When police and paramedics arrived, Stone was found bleeding in Marchant’s apartment with a single stab wound to his neck area. Ralph Stone was attended to by police and paramedics, but died a short time later. Friends say Marchant worked as an adult flick entertainer, making films as recently as a year ago. Using the stage name Scarlett Rouge, her Twitter account says Jennifer retired from adult films last year. According to police Marchant stabbed Stone to death with a kitchen knife in her apartment on Oliver Street in North Tonawanda on Wednesday night. Friends say Jennifer Marchant often wrote about boyfriend Ralph Stone on Facebook. Stone was the father of a two-year-old daughter. Says Ralph’s mother: “To know him [Ralph] is to love him. He was just a fun-loving kid with a really big heart. He worshipped his daughter. She was premature and he was there all the time.” Michelle Stone said that after a recent rough patch, Ralph was about to start a job at National Fuel and go to the University at Buffalo Law School. Ralph Stone’s mother admits the couple “had a few spats, but every relationship every relationship does. But as far as I know, they got along well. She came for Christmas. Frank Ocean WILL NOT press charges against Chris Brown after last week’s brawl, announcing that he after some soul searching, he has opted to move on. Ocean posted on his Tumblr, “As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer.” “I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.” Simple, yet profound thoughts from the rapper. The Chris Brown-Frank Ocean fight broke out last Sunday outside a recording studio in L.A., allegedly (at least at first) over a highly coveted parking spot. A witness on scene said Breezy threw the first punch and Ocean spoke to the police, while Brown left the scene and was the suspect in the battery case. Sources close to Chris remained adamant Frank came at him, Ocean’s crew started it, and that Brown never hit anyone. No one was charged in the case. With Frank letting it go, that’s how it will stay. Hatchet, buried … at least until the next studio run-in.
Chris Kyle, a former Navy SEAL who wrote “American Sniper” about his career as a marksman in Iraq, was shot dead at a gun range in Texas Saturday. Kyle, 38, and another man were found dead at the shooting range of Rough Creek Lodge on Saturday afternoon, the Texas Highway Patrol said. The killer, identified as Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster, Texas, was arrested after a brief pursuit, Trooper and spokesman Lonny Haschel confirmed. The other victim was named as Chad Littlefield, aged 35. Kyle, a Texas native who grew up hunting, served four tours in Iraq with Navy SEAL Team 3, and is credited with 160 confirmed kills as a marksman. His shooting during battles in Ramadi and Fallujah became legendary, and insurgents nicknamed him the “Devil of Ramadi” and put a bounty on his head. Remarkable skill at his craft – one shooting too place from 2,100 yards, 1.2 miles away – earned Chris the reputation as “America’s deadliest sniper.” In a February 2012 interview with NBC News, Kyle said he didn’t want to put the number of people he killed in the book but the publisher insisted. “If I could figure out the number of people I saved, that’s something I would brag about,” he told NBC News’ Lester Holt, regarding the U.S. mission. Those close to him were shocked by the news. “It just comes as a shock and it’s staggering to think that after all Chris has been through, that this is how he meets his end,” Scott McEwen, his co-author, said. After leaving the Navy, Kyle founded Craft International, a group that provides training to military, police, corporate and civilian clients, Reuters said. Kyle was married with two children. Police said Routh is believed to have shot the victims at around 3:30 p.m. before leaving the shooting range and returning to his home in a pickup truck. The link between Routh and the two victims wasn’t immediately clear. The Dallas Morning News reported that Routh is 25 and had military training.
Amanda Bynes, threatened with eviction by her landlord for breaking rules and being disrespectful toward others, packed up and left her NYC apartment last week. According to reports, Bynes got a letter from management in January explaining that her lease would be terminated (presumably February 1, when she left). Reason: She’s a pothead. Management made the decision to evict following complaints of marijuana smoke emanating from Amanda Bynes ‘ apartment “morning, noon and night.” Sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the halls. It’s a non-smoking building, like most New York structures. She’s kind of a big a fan of the herb, it would appear. In any case, TMZ reports that Amanda wasn’t going to wait and challenge management’s decision and decided to simply find somewhere else to live. It’s unclear where the 26-year-old plans to go next, but departing this spot is a done deal. Trucks were seen packing up and moving her stuff on outta there. Anybody need a roommate?

Rihanna’s Mother Says She Approves Of Chris Brown Relationship Despite all the constant drama and endless controversy surrounding Rihanna deciding to reunite with the boyfriend who beat boxed her face four years ago while the world watched it all unfold, there’s one important person who says she thinks it’s the right decision: Rihanna’s mother Monica. via The Hollywood Life Rihanna’s mother, Monica Braithwaite, is supporting her daughter’s relationship with Chris Brown. In Rihanna’s recent Rolling Stone interview, her mother was asked her opinion on her daughter’s relationship. No matter what anyone else thinks of her daughter, Monica believes in Rihanna’s ability to make the right decisions. “I know her,” said Monica. “I’m very proud of her.” Monica believes that her daughter is headed in the right direction and is very conscience of the decisions she is making. “She has her head on straight. I have to let her make her decisions, and I can only sit back and hope and pray for the best,” said Monica. Monica’s decision to support her daughter throughout her roller coaster relationship with Chris just adds to the constant motherly love she provides to Rihanna. Monica tells Rolling Stone that she is amazed by her daughter’s ability to make the right decision. While it’s always important for mothers to support their children even when it seems that the rest of the world is against them, momma Rih-Rih has to have some reservations about her daughter running back into the arms of her former abuser. What say you Bossipers? Is it more important to support your child or more important to speak up when you think their decisions have the potential to create disaster, even if they seem happy and confident?
Jessica Chastain is riding high with her critically acclaimed Oscar-nominated performance in Zero Dark Thirty , but her next gig may be a bit of an about-face from her role at the center of covert operations to snuff out Bin Laden. Chastain will star in a film adaptation of August Strindberg’s play Miss Julie , which will be directed by Swedish actor-director Liv Ullmann . Colin Farrell and Samantha Morton will also star in the film, according to The Guardian. Written in 1888, Miss Julie helped pave the way in utilizing theatrical naturalism in telling its story of class and power. The story revolves around the daughter of a count who falls for her father’s footman. Originally set at a Swedish country house in 1874, it is unclear if Ullmann will set the movie version of the story there or if she’ll pick a different period and locale. The last major adaptation of the play was a Mike Figgis-directed version which starred Saffron Burrows and Peter Mullan as the leads. Ullmann starred in ten of legendary filmmaker Ingmar Bergman’s movies and took up directing in the 1992 family drama Sophie . Miss Julie will be her fourth feature, though her last film, Faithless was released in 2000. [Source: The Guardian ]
