It's been nine months since David Eason got fired from Teen Mom 2 , but it seems he's still obsessed with his former gig. Part of the reason, of course, is that David is still unemployed and thus has nothing else to keep him occupied. But Eason's fixation with the show also seems to have roots in his anger at producers. For months now, he's been ranting on social media about how unfair it was that he was axed from the show. And it now it looks as though his anger might be creating an unsafe situation for TM2's crew. From what we’ve been able to piece together from her heartbreaking 911 call and some statements she’s made, she and David were hanging out by a bonfire outside their home the weekend before last. They were drinking, and apparently something happened to set David off. According to Jenelle’s conversation with the 911 operator, he pinned her down out in the yard, “and I think I heard my f-cking collarbone crack.” Even if he didn’t break her collarbone, it seems like he may have caused some sort of injury. Ever since that incident, Jenelle’s been careful to cover up her neck and chest. Still, it’s pretty clear she’s not leaving him , at least not any time soon. After that call was released, she said that this whole thing has been a “misunderstanding,” and that they’d just gotten too drunk. So drunk, apparently, that she tripped and fell into David, and that made both of them think they were fighting. Yeah, it doesn’t make sense, but that’s her story and she’s sticking to it She’s actually sticking to it so hard that she made an entire video in which she talked about how crazy it is that people think David could be abusive. Honestly, this whole saga has been so scary and depressing, you know? And David just made things even scarier with this bizarre photo he shared this morning on Instagram: Yep, this guy is as creepy as ever, all wrapped up in a Confederate flag out in that sketchy shed in their yard. In the caption for this photo, David wrote “Where I’m from is who I am and my family fought and died for this land.” “Red white and blue comes in more than one pattern.” He also urged his followers not to argue, “just get off my page if you don’t agree!” There are lots of problems with this, right? Just so many problems. One, his family didn’t fight and die for “this land.” Jenelle bought the land with Teen Mom money, and David just tagged along and rakes the yard sometimes. Two, he’s trying to rock a Confederate flag here, which was from the Civil War — which most of us know really wasn’t a “fight and die for this land” kind of war. It was more like a “fight and die for the right to own slaves” war, but he’s clearly trying to romanticize things, so whatever. Three, if you really want to rep “red white and blue,” why have a flag for a group of treasonous people who didn’t even want to be a part of the U.S.? Four, this photo is so cringy that we might literally die from it. And in only got worse with the replies David made to his followers’ comments. One person told him “Pretty sure your ‘land’ was stolen from the true Native Americans,” which is obviously a solid point. However, David responded with “I bought my land with cash money,” so it seems like that point flew right over his head. Also, again, it was definitely Jenelle’s money. Then someone said that he seemed “mentally ill.” “But ‘mentally ill’ is considered normal by the media and Democrats,” he replied. Just … what ? After that, one person said that she wasn’t from the U.S. and didn’t really understand the problem with the flag. That’s when things really got wild. “There is no problem,” David wrote, “people who think its a racist flag are racist themselves.” “It’s their way to pass the buck so they don’t seem so racist.” What does that even mean? Seriously, what is that supposed to mean? We don’t get it. The thing is that while David is by no means the sharpest tool in the sketchy, sketchy shed, he’s not stupid, either. But a report says that Kim is becoming rapidly impatient with Kanye’s impulsive stunts. So impatient, in fact, that she has allegedly been consulting a divorce lawyer. Heat magazine reports that Kim Kardashian has been in “constant contact” with divorce attorney Laura Wasser. “Kim has threatened Kanye with a divorce battle bigger than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie if he doesn’t get this life in order,” the report claims. Don’t panic — it sounds like this alleged threat is mostly a bluff designed to get him to clean up his act. “She wants to show Kanye that he doesn’t hold all the power,” a source explains. “And,” the insider continues, “that, if she wanted out of the marriage tomorrow, she could and would go.” The source says that she wants Kanye to know that she’s serious “and that she has an exit strategy firmly in place.” The issue at hand is apparently Kanye’s famously erratic behavior. “It’s becoming more and more challenging for Kim,” the insider reveals. He’s been awful for a long, long time — basically ever since he had his Teen Mom 2 debut. But this