Kelly ‘s estranged daughter Buku Abi has decided to break her silence following the premiere of Surviving R. Kelly. Abi, whose birth name is Joann Kelly, posted a lengthy message on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, according to People . She condemned her “terrible” father, who she hasn’t been in contact with for years, and she expressed support for all the people who were allegedly abused by her father. She also explained why it took so long for her to release a statement: “To the people that feel I should be speaking up/against everything that is going on right now. I just want you all to understand that devastated is an understatement for all that I feel currently,” she wrote. “I do apologize if my silence to all that is happening comes off as careless. That is my last intention. I pray for all the families & women who have been affected by my father’s actions. Trust, I have been deeply affected by all of this.” Abi is the daughter of R. Kelly and Andrea Kelly, who also accused Kelly of abusing her for years . Abi went on to say in her post that it’s been “very difficult to process it all” and “gather all the right words to express everything I feel.” She continued: “Anyone that knows me personally or has been following me throughout the years knows that I do not have a relationship with my father. Nor do I speak on him or on his behalf. I also am not fond of dealing with my personal issues or personal life through social media but, I feel things are starting to get out of hand.” Abi also said her family, including her siblings and mother, haven’t seen R. Kelly for years. She cited the challenges they faced in regards to his life decisions as the reason they don’t keep in contact with him. “My mother, siblings and I would never condone, support or be a part of ANYTHING negative he has done and or continues to do in his life,” she said. “Going through all I have gone through in my life, I would never want anyone to feel the pain I have felt. Reminders of how terrible my father is, and how we should be speaking up against him, rude comments about my family, fabricating me, my siblings & our mothers ‘part’ etc. Does not help my family (Me, my sister, my brother, and my mother) in our healing process. Nor does it allow a safe space for other victims who are scared to speak up, speak up.” Abi then went on to say “The same monster you all confronting me about is my father. I am well aware of who and what he is. I grew up in that house.” Abi explained that she stayed quiet for a long time for her peace of mind, her emotional state and her healing. “I have to do & move in a manner that is best for me. I pray anyone who reads this understands I put nothing but good intent behind each word,” she said, adding that her statement took her nearly three days to compose. Source: South_agency / Getty The Oldest Is Being Charged As An Adult A Mississippi mom was found drenched in blood in her front yard on Friday, and authorities are linking the scene to her 12 and 14-year-old daughters. According WLBT , Erica Hall was pronounced dead at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. Coroner Jones said Hall was repeatedly stabbed in her upper torso and back, and she also suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. Relatives believe Hall was stabbed inside her mobile home before she staggered outside to take her final breaths in the front yard. They suspect her two daughters, Amariyona and her younger sister, were responsible. “The girls, when I drove up, they were like ‘Tee Tee we didn’t do this,’” said Robin Coney, Hall’s aunt. “And I was like ‘OK, if y’all didn’t do it, where were y’all when the people that was doing it did it?’” Family members say a big argument occurred between Hall and her daughters on Friday night at their home. “It was her gun. It was in her car,” said Coney. “So they had got it out. So I guess when they were doing all that to her, she was probably trying to get to her gun to fight for her life.” Pike County Sheriff Kenny Cotton said in the Enterprise-Journal that the fight was probably due to Hall punishing her daughters earlier that week. Sources say that the girls tried to run Hall over with the family car that week and she put her daughters on punishment. They possibly retaliated with a brutal attack on their mother on Friday. “I can’t imagine what’s going on inside their minds to process that,” Cotton said. “A mom is a mom no matter what.” After Hall was attacked, Coney said the girls walked around asking neighbors for a ride to McComb because their grandmother had just died. The family across the street wanted to speak to their mom first, but they got no answer when they called. Amariyona and her younger sister then reportedly went to the home of other relatives farther down the road. That’s when Coney said Hall’s younger sister, Ebony went to Hall’s place and found her lying on her back near the driver’s side of her car. Amariyona, 14, is being charged as an adult with murder and she’s being held in the Pike County Jail on a $150,000 bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 22. Meanwhile, the 12-year-old, who’s name and charges won’t be released because of youth court proceedings, is being held in the Adams County Detention Center.

