Mila Kunis in Esquire Dec 2012 of the Day

I am not the kind of creepy fan boy who gets emotional about who any of these twats dates, you know like the guy who carves life size models of their favorite celebrity out of their 8 year dried semen reserve, to fuck, sleep with and marry in fake ceremonies in their mom’s basement…but I just can’t stand Ashton Kutcher, whether he makes 30 million dollars a year or not, he annoys me….and the fact that she is locked into him, and will likely marry him and have his demon spawn, makes her a facilitator, or an enabler, when really his genetic line should end there… That said, it’s made her far less of a babe to me, but luckily for her, she’s still a fucking babe. Here are some hot pics from esquire…

High And Low: Les Vampires Terrorize Without Sucking, Godzilla Puts Smackdown On Megalon

Movieline is excited to welcome Alonso Duralde back to the pages of this site with a new regular feature we’re calling High and Low . Every week, the dauntless Duralde will wade through the mind-numbing number of home-entertainment choices out there and recommend two must-see releases:  His first pick will be geared for cineastes looking for essential viewing. His second will be aimed at movie lovers seeking out the highest form of guilty pleasure available:  the offbeat, the campy, the kitschy and the just plain wacky. Take it away, Alonso: HIGH: Les Vampires (Kino Classics; $34.95 DVD/$39.95 Blu-Ray) Who’s Responsible: Written and directed by Louis Feuillade; starring Musidora, Édouard Mathé, Marcel Lévesque. What It’s All About:  Consisting of 10 serialized chapters, such as “The Severed Head” and “Satanus,” Feuillade’s silent 1915 crime drama follows journalist Philipe (played by Mathé) as he attempts to investigate the notorious syndicate known as The Vampires. (Sorry, Twilight fans, no blood-sucking here.)  Over the course of this epic, which has been strung together as a single six-hour-and-40-minute (approximately) movie, we get murder, robbery, identity theft, poison rings, codebooks, gas attacks, paralysis drugs and orgies. What’s not to like? Why it’s Schmancy: Critics of the era despised Les Vampires — even in 1915, crime stories were considered old-fashioned and beneath Feuillade’s abilities — but the serial was embraced by André Breton and other founders of the Surrealist movement, particularly for the way that Feuillade combined a very realistic portrayal of Paris’ streets and sewers with his fantastic tale of masked bandits and their over-the-top skullduggery. More recent fans include Olivier Assayas, whose 1996 Irma Vep featured Hong Kong superstar Maggie Cheung (playing herself) coming to Paris to star in a remake. (Sexy assassin Irma Vep — played by Musidora in the original — is one of the key members of The Vampires, and her name is, of course, an anagram.) Why You Should Buy It (Again): This two-disc set comes beautifully mastered in HD, from the 1996 35mm restoration produced by the Cinémathèque Française and supervised by Feuillade’s grandson. The score for the silent film was compiled and performed by the Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra. LOW: Godzilla vs. Megalon (Tokyo Shock; $16.99 DVD) Who’s Responsible: Written and directed by Jun Fukuda, story by Takeshi Kimura and Shinichi Sekizawa; starring Katsushiko Sasaki, Hiroyuki Kawase, Yutaka Hayashi. What It’s All About: In this 13th outing for one of Japan’s most enduring franchises, the underground kingdom of Seatopia protests the damage that atomic testing has inflicted upon them by stealing the robot Jet-Jaguar and using it to guide their demon god Megalon to destroy mankind. (Megalon flattens Tokyo first, naturally.) Jet-Jaguar’s inventors use a remote control to regain power over their creation, and the cyborg joins forces with Godzilla to whomp the tar out of both Megalon and giant alien insect Gigan. Why It’s Fun: 1973’s Godzilla vs. Megalon sees the series moving in several entertaining directions; for one thing, the actual Godzilla suit has become more streamlined and less cumbersome, allowing the actor inside (Shinji Takagi, this time) to move around more and to engage in more physical combat. Also, the introduction of Jet-Jaguar came at a time when lots of Japanese kids’ shows, inspired by the success of Ultraman , started throwing in more robots, and giving Godzilla an automaton sidekick with which to defeat the bad guys gives the movie a real jolt. (This is one of those rare films that’s as much fun to watch unadulterated as it is on Mystery Science Theater 3000 .) Why You Need to Buy It (Again): Both the original Japanese version and the English dub, as well as a trailer and photo gallery. Alonso Duralde has written about film for The Wrap , Salon and  MSNBC.com. He also co-hosts the Linoleum Knife podcast and regularly appears on What the Flick?! (The Young Turks Network).  He is a senior programmer for the Outfest Film Festival in Los Angeles and a pre-screener for the Sundance Film Festival. He also the author of two books: Have Yourself a Movie Little Christmas (Limelight Editions) and 101 Must-See Movies for Gay Men  (Advocate Books). Follow Alonso Duralde on Twitter . Katy Perry Gets Over A Bad Boy On Leaked Track

