Justin, you got a break this time. Justin Bieber Cleared In Reckless Driving And Spitting Case Justin needs an intervention. Yes, he was cleared of spitting on his neighbor and reckless driving , but who will stop him from peeing in the next bucket? According to TMZ Justin Bieber is in the clear … the L.A. County District Attorney just REJECTED 2 cases targeting the singer — the case in which he allegedly SPIT on his neighbor, and the case in which he allegedly was speeding recklessly in his Calabasas neighborhood. As for the spitting case — get this. The alleged victim actually SAVED THE LOOGIE. But that wasn’t enough for a prosecution. The D.A. says it was one guy’s word against another, and Justin denied hawking a big one. The D.A. says during the altercation, the neighbor told cops Bieber said, “I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f*****g kill you.” D.A. investigators decided Bieber’s actions were “disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.” As for the speeding case, it all came down to the video tape … which shows Justin was not even in the Ferrari in question at the time of the incident. He was riding behind the car on a motorcycle. The D.A. also notes Tyler, the Creator actually took responsibility on TMZ for driving the car. So case closed. SMH at the neighbor who saved the loogie. According to Radar Online In a tense Sept. 27 conversation — on the day they should have been jubilantly celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary — Khloe Kardashian informed husband Lamar Odom “she’d be filing for divorce,” according to a new report, and RadarOnline.com has all the details. “She called him on their anniversary and told him she’d be filing for divorce,” an insider told US Weekly. “She wanted to give him fair warning. Khloe was very firm. She said she will be filing soon and she thinks it’s best they move on. “Khloe told Lamar she hopes he gets the help he needs.” The insider said it spoke volumes that Khloe changed her Instagram handle to remove Odom’s name on Sept. 23, four days before the aforementioned exchange. “Changing her name on social media was a big step in letting people know she is moving on.” Another source told the magazine the couple has quietly kept a backchannel dialogue through the tough times, with Lamar calling his wife of four years everyday. Above all, Khloe’s major concern is that the NBA veteran cleans up his act. “She thinks he needs to be treated for this disease,” the source said of “Lammy’s” alleged vices, which include cheating and drug abuse. People Aint Isht: Man Stabs 2-Year-Old Boy And Four Others With Scissors In NYC Park Rampage

People can’t even go to the park without getting stabbed. Man Stabs Five People With Scissors SMH. According to The NY Daily News A scissors-wielding lunatic stabbed and slashed five victims in a Riverside Park rampage before he was subdued Tuesday morning by a brave passerby, police said. An 18-month-old boy and his father were among those targeted as they strolled through the Manhattan park before the unprovoked 7:58 a.m. attack by a homeless man, police said. Crazed assailant Julius James Graham, 43, who was living at a Harlem shelter, unleashed his rage without warning on a bright October morning. He was taken down by a passing good Samaritan and held until police arrived. “He was looking for people he could mess with,” said an eyewitness, a 57-year-old man named Eddie. “He was looking for trouble.” Minutes after spotting the scary-looking Graham, he heard someone screaming and the little boy crying. “I got up and looked, and I saw the baby and I see a guy with blood where (the scissors) went in,” he said. Graham was standing nearby. The good Samaritan credited the injured boy’s dad with saving the child’s life. “I’m no hero,” said the unidentified man, a red mark visible on his neck, as cops led him from the park. “The guy with the baby is the hero.” Poor people. The little boy suffered only a wound to his arm as his father sprung to his defense. The terrifying attacks began when a woman running along the jogging path was stabbed in her back, said Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly. The next victim, a 36-year-old man, “thought he was punched in the stomach by the individual but he was stabbed,” Kelly said. A second woman on the jogging path was slashed in the neck before Graham came upon the man pushing his son in a stroller. The scissors-toting suspect went after the pair, with the father jumping to the aid of his toddler. “He’s slashed in the chest,” said Kelly. “His son is slashed in the arm.” All five victims were taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center after the attacks. The 2-year-old boy and the other two victims — a man stabbed in