Source: Vaillant / Getty Wisconsin Babysitter With History Of Child Abuse Allegations, Returned Infant To Mother Without Revealing Death This is just horrific. A Wisconsin woman is making headlines for allegedly killing a 2-month-old boy she was babysitting, concealing his death and returning him to his mother strapped in a car seat and disguised in winter clothing. CRAZY right. According to PEOPLE reports , online court records show Marissa Tietsort was charged Friday with first-degree intentional homicide. Tietsort, who is a mother of five herself, has been in police custody since October after being detained on unrelated child abuse charges — yes you read that right — unrelated child abuse charges. Tietsort was initially given a $250,000 bond, but a judge has since doubled that amount. The criminal complaint against Tietsort alleges she knew the child in her care was dead but did not alert his mother when she came to pick him up. An autopsy, which identifies the baby as “Benson,” determined the child died from blunt force trauma to the head, according to the criminal complaint against Tietsort. The medical examiner also noted severe damage to the infant’s tailbone, which indicates he was struck with great force. DISGUSTING, right? Who would do such a thing to a baby? According to PEOPLE, the victim’s mother dropped him and his older brother at Tietsort’s home in Wausau, Wisconsin on Oct. 18th. The criminal complaint states that within two hours of leaving her children, the boys’ mother received a text from Tietsort alluding to an article from a local news website mentioning child abuse allegations against her and explaining that she wasn’t allowed to be in contact with children due to the allegations. The complaint says Tietsort asked the woman not to tell anyone she was watching her kids. Here’s the question we had — if you got a text like that, would it alarm you enough to make you rush to pick up your kids? The complaint says when the mother met Tietsort at a McDonald’s three hours later, the babysitter was allegedly acting like the infant was alive. Tietsort had dressed the child in winter clothing, strapped him into a car seat and pulled his hat down low over his eyes. The child’s mother told police it was after 9 pm so she believed her son was sleeping. It was moments later, while at a laundromat that she realized the baby was not breathing, and according to the complaint, his limbs were stiff and skin was cold. The child’s mother tried performing CPR on her son, which the child’s aunt dialed 911. Officers who responded to the scene noted the baby had “an ashen skin tone, his jaw was clenched and his lips were blue,” according to the complaint. It gets worse. The complaint alleges that Tietsort went swimming at a nearby hotel with her boyfriend and son shortly after returning the dead infant and brother to their mom. Police found Tietsort the following morning at a nearby hotel where she acknowledged watching the two boys but denied killing the baby. The complaint also alleges she told police at the time that she didn’t attempt to resuscitate the baby and decided against seeking medical treatment for him. There’s more. Tietsort’s arrest in October came two months AFTER the father of an 11-month-old girl she was babysitting filed a complaint with police over alleged facial injuries he claimed his daughter suffered while in her care. There was also another allegation against Tietsort in 2017 but no charges were filed. According to local media reports, social services have taken custody of four of Tietsort’s children but were unaware she’d given birth to her fifth child. Tietsort is currently being held at the Marathon County Jail AND expecting a sixth child. Tietsort is expected to enter pleas during her next scheduled court appearance on January 18th. Awful… Just horrible. We can’t help but to think if Tietsort’s arrest for the incident involving the 11-month-old girl had come sooner, that baby boy would still be alive. Why couldn’t we leave Kevin Hart in 2018? If not the whole man, why couldn’t we just leave that awful story about him losing the Oscars hosting gig because of his many homophobic comments? It would have been so nice not to have to recount his ridiculously ignorant “jokes” in this new year, but unfortunately, here we are. So let’s push through, OK? If you missed this mess, it was announced in December that Kevin would act as the host for this year’s Academy Awards. As soon as the news was announced, lots of people went “Wait, he’s made tons of offensive comments about the LGBT community, this isn’t cool.” And it’s true — he really has said some terrible things. Like, a few years ago he tweeted “If my son comes home & try’s 2 play with my daughters doll house I’m going 2 break it over his head & say n my voice ‘stop that’s gay.'” He used to have a real big habit of tweeting things like that — he called tons of people “f-g,” used “gay” as insult, that sort of thing. Once, he told someone that he looked like a “gay bill board for AIDS.” Then, in one of his comedy specials, he said that “One of my biggest fears is my son growing up and being gay. That’s a fear.” “Keep in mind, I’m not homophobic,” he insisted. “Be happy. Do what you want to do.” “But me, as a heterosexual male, if I can prevent my son from being gay, I will.” So all of those are jokes, OK? And we’re sure he thought they were all just super hilarious. But lots of people didn’t, and when those people complained about them after he became the Oscars host, Kevin turned the blame around on them by telling them to “Stop looking for reasons to be negative.” Sure, Kevin. Sure. Shortly after he said, that, he posted a video on Instagram in which he explained that the people from the Academy had called him up and basically told him to apologize or he’d be fired. Kevin Hart: I Won’t Apologize for Homophobic Jokes! He refused to apologize. His stance at the time was that he’d apologized for those kinds of statements several times already, except, oddly enough, no one has been able to find a record of that anywhere. He’s acknowledged it, sure, but just with comments like “funny is funny,” which most people with the slightest bit of awareness can agree is very far from an apology. So that was that — he stepped down from the job, and we still don’t know who the host will