Kendrick stays catching or almost catching fade with somebody. Kendrick Perkins Arrested For Punching Woman In The Face These ballers keep doing dumb isht… like hitting women! Kendrick get it together. According to TMZ Oklahoma City Thunder big man Kendrick Perkins was arrested today after allegedly punching a woman in the face outside of a nightclub in July. Officials say 28-year-old Perkins and his brother-in-law Quincy Alpough were outside Nox nightclub in Harris County, Texas when they got into an altercation with a woman named Mikeeta Cotton. Cotton claims she was driving her car in front of the club and got into a fender bender with Alpough’s female cousin. Cotton says the woman attacked her … and Alpough quickly joined in, pushing her and yelling. Cotton claims Perkins — who’s 6’10″ also entered the fracas and punched her brother in the head … and then smacked her in the face with a closed fist. A third person says Alpough elbowed her in the throat — knocking her unconscious. Cops investigated the situation and decided there was enough evidence to charge Perkins with misdemeanor assault. This is so sad. Brooklyn Mom And Baby Found Dead In Apartment Prayers go out to their family. According to The NY Daily News A 19-year-old Brooklyn man wondering why his twin nieces hadn’t gone to school went to his sister’s apartment Thursday and found her dead body lying atop her newborn son, officials and family members said. Family members believe Marjorie Lyons, 34, may have died from complications stemming from her recent C-section, but police could not confirm the report Thursday. An autopsy was scheduled for Friday. Jerome Guthrie, who lives downstairs from Lyons, said his twin nieces woke him up shortly before 10 a.m. to tell him they were hungry. He went to his sister’s apartment to ask why the girls weren’t in school and found her corpse sprawled out on the bed. Her 11-day-old son Preston was lying underneath her, he said. “Under her I saw a leg, a baby leg,” he said Thursday. “I reached out and pulled him out. He was purple all over. I screamed, ‘Please don’t be dead, please don’t be dead!’ I ran out and found an officer. I couldn’t say nothing. I was crying, crying, crying just ‘Follow me, follow me, follow me.’” Lyons died at the scene, officials said. Preston died at Brookdale Hospital. Lyons’ mother, Rosemarie Garrison, said she spoke with her daughter on Wednesday night and Lyons complained of having a fever. Her father said she was taking Oxycodone for the pain from the C-section. Neighbors were stunned by the tragedy. Police say they saw no initial signs of trauma on the bodies of Marjorie Lyons and her newborn, Preston Alexander. “She was a good girl. She was respectful,” said neighbor Donna Peters. “All you could say about her is that she was a good girl. A good mother.” This is so sad. R.I.P. to mother and child. Instagram

Money is the root of all evil . Man Tries To Extort Girl Scouts Out Of $2 Million You have to be a special type of lowlife to try and steal from the Girl Scouts. According to The NY Daily News A street performer who once was arrested while shouting anti-Semitic rants in an Elmo costume bizarrely defended his efforts Wednesday to extort $2 million from the Girl Scouts, saying his actions were just a “protest” against the organization ties to the pharmaceutical industry. Dan Sandler, 49, said he was accepting his punishment of one year in jail because he had broken the law — but he had a good reason for doing it. “This was not a case of some one in the back room or front office trying to embezzle. This was more of a protest, like lying in an intersection,” Sander told Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Robert Stoltz. “I am not in any way sorry to the Girl Scouts organization because I believe they are a very corrupt organization because of their relationship to the pharmaceutical industry,” Sandler explained. Sandler said that even before his arrest, he has protested the use of “off-label marketing” — using drugs for different reasons than they are approved for — of pharmaceutical products to children and he said his actions were a protest of the Scouts’ engaging in that kind of activity for the industry. What a loser. Outside court, Sandler’s lawyer, Lori Cohen, rolled her eyes and shrugged when asked what her client was talking about. Sandler was arrested last May in San Francisco where he was living in a car and brought to New York on attempted grand larceny, aggravated harassment and stalking charges. Prosecutors said he had a seemingly ceaseless stream of communication with Girl Scout staff in New York, sending “alarming” and “bizarre” emails starting in July 2012. They said that Sandler, who did some temp work for the Scouts until 2008, told staff