Drake and Rihanna are dating again. The end. Just kidding. There’s a bit more to the story than that. Rumors of romance began swirling earlier this year when the two steamed up the screen with their mad chemistry in Rihanna’s “Work” video . But most of us chalked it up to thirsty publicists trying to create buzz around the track. Then we received reports that Rihanna and Drake were secretly dating for months and wanted to keep their relationship out of the public eye. And now it appears that the rumors were true. An insider tells E! News that the pair are definitely back on. In fact, the source reports that Drake has always wanted RiRi back, and she’s finally softened. Their music together got them close again.” The pair enjoyed a brief romance back in 2014, but it ended quickly because Drake was “too in love.” “He is too in love with her, which has always been the problem,” an insider dished. “They have been fighting, but that could change.” Hopefully their love in on equal footing these days and these crazy kids can have a real shot at happiness.
Earlier this week, we learned that JoJo Fletcher would be confronting suitor Jordan Fletcher about past cheating rumors during an upcoming episode of The Bachelorette . And now, we have the video of the awkward encounter. Jordan, the former NFL quarterback and brother of star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, has been a frontrunner since the season premiere when he shared a totally open-mouthed kiss with JoJo. But something was fishy about the guy from the get-go. For starters, his ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar called Jordan out as a cheater on Instagram right after his first episode aired. Others suspect he's participating in the dating show for the wrong reasons, specifically, trying to regain his place in the spotlight. Now it's been revealed that JoJo actually met Jordan's ex in Dallas before the show began filming, and her words were far from flattering. “Brittany told JoJo that Jordan wasn’t a great boyfriend,” an insider told Us Weekly . “She said there were trust issues.” Now, JoJo's putting Jordan on the hot seat, and he doesn't appear thrilled. She brings up her meeting with Brittany and asks Jordan to explain his side. The dude is obviously uncomfortable, and you can almost see the beads of sweat bloom from his brow as he takes a sip of water then nervously runs his hand through his hair. “That's just, uh, interesting,” Jordan tells her. “I don't even know what to say there.” He finally goes on to explain that he was so focused on football at the time, and he admits to not being the best person. “Was there cheating?” JoJo finally inquires, and the producers cut it off with that cliff hanger. We think it’s safe to say that Khloe Kardashian has a type. And that type is professional athletes. Usually Khloe sticks to basketball players, but it seems she’s mixing it up these days. Recent rumors have Khloe dating New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., and insiders say Khlodell started getting serious almost immediately. Yes, you can tell it’s the real deal by the fact that they already have a couple nickname. Media Takeout reports that Khloe and Odell have been “low key seeing each other for months,” but only went public this past weekend. The new couple attended Drake’s Memorial Day party in Los Angeles on Monday, where they apparently made no effort to conceal that they’re dating. Sources say they’d planned to keep the relationship under wraps longer, but were aware that they had been spotted making out at 1Oak the night before, and thus decided to officially let the cat out of the bag at Drizzy’s. Like Khloe, Odell prefers A-list lady friends to the company of mere mortals. Back in February, Beckham was rumored to be dating Zendaya . Sources say their age difference – coupled with the strictness of the Disney star’s dad, who insisted on chaperoning their dates – eventually led Beckham and Zendaya to amicably part ways. Prior to that relationship, Beckham was linked to Amber Rose . It remains to be seen if that’ll create problems, as Amber and Khloe have been feuding on and off for years. For her part, Khloe was dating James Harden of the Houston Rockets until she turned her attention back to her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, when a drug overdose nearly claimed his life. This may explain why a recent survey conducted by online dating site Plenty of Fish found that single mothers are finding partners 10 percent faster than the average user. While researchers did not offer any potential theories as to why they believe that their female members with children are swiftly connecting with Mr. Right, it seems that moms have a lot less time to waste than the average dater, which means that they’re less likely to spend time going on dates and communicating with people with whom they see no future. And speaking of time, more than 50 percent of moms expressed that they prefer online dating to dating the old-fashioned way because it allows them to spend more time with their children. It’s also quite convenient. More than 60 percent of moms reported being active on the dating site whenever they found a spare second between juggling the rest of their responsibilities… [ MadameNoire ] African Union Says Haiti Not African Enough To Have Membership …Black folks from across the diaspora celebrated reports that the small island nation would possibly be inducted as the 55th country to join the African Union. Yesterday, we reported that Leah Messer is most likely back together with boyfriend T.R. Dues . Mind you, this observation wasn’t based on hearsay or some unverified tabloid rumor, but rather on a tweet that Leah posted herself: “Some couples are just madeee for each other! You know what they say. There is someone for everyone,” Leah tweeted. Certainly sounds like someone who’s in a relationship, don’t ya think? But today Leah is saying that the idea of anyone even thinking she’s back with T.R. makes her laugh. In fact, it makes her roll on the floor laughing: “The fact that my tweet in no way meant I am in a relationship and was about another couple I seen has me ROFL. #CantDeal LOL. “Can we not find something better to discuss in the media, ya kno? Like how I’m buying my first home with MY DAUGHTERS!” We totally thought she was gonna end that with “US forces rolling back ISIS,” or “tornadoes ravaging the Midwest,” or “Steph Curry nailing epic threes from way downtown,” but no. Leah wants the media to continue covering Leah, but ya know – stuff that makes her look super adult and stuff. As for whether or not she’s living with Dues , well we don’t know but there are lots of people with inside knowledge who seem to think that they’re at least dating again. “He may not be living with Leah full time but they are