She may be gone from Dancing with the Stars, but Kate Gosselin isn’t done dancing around legal crusades waged by her loser ex-husband Jon. The royal douchebag will be pressing on with his “absentee mom” argument in custody court, in spite of the fact that Kate got booted Tuesday. Why? Because if it’s not DWTS , it’ll be something else. Jon’s lawyer, Anthony List, says Dancing with the Stars “is the tip of the iceberg, as surely there will be many other projects to take its place.” The attorney notes that Kate has already signed on for two new shows, both on TLC, and scoffs that “She’s always promoting something .” “Most of the time it’s herself.” Kate got smoked on Dancing with the Stars. Will the reality mom soon be subject to a similar fate in court, thanks to new custody filings made by her douchebag ex? Jon is asking the court for primary custody of their eight kids … which is kind of a joke, as regardless of his complaints about Kate, what does he possibly have to offer them? Unemployment and nights out with mediocre girls? But therein lies the rub. Jon also wants child support from Kate, who is hands down becoming the breadwinner in the dysfunctional family. Whether he gets it is another story, as there are a whole host of reasons he should not, but Jonny seems determined to press on for now. Who do you think should have custody of the Gosselin kids?
