Yesterday, it was rumored that Derick Dillard had been fired from his job as a tax accountant at Wal Mart. Radar Online confirmed that Derick was no longer with the company, and as the 26-year-old is newly married and just became a father, it was widely assumed that he did not leave the job of his own accord. Some went so far as to speculate that Derick was fired (or was forced to resign) as a result of the fallout from the Josh Duggar molestation scandal . Yesterday, the retail giant would offer no information regarding the end of Derick’s tenure. Today, they issued a brief, vague statement, confirming that he did indeed quit. From the sound of things, however, it seems that Josh’s superiors may not even know why he left: “Mr. Dillard did leave the company on his own, made that decision,” said a Wal-Mart spokesperson in a statement issued this morning. Some fans have speculated that Derick and Jill might be planning to leave the country for missionary work, though that would certainly be an odd choice for new parents. In a double dose of 19 Kids and Counting Tuesday night, expectant first-time parents Jill and Derick Dillard continued their preparations for the birth of #BabyDilly. Appropriate, given that after nearly 42 weeks of pregnancy, Jill Duggar gave birth to a health baby boy not even 24 hours before the episodes aired! For now, let’s break down what happened on the TLC series … Watch 19 Kids and Counting Season 15 Episode 11 Online TLC kicked off the hour with 19 Kids and Counting Season 15 Episode 11 , in which a gender reveal party for Jill and Derick’s future baby was organized. The birth of Israel came just in time, too. Jill’s pregnancy dragged on so long that the newest Duggar’s name was almost given away by the reality show! Derick revealed they had the name Israel David picked out a long time ago, even if they (obviously) kept that detail out of all their Instagram updates. If the youngster were a girl, she would be going by Saleah right now. Pretty. When the Duggars welcome a new baby, an older “buddy team” is assigned to him or her so that they can bond with that child and look out for them. Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile were seen enjoying a nice holiday vacation last week in Hawaii … and the two friends looked to be very, very close. It’s official: After months of speculation and a suspiciously out-of-the-blue engagement, the New York Post has confirmed that Sophie Hunter is pregnant with Benedict Cumberbatch’s baby. The rumors began when Cumberbatch and Hunter got engaged back in November. The actor’s obsessive fans scrutinize his every move, yet no one was aware that he was in a serious relationship. So when Bendy announced his intention to marry Hunter, it was widely assumed the couple had good reason to hurry things along.
