Khloe Kardashian is (NOT) Having Lamar Odom’s Baby!!!

Congratulations are in order for Khloe Kardashian. The reality star is pregnant! With Lamar Odom’s baby! We can only imagine how psyched Khloe must be over this news, considering she recently admitted she still wants to be married to Lamar . According to the latest issue of Life & Style, Khloe and Lamar are telling friends all about the “exciting news,” as a “medical breakthrough” is to thank for this miraculous development. Poor French Montana, however, is supposedly “furious” over the pregnancy and “won’t let [Khloe] go.” Perhaps it will help the rapper feel better to know there’s no way this story is possibly true. Yes, Khloe still clamors for Odom and there’s even been talk that she’s dating Lamar and Montana simultaneously . But Life & Style, along with many other supermarket tabloids, have a history of misleading readers when it comes to cover claims regarding the Jenners and/or the Kardashians. Allow us to present a number of examples to back up this point: View Slideshow: 71 Krazy Kardashian Tabloid Kover Klaims NOTE: whenever Khloe does get knocked up, Scott Disick has at least helped her realize how pregnant women have sex with their baby daddies.

Dr. Oz Previews 1,000th Show, Fires Back at Critics: We Will Not Be Silenced!

A defiant Dr. Mehmet Oz addressed a group of Columbia University doctors who are calling for him to resign while taping his namesake show on Tuesday. A preview for The Dr. Oz Show slated to air on Thursday was released by show producers on Tuesday night, and the TV doctor makes zero apologies. Dr. Oz – We Will Not Be Silenced “This month, we celebrate my one thousandth show,” Oz, 54, says in the preview. “I know I’ve irritated some potential allies in our quest to make America healthy. “No matter our disagreements, freedom of speech is the most fundamental right we have as Americans. And these 10 doctors are trying to silence that right.” “So I vow to you right here and right now: we will not be silenced, we will not give in.” His critics wrote a letter to Columbia challenging whether Oz, a cardiothoracic surgeon who holds a vice chair spot at the school, should be a faculty member. Their list of complaints about him is not short. The group’s letter reads: “We are surprised and dismayed that Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons would permit Dr. Mehmet Oz to occupy a faculty appointment.” “Let alone a senior administrative position in the Department of Surgery.” “As described here and here, as well as in other publications, Dr. Oz has repeatedly shown disdain for science and for evidence-based medicine.” Furthermore, the group of critics alleges, Dr. Oz exhibits “baseless and relentless opposition to the genetic engineering of food crops.” “Worst of all, he has manifested an egregious lack of integrity by promoting quack treatments and cures in the interest of personal financial gain.” Ouch. A spokesperson for the Dr. Oz Show told CNN that two thirds of the episode this Thursday will be devoted to rebutting these doctors’ claims. Stay tuned. Kush Chronic-les: The Denver Police Would Like To Wish Each And Every Piff-Puffer A Happy 4/20

Denver Police Send Out “Happy 4/20″ Tweet Did you ever think you’d see the day? Via HuffingtonPost In what may go down as the coolest police tweet of all time, the Denver Police Department posted a message of tolerance for the “420” marijuana festivities taking place in the city over the weekend. Late Sunday afternoon, on the second and last day of a massive annual 4/20 marijuana rally at Denver’s Civic Center Park, Denver police tweeted this: In a single lighthearted tweet, the Denver police illustrate just how far the drug war has been rolled back in Colorado — which, in 2012, became the first state in the U.S. to legalize recreational marijuana — with a play on lyrics from Chamillionaire’s 2007 Grammy-winning song “Ridin’.” By any objective standard, that is a pretty cool way for a police department to send a message to the public. When The Huffington Post sent a tweet to the police department account asking about the song referenced, the department noted that “#PoliceLikeToJamToo.” Although private recreational marijuana use has been legalized in the state, public consumption of the drug is still illegal. However, it does still occur, especially at large events. Denver police generally make enforcement of that law on 4/20 a low priority and target only the most egregious offenders. Considering that an estimated 125,000 people attended the rally over the course of the weekend and that Denver police issued only approximately 160 total citations, it appears that police stuck to that strategy. The Associated Press reported Sunday that the police had seen no major issues throughout the weekend. Po po ain’t trippin’! Light it up!

Ex-Ole Miss Student Indicted For Hanging Noose On Integration Statue

Former University Of Mississippi Student Indicted For Hanging Noose On James Meredith Statue The DOJ has brought civil rights charges against Graeme Phillip Harris for hanging a noose and confederate flag on a statue of the Ole Miss ‘first black student. Additionally members of Sigma Phi Epsilon are believed to have played a part in the incident. NBC News reports: A former University of Mississippi student was indicted Friday on federal civil rights charges for allegedly hanging a rope and a flag featuring the Confederate battle flag around the neck of a statue of James Meredith, the university’s first black student. Graeme Phillip Harris was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of conspiracy to violate civil rights and using a threat of force to intimidate African American students because of their race or color, the Department of Justice said. The rope and an old version of the Georgia state flag, which displays the crossed bars and stars used as a battle flag by the South during the Civil War, was placed around the neck of the statue in the early morning hours of Feb. 16, 2014. Meredith was the first black student after the university was desegregated in 1962. “This shameful and ignorant act is an insult to all Americans and a violation of our most strongly-held values,” U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement. “No one should ever be made to feel threatened or intimidated because of what they look like or who they are.” A spokesman for the university said Harris withdrew from Ole Miss in the spring of 2014, not long after the incident. There were others involved, the Department of Justice said. Three members of the University of Mississippi Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter were thought to have hanged the rope and flag around the statue. They have never been named, but the national fraternity suspended the chapter and expelled the three members from the organization a week after the incident. Sigma Phi Epsilon CEO Brian C. Warren Jr. said it was “embarrassing” that they were members. The Department of Justice said the investigation is ongoing.   SMH…bye racist beyotch!

Race Matters: U.S. Department Of Justice Finds Disturbing History Of Racially Biased Policing In Ferguson

Dept. Of Justice Report Reveals Racist Policing Practices In Fergson, Missouri It’s no shock the the Ferguson police department Via USAToday A Justice Department review has found that Missouri’s troubled Ferguson Police Department engaged in a broad pattern of racially biased enforcement that permeated the city’s justice system, including the use of unreasonable force against African American suspects, according to a law enforcement official familiar with the findings. In 88% of cases in which Ferguson police documented the use of force, for example, that force was used against African Americans, according to the official who is not authorized to comment publicly. In addition, in all 14 canine bite incidents in which the suspect’s race is known, the person bitten was African American. African Americans account for 67% of the population in Ferguson, but they accounted for 85% of the drivers stopped by police, 90% of the people issued tickets and 93% of the people arrested, a three-year examination of suspect stops found. When those cases reached the Municipal Court, authorities collected more fines for suspects’ failure to appear than any other charge, mostly from the city’s poorest and most vulnerable residents. African Americans were more than twice as likely than white drivers to be searched during vehicle stops, but 26% less likely to have contraband, the review found. The Ferguson Police Department often charged its black residents with petty crimes. African Americans accounted for 95% of the people charged with walking in the street and 92% of people charged with disturbing the peace. 93%?!?! SMMFH. Image via AP