still together and is seen at the house all the time,” one insider told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup on Friday. “Leah is actually about to move (again) but she hasn’t really talked about whether or not T.R. will live with her at the new place.” Add to that the fact that Leah’s neighbors have confirmed that T.R. comes and goes from the house on an almost daily basis, and it begins to sound like there’s at least a friends-with-benefits arrangement going on. Dear Bossip , I have known my best friend since were in elementary school, and now we are both in our early 30s. So, naturally, we have been through a lot and talk to each other about everything. I met a guy on my birthday last year. We talked for like almost two months and then I moved to another city to start law school. But, in December, we started talking again and in January we became official. Recently, my friend not only told me that she has a crush on my boyfriend, but she has repeatedly asked me for his number. After that happened I have been kind of keeping my distance. I don’t know how to proceed with our friendship because I feel like she doesn’t respect my relationship and that she would try to sleep with my boyfriend if she was anywhere near him. My cousin said I should respect that she came to me instead of going behind my back. I guess she has a point, but I still feel some kind of way. I don’t want her to feel like I’m picking a man over her, but seeing how she is blatant with her attraction to my man should I just keep my life with them separate, or continue to keep my distance like I have been doing? – Confused About What To Do Dear Ms. Confused About What To Do , Well, if your best friend is crushing over your man, and she knows that you and he are together, and she’s asking you for his number and telling you that she is attracted to him, then she is not your friend. What best friend do you know will disrespect your relationship by coming right out and asking for your man’s number and telling you she has a crush on him knowing that you’re in a relationship with him? That is some bold ass –ish! Now, see, at first you may think she is joking, and punking you. “Girl, stop playing. I know he’s fine, and he’s a good catch. Glad you recognize.” But, for her to do this over and over again, the next words out of your mouth should be, “I’m going to need for you to back it up. Quit playing with me, and stay in your lane. This is my relationship, and he is off limits, and if you can’t respect this, us, and me, then, yes, I will cut you off.” And, no, you’re not picking a man over her, you’re just recognizing that your best friend doesn’t have any boundaries, and she is showing you her true colors – she will sleep with your man and feel it okay. Squash this today and put her in her place. Yeah, your cousin may have a point that you should respect that she came to you and told you instead of going behind your back, but now you know who your enemy is, and now you know that you can’t trust your friend. So, hell to the no, you don’t bring them around each other, don’t invite your friend on dates with you, or to gatherings, or anywhere or anyplace where you and your man will be. She will slip her number to him, fawn all over him, and throw herself on him and she will do this right in your face, and be unbothered by it. That’s how bold she is because she is bold enough to ask you for his number, and bold enough to tell you that she is crushing on your man. No, you don’t trust her, and quite frankly you need to confront her instead of avoiding her. Yup, confront her. Instead of avoiding her, you need to call her out and have a serious conversation with her about her inappropriate behavior, and soliciting you for your man’s number. You did state that you’ve been best friends since you were younger, and you’re now in your 30s, so I don’t understand why you can’t talk with your best friend and be frank and honest with her. Tell her how you don’t appreciate her coming to you asking for your man’s number, and that you don’t find it cute or appropriate that she is crushing on him and that she feels it okay to tell you these things and not think you will feel a way about it, or confront her about it. Girl code rule #1 is that you don’t go after your best friend’s man. You don’t flirt, ask for his number, socialize with him alone, attempt to date him or give googly eyes. And, nor do you even look at him romantically giving any indication that you are interested. He is off limits, period point blank. Now, the fact that she is violating girl code rule #1 should let you know that doesn’t respect you or your relationship. She should know better. But, obviously it doesn’t matter to her, and she is going to get what she wants, and she is going to do it regardless of whether you like it or not. So, again, confront her, have a serious conversation with her, and express how it makes you feel that your best friend is disrespecting your relationship. Tell her that she is overstepping her boundaries, and her behavior makes you uncomfortable, and quite frankly you are starting to second guess your friendship. Erykah Badu Dating Carl Jones Erykah Badu stays with a man on deck! The soulful songstress was just publicly claimed once again on social media, and she quickly confirmed the union. Her new beau? None other than producer/actor Carl Jones, most famous for creating “Black Dynamite.” Carl casually dropped the info that he and Erykah are an item via Twitter early Thursday morning, complete with a loved-up photo of the two cuddling in black and white. Yesterday, we reported that Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook are dating . Kaley posted a photo of Karl licking her face on Instagram, which is usually a pretty good indication that two people are romantically involved, but in this case, there was reason to be suspicious right off the bat. You see, it’s April Fools Day on Friday, and Kaley’s love of pranks is well documented. Add to that the fact that Karl’s name is strikingly similar to Kaley’s (Cuoco means “cook” in Spanish), and it’s not hard to see why Kaley’s new relationship raised some eyebrows. But the Internet did some sleuthing, and now it seems that despite his name, Karl is: Not made-up, and Not a prominent revolutionary socialist. We hate to dash your hopes about a spinoff entitled The Big Class Theory , but it’s just not gonna happen. Anyway, Kaley and Karl were spotted at a tennis match back on March 12 (above), weeks before they started going semi-public with their relationship. In other words, if this is some sort of lame prank, these two are seriously committed to it. So yeah, it looks like you’re gonna have to give up your dreams of Kaley and Johnny Gelecki getting back together . That romance is restricted to the world of television…for now.
