Footloose Movie Trailer: Watch, Gawk at Julianne Hough Now!

Why remake Footloose , an iconic film from 1984? For male movie fans around the globe, the answer is easy: Julianne Hough. The beautiful Dancing with the Stars professional takes on her first lead role in this adaption, which comes out on October 14 and also stars Kenny Wormald in the role made famous by Kevin Bacon over 25 years ago. He portrays a city teenager who comes to a small town and helps it rediscover the magic of dancing. Hough plays the daughter of Dennis Quaid’s Reverend Shaw Moore. In defending her daughter’s decision to wed a husband 35 years her senior, Krista Stodden said yesterday that her child has “real breasts” and is ” not plastic .” What did this have to do with anything? Amber Portwood: Safe, Receiving Treatment

Following a suicide threat and a hospitalization, Amber Portwood is doing better and is hopefully on the mend. “Amber is safe and getting the help she needs right now. Thanks for your prayers and support,” Gary Shirley, the Teen Mom ‘s star occasionl boyfriend, Tweeted this afternoon. We last heard from Shirley on the disturbing 911 call he placed soon after speaking to Amber on Tuesday. Amber is being evaluated at St. John’s Hospital and received a quick visit from Shirley a few hours after authorities responded to his call two days ago. For the sake of her child, Leah (above), let’s all hope Portwood finds peace and happiness in the very near future.
