It looks like Jeremy Renner can finally breathe a sigh of relief as he has FINALLY reached a settlement with his estranged wife, Sonni Pacheco. The settlement includes custody and child support for their 2-year-old daughter, Ava. Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco have had a rollercoaster romance after they secretly got married in September of last year, then broke up shortly afterward. After the split, Renner alleged that Pacheco threatened to leak racy videos if he didn’t follow through with getting her a green card and give her financial stability. It was also revealed after the split that Sonni had done a whole host of reckless things, and stopped breastfeeding because she felt guilty about drinking alcohol. Now it appears the two parties have resolved their differences, however. According to TMZ, Sonni will NOT get spousal support since the marriage only just 10 months. We bet Jeremy’s happy that he had a prenup drawn up, right? The custody will be split 50/50 which is a far cry from what Sonni was seeking – Ava all to herself. Sonni will also receive a sum of $13,000 a month for child support. Jeremy’s lawyer, Laura Wasser seems to think it’s all over, but Sonni’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, seems to think otherwise.
