Columbus clearly needs anger management. Columbus Short Threatened Wife With Murder-Suicide Dude beats the brakes off a man and now he has threatened to murk wifey? Even Olivia Pope couldn’t fix this. According to TMZ: “Scandal” star Columbus Short has been thrown out of his house and his wife has filed for divorce … after he allegedly put a knife to her throat last week and threatened to kill her and himself. According to a new restraining order — obtained by TMZ — Short got into it with his wife April 7 at their Chatsworth home, where she claims he came into her room intoxicated with a wine bottle in hand, acted like he was going to hit her with the bottle and then unloaded the wine on her. Tuere Short claims Columbus then ran to the kitchen for a knife, pinned her to the couch and began choking her. She says he then demanded they play a game he called “Truth or Truth.” He allegedly said if she lied he would stab her in the leg. She says he then started naming men he believed she was having affairs with. She denied them all but he allegedly then put the knife to her throat and threatened murder/suicide. As she tried escaping she says he slashed her tire. The restraining order requires Columbus to move out of the house. We’ve learned cops were there today to ensure the peace as he moved out. Tuere also filed for divorce Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences and asking for sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter. In addition to the incident April 7th, Short has been charged with criminal domestic violence and child abuse for allegedly abusing Tuere while their child and his son were in the house. He pled not guilty. And he was arrested for yet another alleged domestic violence incident a few weeks earlier. It’s interesting … just last month — after the first 2 domestic violence arrests – Columbus and his wife put on a united front at The Grove in L.A. This is might be one of the ugliest celeb divorces of all time. We hope homie can tone down his anger and gets professional help. Check out the video below for more details. WENN

According to Sister 2 Sister: Despite what NeNe Leakes has to say about it, Cynthia Bailey asserts that she was loyal to her former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” bestie. “I was a loyal friend to @NeNeLeakes. #truth,” tweeted Cynthia Sunday night while NeNe publicly questioned that loyalty on “Watch What Happens Live.” NeNe, who damaged the friendship by calling Cynthia’s husband Peter a “b*tc#,” suggested that a true friend would forgive and not start hanging out with haters. “When you have a friend and they do something wrong or something you don’t like, I don’t think you align yourself with the enemy. You stick with your friend and you say, ‘Look we were friends. You did this and I did not like that,’ but at the end of the day you don’t align yourself with the enemy,” NeNe said. Peter Thomas, whose disappointment in NeNe’s behavior at a charity event hosted by Kenya Moore turned into an argument, said it’s NeNe who doesn’t know how to be a friend. “Challenging Mrs. Leakes is apparently something you don’t do. Only in Florida . Teacher Fired After Ordering Boys To Attack Classmate Parents expected her to educate and guide their kids and she’s making them fight. What type of isht is that? According to Raw Story: A Florida teacher officially lost her job last week after encouraging six boys to attack a classmate. The seventh grader, identified as Radravious Williams, allegedly threatened teacher Dru Dehart in March 2013. The teacher then told a group of boys to beat up the boy and “teach him a lesson.” The boys, ages 11 to 15, were caught hitting and kicking their classmate on surveillance video. The victim said he told Dehart he “wished he could curse out teachers someday,” and his mother described the attack. “They picked him up, carried him, holding him by the neck, took him down to her classroom and forcibly made him apologize to her,” said Latasha Darrisaw, the boy’s mother. “Her remarks to him were, ‘I’ve got my eighth-grade boys on you; you’re not so tough now.” Dehart was reassigned shortly after the attack, and the St. Lucie County school board fired her Thursday. “It’s like a nightmare,” said the victim’s mother, Latasha Darrisaw, “He’s not the same. He’s had some sleepless nights.” She caused so much pain for that little boy…somebody needs to beat the isht out of her.