Demo for the Jessie James tune hits the Net shortly after Russell Brand files for divorce from Perry. By Jocelyn Vena Katy Perry and Russell Brand Photo: Eric Ryan/ Getty Images Katy Perry and Russell Brand have been keeping low profiles since Friday’s divorce announcement, but on a brand-new song that just hit the Net, Perry sings about falling for the wrong guy. The song, which Perry co-wrote, is actually a demo version of the Jessie James track “Bullet.” While the song has many country music flourishes thanks to twangy guitars, the lyrics — minus references to cowboy boots and country accents — work for Perry. She opens with the lines: “My mama warned me about boys like you/ It’s the reason I wear these high-heeled boots/ And let me give you a little piece of advice/ My papa packs heat and he won’t think twice.” And the song’s big chorus is signature Perry. On the sing-along refrain, Perry belts out, “I’m a bullet and I’m headed/ Straight for your heart/ Be careful what you start/ I’m a bullet and I’m headed/ Straight for your heart/ It’s gonna leave a mark.” Although the song eventually landed on James’ 2009 self-titled debut, the timing of the leak coincides with the news of Perry’s split from comedian Brand after a little more than a year. Brand was spotted in his native England on Saturday, one day after the news broke of their breakup, while Perry, who has yet to speak about the split, is slated to perform at two concerts this month: one on January 19 in Jakarta, Indonesia, and another on January 22 in Manila, in the Philippines. When MTV News spoke to some experts about Perry and Brand’s breakup , they noted that the divorce didn’t come as a surprise to them. “From the get-go, I thought they were a sort of odd, mismatched pair,” David Caplan, a celebrity news editor who has worked at publications including People and Star, told us. “She’s so glamorous, pop and sexy, and he is diametrically not like that. He’s a nice and funny guy, and from my encounters with her, I found her to be funny, have a sarcastic edge and a blast, but they weren’t a match. Plus, she’s more of a partier than he now, so their lifestyles were at odds.” What do you think of Katy and Russell’s decision to divorce? Tell us what you think on our Facebook page. ‘Paranormal Activity 4’ Confirmed by Paramount

Despite low budgets, each film has made more than $80 million in the U.S. By Kevin P. Sullivan, with additional reporting by Eric Ditzian A scene from “Paranormal Activity 3” Photo: Paramount Pictures After the third installment made just under $108 million in the U.S. alone, few could really doubt that a “Paranormal Activity 4” would be here just in time for Halloween 2012. The found-footage series has become Paramount’s yearly sure-thing, since the low-budget thrillers each has earned more than $80 million domestically. “Paranormal Activity 3” played a key role in securing Paramount’s spot as the top-earning studio of 2011, so when the studio casually unveiled plans for the next installment during their victory-lap press release, it almost went unnoticed. ShockTillYouDrop.com was among the first to catch the mention of “Paranormal 4” in the press release which read: “In 2012, Paramount’s release slate highlights include ‘World War Z,’ a zombie thriller starring Brad Pitt and directed by Marc Forster, ‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation,’ the next installment in the global franchise starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Channing Tatum, a new chapter in the ‘Paranormal Activity’ franchise, and ‘The Dictator,’ starring Sacha Baron Cohen and directed by Larry Charles, the team behind ‘Borat.'” “Paranormal 3,” directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, took the series into the past, looking at what could be considered the series’ origins story. While the story explained why the demon had such a liking for the sisters, Katie and Kristi, it left many of the questions from the modern-day “Paranormal 2” unanswered. As for whether Joost and Schulman would return for a second round of directing, the team told MTV News they were open to it. “I had a blast. I’d do it again,” Schulman said. Joost joked that they’d take the series even further into the past. “We have some ideas. It’s going to be just drawings — calligraphy and watercolors. And set in the 1800s.” Are you going to see “Paranormal Activity 4” this year? Let us know in the comments! Steven Tyler To Release Tell-All Autobiography In May