week, things have gotten a whole lot more intense. The whole thing started when Jenelle shared some photos after what she said was an emergency sinus surgery , but a lot of people didn’t buy it. A popular theory was that David actually hit her after an old friend of hers went public with claims that he’d slept with her before she married David . It wasn’t terribly hard to believe, considering that David’s long criminal record includes domestic violence charges. One of his exes claimed in court documents that he’d pushed her while she was heavily pregnant with their child, which, you know, isn’t great. A judge also saw it fit to issue a restraining order against David for his own son, so … He’s clearly not the most stable guy. A few days after that, the story got even more believable when a report came out claiming that someone had called 911 from Jenelle’s home last weekend to report an assault . According to that report, Jenelle had been injured, and although an ambulance was called, it was cancelled Instead, someone drove her to the hospital. She refused to press charges, which is sad but unsurprising. Jenelle Evans would like to set the record straight. The Teen Mom 2 star was rushed to the hospital a few days ago after getting into some kind of altercation with husband David Eason. What Else Do We Know About This Call? It was placed by a female just before 10 p.m. and was “called in as an assault,” the chief said for the record. An ambulance was also requested but later canceled. 3. Was Eason Involved? No, not according to a rep for Evans, who told People Magazine that the veteran MTV star “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property. Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.” 4. Oh… Really?!? This story seemed fishy from the beginning. To pretty much everyone. 5. Nothing to See Here… Except Hotness! Evans attempted to protect Eason, however, claiming through her reps that she had simply fallen and injured herself during a party at her home. Last month, Cardi B literally attacked Nicki Minaj . Words flew, and so did shoes. This beef is intense. Fortunately, Cardi’s next planned attack will be in the form of music, not projectiles. And her diss track is coming along. But apparently her lyrics are so biting and insulting that her own crew is begging her to tone it down. Cardi B is not happy with Nicki Minaj. This time, at least, her feud is going to be channeled into music. That’s what the fans want, and it should also help Cardi avoid getting arrested for assault again . But TMZ reports that though a lot from the diss track has been recorded, the people around Cardi are imploring her to remove some lyrics. The reason? Her lyrics are just too vicious. In fact, apparently some members of Cardi B’s team worry that this could backfire. Not every diss track destroys its intended target. Their fear is that Cardi’s lyrics might actually help Nicki, potentially by boosting her public image. This could mean that the lyrics are so cruel that people will feel sorry for Nicki. It could also mean that Cardi could just be giving Nicki more attention. Cardi’s team feel that her career has already surpassed Nicki. Between Cardi’s baby and secret marriage and even her arrest weeks ago, she is big news this year. People still listen to “Bodak Yellow,” but it’s been a little while since Nicki had that level of undeniable social relevance. Her team’s analysis says that ignoring Nicki is the best way to keep her down. As for Cardi, though, she is said to feel that the only way to “keep it real” with her music is to really lay into Nicki. Cardi is big on authenticity. TMZ notes that Nicki and Cardi have not met face to face since their messy fight at the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS Party. That sounds like it is for the best. In the aftermath, Nicki threated to literally murder Cardi , which is a hell of a thing. Cardi vowed to whoop Nicki’s ass , of course. Sometimes it is difficult to see where brand-mandated posturing ends and genuine loathing begins. But this feud looks like the real deal. Cardi’s recent arrest for assault was not over her blowup with Nicki. Instead, it was over the alleged incident in which Cardi B ordered the beating of a pair of strip club employees . Two women, who are sisters as well as bartenders at a strip club, say that they were assaulted by Cardi’s entourage. One woman, the real target, said that she had been attacked by people close to Cardi before, she believed on Cardi’s orders. The reason for the attack was apparently that Cardi believed that one woman had banged her husband, Offset. Ordering an assault because you suspect cheating is, needless to say, never okay. Death threats, literal fights, and assaults are toxic. In the rap world, these kinds of feuds can get people killed. Neither Cardi nor Nicki could actually want that, right? Lyrics might just be words, but it could be an escalation that keeps this feud from dying. We’d love to hear Cardi’s diss tracks and Nicki’s clapback, of course.