Former Sex-Trafficking Victim Speaks Out A brave Massachusetts woman is coming forward to share her story after spending 7 years as a victim of sex trafficking. According to NY Daily News: When it comes to sex trafficking, it can happen anywhere and to anyone. That’s the frightening message a Massachusetts mother and former prisoner of America’s sex trade is hoping to get out while sharing her own story of being beaten and intimidated for seven years. Jasmine Marino-Fiandaca was 18 years old and part of a big working-class family in Revere, Mass., when she says she was targeted by a man whom she thought was her boyfriend. “He groomed me,” the now 32-year-old recently recalled to SeaCoastOnline. “He bought me fancy clothes and shoes, spent money on me. He drove a Mercedes. I felt very special. He said, ‘You could make a ton of money if you just worked in these massage parlors.’” It wasn’t before long, however, that manipulation turned into enslavement. She was beaten, intimidated, and ultimately forced to do things she never would have dreamed of doing. Her first job — she says she remembers like it was yesterday — was working 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. shifts at a massage parlor in Connecticut, every day. Today she’s working with at-risk youth and teenage runaways. “When you see my face and you hear my story people are kind of shocked … ‘You look like a regular girl next door,’” she says of people’s reaction to her. Woman Blackmailed Into Prostitution By Roommate She had the roommate from hell. What a horrible thing to do to someone. According to CBC News: Calgary police have charged a woman with human trafficking after she allegedly extorted her female roommate into working in the sex trade. Police began an investigation in January after receiving a request from a family member to check on the welfare of the 18-year-old alleged victim, who was believed to be in Calgary. Shortly after, officers located the woman at a bus station. She told police she had been held against her will and forced to work in the sex trade since the fall. It’s believed the woman arrived in Calgary in October 2013 for a job and was looking for a female roommate. She met a woman, Amanda Kathleen McGee, who offered her inexpensive rent, which she accepted. After a short time living together, it’s alleged the 31-year-old woman began slipping drugs into the alcoholic drinks the two were consuming together. Police say the woman then allegedly took inappropriate photos of the 18-year-old without her knowledge and later used those photos to extort her into participating in sex acts for money. The teen alleges she was told the photos would be shared with family and friends if she didn’t comply. McGee will appear in court on April 15. Thank God her family sent someone to check on her. Nice to see Common doing good in the hood. Common Announces Job Initiative Program And Youth Music Festival Lawd knows, with all the violence in Chi-Raq, the city needs some uplifting. According to Rolling Out: This past Wednesday (April 9) hip-hop artist, actor and philanthropist, Common held a press conference to announce his foundation’s alliance with Donda’s House Inc., and the Chicago Urban league to create a jobs initiative program and music festival created specifically for the youth of Chicago. “If people feel that they have the capability to help, they should look and see what the need is and serve that. We’re trying to do that here,” Common says. Andrea Zopp, CEO of the Chicago Urban League adds “It’s one thing to provide summer jobs for these kids, but we’re trying to provide year-round jobs. We’ve had hearings and the kids have told us that they need jobs year-round.” Chicago rap artist and activist Che “Rhymefest” Smith, co-founder of Donda’s House, says that all the kids of Chicago need are opportunities. “If kids have opportunities to make good money legally, it might dissuade them from turning to crime,” says the rapper affectionately known as ‘fest. “Our generation [African Americans in their late twenties and thirties] always talk about how the previous generation failed us and now it’s our turn to succeed for our youth. This collaboration isn’t about Kanye West, Common, Lupe Fiasco, or anyone. It’s about necessity.” The jobs initiative’s goal is create 20,000 jobs for the city’s youth. In regards to the AAHH! This is fawked up. Clerical Error Makes State Forget To Send Man To Prison For 13 Years SMH. According to CBS News: Most fugitives go to great lengths to avoid the police, but one convicted criminal didn’t have to try. He was allowed to stay free for more than a decade. But the long arm of the law finally did reach out. CBS News’ Dean Reynolds met “Prisoner 1039699″ at the Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Mo., Thursday. Mike Anderson is nine months into a 13-year sentence for an armed robbery that took place in 1999. He should have gone to prison in 2002 after his conviction and unsuccessful appeals, but Missouri made a mistake. It forgot about him. Anderson said he’s been told it’s all a clerical error. Instead of ordering Anderson to prison, the state mistakenly thought he was already there. Anderson said he waited and waited. Reynolds asked Anderson, “What did you think would happen as the days and weeks and months and years went by?” Anderson said, “I had this sense in me that everything was OK, no matter what was gonna happen, that everything was gonna be OK, and, to this day, I still have that.” It’s a shame he changed his life around and is now serving jail time for something he did 13 years ago.

Former School Secretary Fired For Racist Obama Facebook Post If he had just kept his personal feelings to himself, he would still have a job. According to Raw Story: A former school secretary in Harlingen, TX sued the school district for firing him over a racist post on the social medium Facebook. Courthouse News Service reported that Abel Gonzalez believes that his right of free speech was infringed upon by the Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District. Gonzales’ suit, which was filed in the Federal Court in Brownsville on Monday, said, “On Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 9:08 a.m., plaintiff was at home on his own personal computer, when plaintiff received an e-mail from the Huffington Post’s Facebook page.” “The Facebook page had a picture of a little girl chasing President Obama in the Oval Office and beneath the picture were the words, ‘Caption this,’” the complaint continued. “Plaintiff wrote ‘Run N****r Run.’” A commenter on Huffington Post’s page named C. Orlando Pettiford saw Rodriguez’ racist post and copied and pasted it to the Dr. Rodriguez Elementary School Facebook page, the school where Gonzales worked as a secretary. On the same day, school principal Tracy Gonzalez [no relation to the plaintiff] received notice about the racist post. On September 7, 2012, School Superintendent Steve Flores placed Gonzales on administrative leave. Two weeks later, Gonzales was fired. He is suing the school district for $2 million in damages for “conspiracy, civil rights violations and violations of the First Amendment and due process violations, with an emphasis on the First Amendment claims,” said CNS.