‘Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?’ is Aerosmith frontman/’Idol’ judge’s second memoir. By Gil Kaufman Steven Tyler Photo: Tony Duran / FOX Some rock-and-roll lives are so epic that they require more than one official telling. That’s clearly the case with colorful Aerosmith frontman and “American Idol” judge Steven Tyler , who is preparing to release his second memoir, “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You,” on May 3. According to the book’s publisher, HarperCollins, the long-in-the-works book promises to share “the unbridled truth, the in-your-face, up-close and prodigious tale of Steven Tyler straight from the horse’s lips … All the unexpurgated, brain-jangling tales of debauchery, sex & drugs, transcendence & chemical dependence you will ever want to hear.” Tyler (born Steven Victor Tallarico), 63, wrote about his wild life in 1997’s Aerosmith autobiography “Walk This Way,” but with his higher profile on “Idol,” now seems like the time to let his younger fans get a window into his 40-plus years of rock-and-roll high life. “I’ve been mythicized, Mick-icized, eulogized and fooligized, I’ve been Cole-Portered and farmer’s-daughtered, I’ve been Led Zepped and 12-stepped,” Tyler explains in promotional materials in his classic hoodoo jive talk about his colorful past. “I’m a rhyming fool and so cool that me, Fritz the Cat, and Mohair Sam are the baddest cats that am. I have so many outrageous stories, too many, and I’m gonna tell ’em all.” He’s added plenty of new drama since the last book, including a very public feud with his longtime bandmates , an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a few stage falls, a relapse, a split with his second wife and the death of his first wife, a battle with hepatitis C and throat surgery, and a triumphant return to the spotlight on “Idol.” It was unknown at press time, though, if the book will contain much material on his “Idol” gig. “Tyler tells what it’s like to be a living legend and the frontman of one of the world’s most revered and infamous bands — the debauchery, the money, the notoriety, the fights, the motels and hotels, the elevators, limos, buses and jets, the rehab,” reads the book description. “He reveals the spiritual side that ‘gets lost behind the stereotype of the Sex Guy, the Drug Guy, the Demon of Screamin’, the Terror of the Tropicana.’ And he talks about his epic romantic life and his relationship with his four children.” Are you excited for Steven Tyler’s book? Let us know in comments below. Related Photos Before Steven Tyler Was An ‘American Idol’ Judge … Related Artists Aerosmith

Ex-Alice In Chains Bassist Mike Starr Found Dead

‘Celebrity Rehab’ alum was 44 years old. By Ryan J. Downey Mike Starr in 1991 Photo: Marty Temme/ Getty Images Former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr was found dead Tuesday afternoon (March 8). TMZ reports that police found Starr’s body in a Salt Lake City, Utah, house at 1:42 p.m. He was 44 years old. A co-founding member of the pioneering Seattle grunge band, Starr appeared on VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” in 2009. He was arrested last month for felony possession of a controlled substance. Salt Lake City police said he had several painkillers on him when he was arrested. Alice in Chains have written heart-wrenching and evocative songs about drug addiction. Former singer Layne Staley died in spring 2002 after overdosing on a mixture of heroin and cocaine, commonly known as a “speedball.” The group mounted a successful comeback with 2009’s Black Gives Way to Blue, which featured new vocalist William DuVall alongside guitarist Jerry Cantrell, drummer Sean Kinney and bassist Mike Inez. Mike Starr was born April 4, 1966, in Honolulu. He rose to prominence in the Seattle scene as bassist for Diamond Lie, which featured Cantrell and Kinney. Once Staley entered the fold, they changed their name to Alice in Chains and signed a major-label deal. Starr appears on the group’s debut album, Facelift, which produced the monster hit “Man in the Box.” He’s also on the band’s follow-up EP release, Sap, and their second album, Dirt, which was released in September 1992. Dirt is a hard rock classic, with “Rooster” remaining a radio staple. “Would?” was featured in the movie “Singles,” which was set in the Seattle scene. “Down in a Hole” has been covered by Ryan Adams, Fuel and Demon Hunter. Songs like “Junkhead” dealt with heroin use head-on. The band Godsmack, whose sound owes much to Alice in Chains, took their name from track nine. Cantrell wrote the majority of the songs with some heavy contributions from Staley. Starr is credited as a co-writer on one track, “Rain When I Die.” Starr left Alice in Chains while touring behind Dirt in 1993. Years later, he would reveal on “Celebrity Rehab” that his reason for leaving was his growing addiction to drugs. He briefly joined former Black Sabbath singer Ray Gillen in Sun Red Sun. Their self-titled debut was released in 1995, two years after Gillen died from AIDS-related complications. Heroin addiction sent Starr to “Celebrity Rehab,” which was followed by a stint in the spin-off show “Sober House.” He showed up on one episode of the following season of “Celebrity Rehab,” celebrating more than six months of sobriety. He was arrested for possession by Salt Lake City police on February 18, 2011. Mike’s dad told TMZ his son’s death is “a terrible shock and tragedy.” Share your condolences for Starr’s friends and family in the comments.
