by the end of it,” she told the Huffington Post . “It’s come to the point where it doesn’t matter to me. I no longer wear Spanx. I don’t have lumps where I used to. I will weigh myself at the end.” “I really like where my body is going. My waist has never been smaller.” Lake also claimed to not be a “natural dancer,” but she’s just being modest. Aside from JR Martinez , it doesn’t appear anyone can stop her this season.
I don’t pretend to know the workout routines of some of today’s top models, I always assumed they just leg wrestled each other for exercise, but apparently Adriana Lima likes to rough it up a bit. I’m not exactly the most athletic male, I run a celebrity blog remember, but I wouldn’t mind going a few rounds with this gorgeous specimen. Sure I might cry like a fat kid and more likely than not pee myself a little bit, but all in all I think it would be worth it. Call me.