that he would falsely accuse the organization in public of arranging sex between men and young girls at their camps. Sandler pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny after the judge agreed to give him a year at Rikers Island. Part of his sentencing deal is that he has to stay away from the Girl Scout officials who were the latest targets of his irate emails. Sandler had also pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny and stalking charges and was sentenced to on year on each count to run concurrently. In an earlier case, Sandler — dressed as the beloved “Sesame Street” character — was nabbed in September 2012, for blocking traffic and resisting arrest at W. 44th St. and Broadway, while shouting: “The Jews are responsible for everything that’s wrong with the world! A Lil Positivity: Man Who Had 350 Crying Seizures A Month Cured By Surgery

We don’t know if we could handle 350 seizures a month . Man Cured Of Lifelong Seizures How did he live like this for so long? According to ABC News Chris Murto’s silent seizures started when he was a baby, and his doctors thought he was just having night terrors. “He rarely slept more than two hours at a time,” mom Maura Murto, 59, of Sedona, Ariz., said. “He would wake up and look startled, then begin to cry.” By the time he was in kindergarten, he would get tense and stiffen up and look terrified, but it always happened when he was asleep. “His face would grimace and a slight tear would roll down his cheek,” she said. Doctors diagnosed a rare type of benign tumor — a hypothalamic hamartoma (HH) — that would eventually cause up to 350 seizures a month by the time he was 13, and put him on medication, sometimes 25 pills a day. But today, at 29, Murto is seizure-free, thanks to Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, the first in the country to treat HH tumors. The surgeons used new, minimally invasive laser-surgery techniques to burn out the tumor in his brain. These gelastic seizures involved a sudden burst of energy, usually in the form of laughing or crying and can be uncomfortable. They can damage the brain and lead to progressive cognitive impairment. “When someone said seizures, I thought grand mal with someone on the floor,” his mother said. “Innocently, I didn’t know what we were dealing with.” Beginning when he was 5, Chris’ parents logged his daily seizures on a chart, but they began to worsen as he grew older, disrupting his thought process and ability to learn. His IQ even dropped to 79 from 120 and his parents were told he would never live independently. “He had tremors in his hand, his eyes rolled up in his head so you could see the whites, he slept a lot and his drool was out of control,” Maura Murto said. “He was losing ground mentally and physically.” Chris Murto had thousands of seizures every year by the time he was 13. “It’s impossible to explain the amount of pain I was experiencing,” said Chris, who’s father, Bill, co-founded the the Compaq Computer Corp. His azz is lucky. Pacman Found Not Guilty Of Assaulting Woman Pacman beat the case… now if he can just stay out of trouble. According to TMZ Adam “Pacman” Jones was found not guilty today of punching a woman at an Ohio nightclub … and surveillance video of the whole confrontation may be what saved his frequently arrested a$$. A judge ruled in Jones’ favor in the misdemeanor assault case stemming from the June 5 incident … where he appeared to punch, or at least slap, the alleged victim as she stood in an outdoor area of the club. But the attorney for the Cincinnati Bengals cornerback argued Jones was only acting in self-defense because the woman had hit him with a beer bottle. The surveillance video clearly shows her making the first move — and although prosecutors claimed Jones started everything by calling the woman and her friends “fat and ugly” … that wasn’t enough to convict. Translation — the judge told the woman to follow 3rd grade rules: Sticks and stones … Morally, he shouldn’t have punched the woman in the face. However, in the last scene it looks as if he gets busted cheating on his wife and his wife comes to blows with his mistress. So it pretty much looks as if Mona has yet another love triangle to spike up the ratings. She has even sounded out potential investors, a source revealed. “Lindsay really wants to help other people and she’s talked to some of her wealthy friends who are sober about the prospect of opening up a rehab center,” the insider revealed. “She loves the idea and really believes that if her name is attached to it, it will help draw attention to sobriety.” The 27-year-old — who was released from a 90-day court-ordered rehab stint three months ago – wants the facility to be based in New York City. “Lindsay is telling friends