It's been over a month since Jenelle Evans' kids were removed from her home following a CPS investigation which concluded that she had failed to provide a safe and healthy home environment. In the weeks since, Evans and husband David Eason have been battling to regain custody, thus far to no avail. The odds are stacked against the Easons, which might explain why they've taken to pulling out all the stops and fighting dirty. David is set to take the stand today, and those who have been watching the case closely believe he'll go on the offensive against his kids' current caretakers. Meanwhile, Jenelle has been going off on her mother, Barbara Eason, and trying to make the case that the kids are no safer with her than they were on the land. Yes, believe it or not, this situation is still getting uglier. Take a look at the latest: 1. Dueling Evanses Prior to this increasingly messy custody battle, Jenelle and Barbara were actually on good terms with one another for the first time in a very long time. 2. Better Days After years of rocky relations, Jenelle and Barbara turned things around during the filming of what would turn out to be Jenelle’s final season on Teen Mom 2. 3. Strange Bedfellows Granted, this was at least partially out of necessity, as David had already been fired from the show, and Jenelle needed a sounding board for her endless tirades. 4. Back to the Battleground Whatever the case, Jenelle and Barbara’s brief cease-fire is officially at an end thanks to a series of recent court rulings. 5. Trouble on the Land In May, Jenelle’s kids were removed from her home and placed with relatives after David shot and killed the family dog, prompting a CPS investigation. 6. A Second Chance For Ensley Two-year-old Ensley Eason was placed with Babs, and while one might think Jenelle would prefer that to seeing her daughter placed with strangers in a foster home, she’s apparently outraged by the arrangement. Source: fstop123 / Getty An Ohio Gym Teacher Has Been Charged With Molesting 28 First Graders According to People , an Ohio gym teacher is accused of sexually abusing 28 first-grade girls. John Austin Hopkins was reportedly charged with 36 counts of gross sexual imposition with 28 first-grade girls by a grand jury. The case began after a concerned father met with the principal at Clearcreek Elementary School after expressing concern when his daughter told him that she “got to sit on Mr. Hopkins lap.” So school administrators checked the footage from the gym’s security cameras and allegedly saw the girl sitting on Hopkins’ lap, confirming the parents concerns. John Austin Hopkins was immediately removed from the classroom and turned it over to the Springboro Police Department and a full investigation began prompting authorities to study security camera footage dating back to December 2018. In the video, Hopkins was allegedly seen putting his hands up the shirts and skirts of the girls. The grand jury was presented with incidences of alleged inappropriate touching of 88 different first grade girls. They decided to indict 36 counts of gross sexual imposition related to 28 different girls. The 36 sexual misconduct charges are all third-degree felonies, which each carry a 5-year maximum prison sentence.

In a trailer for an upcoming episode, the host and actress revealed she once had a threesome in her early 20s but doesn’t give the experience high marks. I was very, very young,” she said as her daughter, Willow Smith, covered her eyes. “Like early 20s.” The Girls Trip actress continued, “I didn’t like it. As you’ve likely heard by now, Jenelle Evans has lost custody of all of her children . It was a long overdue development that happened both gradually and abruptly. It was abrupt in the sense that CPS swooped in and removed the kids from Jenelle and David Eason’s home shortly after Eason shot and killed the family dog , thus prompting an investigation that revealed unsuitable living conditions. But the newly desolate conditions on The Land were also a long time in the making, as Jenelle had long ago lost custody of her eldest son, Jace, and David has a son hasn’t been permitted to see in years. Jace has been living with Barbara Evans since he was a baby, so even though Babs raised Jenelle, we can safely assume that she is capable of properly raising a child. These days, Jenelle’s 2-year-old daughter Ensley is also under Babs’ care. And for reasons that aren’t entirely clear, many believe the child is miserable at her grandmother’s home. Take, for example, the comments on a recent photo of Babs’ adoptive kids. “Myrtle Beach and I was not at the Winery,” Barbara captioned the pic. “Cardboard cutouts all over Broadway at the beach,” she added. Sounds innocent enough, right? Just a wholesome day of family fun (the guy in the pic is Jenelle’s brother Colin). Well, not in the eyes of some fans, who zeroed in on Ensley’s expression and took it as a sign that the toddler is being mistreated. “Poor Ensley looks so sad!!” wrote one follower. “Ensley looks like she’s worried about the potential crisis in the Middle East,” another person commented. “Poor little thing. It’s great how I can read minds on IG though, right?” another fan sarcastically quipped. Another Instagram user took the situation very seriously, writing: “I can’t help it … Ensley looks so unhappy. Something is not right!” And this, folks, is a prime example of the internet at its very worst. We’re sure some of these people think they’re helping, but really, they’re just drawing wild conclusions based on very little evidence. We’re sure the past few weeks have been very stressful for Ensley. But that doesn’t mean Babs is neglecting her or Jenelle was secretly some kind of super mom. Being placed in a new home would be stressful for any kid, but the authorities wouldn’t have done it if they didn’t consider it absolutely necessary. Fortunately, the majority of fans saw the situation for what it was and realized that 2-year-olds just get cranky sometimes: “She was probably just tired and [needs] a nap!!” one person commented. “Those kids are so lucky to have you in their lives!” someone else wrote before asking the valid question” “Where should they be if you weren’t there? “Hey no judgment!! Check out the highlights below. — Jada : I was really moved by your book in terms of you repairing your relationship with your daughter. Because we had a little bit of that in our house. Will just thought that winning, he thought providing was enough. Until one day, Willow was like, ‘This is hurting me.’ Willow : I don’t even think it was a conversation. It was just me choosing to be like ‘No.’ Jada : This was during the “Whip the Hair.” It took her and that relationship for him to stop and reevaluate what is love. Common : My daughter Omoye confronted me. It was a late-night call so I thought I was getting a call like, ‘I’m a cool dad.’ It was 2 in the morning. I had to start a film the next day so I said, ‘Ima call you back. Let’s talk tomorrow.’ And she called me right back like, ‘Yo, you don’t even care. You ain’t even see where I was at.’ And it really, it shook me for a minute. I was like, ‘What are you talking about? I do care.’ And her mother and I weren’t together. Eventually, that conversation turned into her saying you weren’t there for me, you didn’t fight for me as a father. It made me feel defensive. I was hurt and I was mad too. I was like, ‘You really believe some of this stuff.’ What I really learned, after I got past my own ego, I said, ‘Look, you right, I didn’t fight.’ And I had to acknowledge that. I just need to listen to her because this is what she’s feeling. No matter what I think I’ve done and this and that, this is how she feels. And that was one of those the heavens open moments and how to apply love more. Jada : In the way it looked for her. You probably thought you were doing your thing. Common : I didn’t grow necessarily with my father, right? So a lot of ways I learned to be a man is from my homies and other father figures. And the provide and protect are the two most important things we learn. And I’m a caring individual but I had to get past just providing and protecting because love is a action word. That type of understanding and just paying attention is what we weren’t equipped with… When you put the truth on the table, it strengthens the relationship. Omoye was harboring those feelings. She felt like, ‘I didn’t always have my dad here so if I tell him some stuff he did wrong, I’ll have him less.’ Once she was able to put it out, she felt liberated and free. And now, she’s more secure in the fact that you can tell your dad whatever you need to tell him and the love is going to be there. We had our own therapy session together. And she was smart about it. She was like, ‘Dad, before this book come out we need to resolve this.’ We’re doing great overall, she just graduated from Howard University. I was like, ‘Yeah.’ And that’s when she started processing. and she said, ‘I really am proud of you.’ When your daughter tell you she’s proud of you, you feel that. His relationship with his mother affecting his romantic relationships with women Common : My mother gave me all the love she could but some of that love was even pain because of her and my father not being together and that struggle. A single mother sometimes will put the responsibility of a husband on a young boy. And the child is like, he’s trying to do his best but he can’t do what a husband can do, just providing the emotional energy and love. And that eventually transfers into an intimacy avoidance. So anytime that show up in a [romantic] relationship, you’re like no. You’re like this feels familiar in a bad way. And the mothers they don’t know they’re doing that. They’re just trying to offer their love. I’ve been in situations where I’ve been in a good relationship but the woman, she needed certain things and I felt like it was being too much. It reminded me of my mother. I need to identify is this really happening and if it is, I should be able to communicate that and say the things I need. And that’s what the therapy has helped me with. And I’m like, ‘Black people, let’s use therapy, man.’ From a personal level to a generational level, we can use it to heal. Jada : There was a line in the book where you thought love was desire. Common : Men really identify this yearning for this person being a love thing. When that in love, honeymoon phase goes, I would go, ‘This don’t feel as good.’ I would start coming up with excuses on why the relationship is not gon work. ‘When I’m in relationships, I don’t do work as well.’ My albums are not as good or I don’t focus. According to TMZ , Chyna wants to put her 2-year-old daughter Dream on full reality TV blast and Rob ain’t trying to hear it. Chyna sent Rob release forms to sign and his lawyer Marty Singer replied with a letter threatening major legal action if Chyna tries to proceed without Rob’s consent. Rob and Chyna have 50/50 custody of Dream and there is absolutely nothing that Chyna can do without his blessing. A s investigators worked to determine how so many American tourists have turned up dead in recent months in the Dominican Republic , social media sleuths have been pretty consistent and adamant about what they say has caused the string of deaths and illnesses . The FBI has even joined in the investigation of the deaths that share so many similarities.