be . All of this was old news, except Ellen DeGeneres brought everything back up when she had Kevin on her show yesterday. In that interview, she said that she still wanted him to host because people change, even though the haters refuse to accept that. But in another new interview, this one with Variety, Kevin is making it clear that he won’t be hosting the Oscars. Not now. Not ever. “Would I ever do it?” he asked himself. “No, it’s done. It’s done.” “The moment came and it was a blessing and I was excited at the opportunity and I still am,” he said. “In my mind I got the job, it was a dream job, and things came up that simply prohibited it from happening. But I don’t believe in going backwards.” So now, he said, “When I go on that stage, it will be because I’ve somehow figured out a way to win the Oscar.” “Somehow I’ll get to the stage but it’s not going to be in this way because it just comes with such a weird clout at this point.” And then he blamed “trolls” for digging up all those horrible things he said without bothering to find the apology he made about those things as well. Because he’s still insisting he made an apology. According to him, at some point in 2011, “I had to say to a person in the LGBTQ community, ‘Hey, I understand. And you know what? I’m wrong.'” He told that person “I can’t do nothing about that joke because it was done. I can’t do nothing about the tweets because they’re out there. I was wrong. It’ll never happen again and I’m sorry.” … Did he just say that to a random person? Is that his big apology that he expects people to know about? The thing is, if he was truly sorry for saying those things, there’s no reason why he shouldn’t be able to apologize again. Maybe he doesn’t want to offer an apology in every interview he does for the rest of his life, but for big instances like this, what would it hurt to make it known that you’ve changed your ignorant views? As he explained it, “I can’t put that energy into something that’s in my past. Cory Wharton made a strong impression on Teen Mom OG fans during his first season on the MTV series. The father of a little girl named Ryder along with fellow newbie Cheyenne Floyd, Wharton spent more of his time on screen speaking with Floyd about their future as a couple. But what about their future on Teen Mom OG itself? Will Floyd and Wharton return next season? Cory responded to that question in an interview with Radar Online , and we have the latest on his status below… 1. Wharton and Floyd Joined Teen Mom OG for Season 8 They both had appeared on previous MTV shows and they had/have an unusual relationship. 2. They Have an Unusual Relationship Cory and Cheyenne are unlike any other twosome on the series, really. 3. How So? They were never actually a couple. They simply slept together and produced a baby… and Floyd didn’t even tell Wharton that he was Ryder’s dad until she was six months old. 4. Where are They at Now? Great question. Floyd seems very open to a romantic entanglement, but she also dated some dude named Zach for most of her opening run as a Teen Mom. 5. Cory, Though? He doesn’t seem as certain about actually being with Cheyenne in this manner. During the Season 8 reunion special, Floyd said she’ll “wait” awhile to see what Wharton really wants. 6. Back in August, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub was granted a restraining order against her husband, Marty Caffrey. Now, Danielle has been granted a second restraining order. She says that Marty will not leave her alone, let alone grant her the divorce that they both so sorely need.. Us Weekly reports that a rep for Danielle Staub has confirmed that Marty has been issued a temporary restraining order. The order against her estranged husband, which will be good for 10 days, was for the personal safety of Danielle and her children. Danielle has two adult daughters: Christine, age 24, and Jillian, age 20. An inside source explains that a factor in this second restraining order was an allegation against Marty of emotional abuse. “She couldn’t take it anymore,” the insider shares grimly. Emotional abuse can be serious, and it sounds like that was just one of the issues that drove Danielle to this desperate measure. “She went to the police department last night to file it,” the source reveals. Based upon Us Weekly’s reporting, we take that to mean Wednesday night — January 2. “It will be good for ten days,” the insider notes. Ten days, we hope, will be enough time for Danielle to either resolve the situation or obtain another, more permanent court order. “Danielle has been trying to end the marriage,” the source explains. Danielle and Marty married in May, but split just months later. “He’s been telling people that Danielle wants to work on their marriage, but it isn’t true,” the insider reports. Chillingly, the source adds: “He wont let her go.” That is very alarming to hear. The insider reports that Danielle’s legla team has “made four settlement offers to Marty.” “He’s refused all of them,” the source states. The insider adds that Marty has also “refused mediation.” “He’s intentionally dragging this out,” the insider accuses. “He has a second home nearby,” the source notes. “But refuses to leave the house that Danielle is living in.” Marty tells Us Weekly that he hasn’t “even seen Danielle [much]” and doesn’t know “why she would need a restraining order.” “I think what’s gone on here is that the last three episodes of the Housewives …” he theorizes. “Danielle has been portrayed her as this crazy bitch to everybody, including me, my kids, and Margaret and other cast members,” Marty speculates. That’s true. Danielle lashed out on camera . It’s part of her job, basically. “She received profound backlash messages on social media that she didn’t expect,” Marty claims. “It has thrown her for a loop,” he concludes. “And she’s taken out the blame on me.” Just weeks ago, Danielle herself opened up to Us Weekly about Marty’s behavior. “The fact that anyone would use your partner’s past,” she began. “As a way to abuse them.” Danielle continued: “and then verbally abuse and emotionally abuse my daughter or my children or my friends that are around me.” “There isn’t one woman that he’s had a conversation with that could say that he’s not an abusive man,” Danielle emphasized. ”It’s erratic behavior and it’s constant.