that she knows what works and doesn’t work when it comes to treatment,” the source added. “She feels that she’s in the right frame of mind now to give advice to other young people who have their own problems. “It may never happen… but she is totally behind the idea and wants to give back after all that she has been through.” Lindsay should just focus on getting better and leave fixing people to Iyanla Vanzant. That baby had his whole life ahead of him. So sad. Mom Kills Son In Attempted Murder-Suicide If she wanted to murder herself then fine, but to take an innocent little baby’s life is just selfish. According to The NY Daily News The mother of a baby boy who was found dead inside the family’s Brooklyn home wrote a ghastly suicide note but did not attempt to take her own life, a police source said Monday. “Justin is dead and so am I,” the mom wrote before cops arrived at the Ocean Ave. building where she and little 19-month-old Justin Stephens lived. Anna Thomas, who was arrested and charged with murder and manslaughter Monday, allegedly only finished half of her plan. Justin was dead, but the 20-year-old mother wasn’t. Cops went to the home after getting a 911 call about an emotionally disturbed person at a window around 8 p.m. Sunday. A knife was found at the scene, but neither Thomas or her little boy were stabbed or slashed, police sources said. Police believe the baby may have been suffocated, according to sources. Cassandre Celus, 18, who lives on the building’s second floor said her younger cousin spotted Thomas at the window — where she was dangling 19-month-old Justin. “My little cousin saw her dangling the baby,” said Celus, a student studying French at St. John’s. She said she could hear Thomas shouting for help. “She said ‘Call 911, my baby my baby,’” said Celus. “I thought the baby was falling and she was trying to catch it,” the young student said. “She was screaming.” Celus’ brother called 911 and an ambulance soon arrived. SMH. The baby looked to be in grave condition when it was wheeled out, Celus said. Neighbors said the young mother worked in health care. The building super, Burim Havolli, 29, said Thomas moved in about two years ago with her aunt, whose name is on the lease. “She was the best of the best (tenant),” said Havolli. “I never had a problem with her.” “She was always friendly. ‘Hi, how are you doing.’ I’d go pick up the rent, she would give me a drink,” he said. Another neighbor, who only identified himself as Michael, said he believes the child may have had a developmental disability. “A single mother and a special needs child? I’m surprised you don’t see this kind of thing more often,” Michael said. One fifth floor neighbor who declined to give her name said she saw Thomas, the child and a man she thought to be the child’s father smiling together over the weekend. “She seemed so happy, I just saw them Sunday. She was with her baby daddy,” the neighbor said. “(Justin) looked just like the mom. He was a cutie pie. You could definitely tell that he was special needs,” the neighbor added. The boss is a freak . Woman Sues Boss For Sexual Harassment This is taking abuse of power to a whole new level. According to The NY Daily News A Brooklyn mom says she was forced to walk off a job she desperately needed because of her boss’ lecherous come-ons and demands — including that she accompany him to the bathroom. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Sherina Thomas said David Shavolian “would make her stand right next to him while he urinated,” leaving her flush with embarrassment. Her sexual harassment suit, which seeks unspecified damages, said there were warning signs from the start. Thomas, 28, said she first went to the executive suite firm Executive Offices New York City’s midtown office last year after seeing an ad saying the realty company was looking for child models. Thomas thought her kids would be perfect for the gig, but said when she got there, it was clear Shavolian was far more interested in her. He told her, “I could help you to model,” and then forced her “to show her bare breasts,” the suit said. He fondled and jiggled them, then told her they were “not firm enough,” the suit said. He later called her about a receptionist job. It was hardly a typical job interview: The suit claims he asked her, “Do you shave or wax?” “Out of work and needing a job,” Thomas said she ignored the comments and started work for him May 21, 2012. She was quickly promoted to manager, but said her job duties required her to constantly be by Shavolian’s side — even when he went to the bathroom. He also repeatedly propositioned her — at one point offering to pay her $1,200 to “work jaws” on him, the suit said. Thomas said that by this past May, she couldn’t take it and quit.