the chest and a woman stabbed in the neck — were all listed in stable condition. The woman stabbed in her back was “definitely worse than the others,” the source said. None of the victims was expected to die. She’s lost around 40 pounds and has cut carbs from her diet, but it’s not happening fast enough for her,” the source said. “Kanye’s reassuring her that she looks fantastic, but she’s still feeling self-conscious, wearing clothes that swamp her figure and dyeing her brunette locks golden to draw attention away from her body.” West has never been known to date the super skinny type — he dated the curvy model Amber Rose, 29, before having baby North West with Kardashian. As Radar previously reported, Kardashian’s step-brother, Brody Jenner, stuck up for the new mom about all the cruel and unnecessary treatment she received from the media when she packed on the pounds. “A lot of very cruel things were written about her. When you’re pregnant it should be a great stage in your life and you shouldn’t have to go to every newsstand and see pictures and headlines saying: ‘Kim’s a whale,’”Jenner told the U.K.’s Now magazine. “I know it upset her — it should have been one of the happiest times of her life and it wasn’t. Tyra Banks Sues Wig Companies According to TMZ You can’t go slapping Tyra Banks’ name willy nilly on wigs — not without her slapping back with a massive lawsuit for 10 million dollars … TMZ has learned. Tyra just filed a lawsuit against 10 companies that make wigs … and in the suit she claims they’re all biting her “name, photograph, image, and identity” — as well as her trademarks. We don’t know squat about wigs … but did some quick research and discovered several of the companies do have Tyra’s photos and Tyra inspired wigs on their websites. A few examples: The Yaky straight[Tyra-Banks style] wig, the Tyra Banks custom lace wig #046, and our fave — the Tyra Banks inspired human hair wig. We’re guessing it’s not actually TB’s hair you’re buying … although it does cost $300! Tyra’s lawsuit spells out just how valuable her trademark and how big a star she is — and to prove it her IMDB profile … all 11 pages of it … are attached to the suit as Exhibit A. To be fair, the suit does acknowledge Tyra is a “former supermodel.” TB is suing for an injunction to stop the sale of the infringing products — and at least $10 million in damages. There is always someone out there trying to make a quick dime.

Again Kanye ? Well, we actually don’t blame him this time… Kanye Spazzes Out On The Paparazzi Again Kanye might actually be justified for spazzing on the paparazzi this time. Who camps out at someone’s home at 4 a.m? According to TMZ Kanye West went nuclear again on the paparazzi — but this time Kanye has good reason to be pissed. Kanye was at his bachelor pad at 4 AM, when several photogs (not TMZ) approached him as he was getting in his car to leave …. and asked about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel. It appears Kim is also there. Sources say he and Kim were on their way to the airport with the final stop — Paris. An infuriated Kanye lunges at the photog but it does not appear there is any physical contact. It looks as if the photogs are very close to Kanye’s driveway — but the photo agency insists they did not trespass. As you know, Kanye is currently facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with the LAX attack, where a photog claims Kanye injured him. TMZ broke the story … Kanye’s reps have advised him to avoid LAX … specifically so there would be no other blow-ups with photogs. First fans in Singapore accuse her of getting slizzard and high off the sticky icky and now this. According to Radar Online Just a few shows into the latest leg of Rihanna‘s Diamonds World Tour, the singer is apparently going off the rails. After showing up 40 minutes late for a lackluster concert in Perth, Australia, on Tuesday, she doubled the delay on Thursday night in Adelaide, appearing 80 minutes late, ‘glassy-eyed’ and ‘obviously’ drunk, according to one reviewer. “When she finally arrived, it was obvious Rihanna had been enjoying a few sherbets [Australian slang for beers] backstage,” a reviewer for NovaFM Australia wrote. “If her glassy eyes didn’t arouse suspicions, then her constant crotch grabbing and lack of actual singing would have given the game away,” the writer, Tobias Handke, continued. “Not that Rihanna didn’t give her vocal chords a good workout, but throughout the concert, particularly during the first half, she relied on a backing track and the harmonious support of her backup singers, while she concentrated on her dance moves.” In sum, she was not worth the wait according to several fans, who aired their disappointment on Twitter. Homeless Man Pushes Girl In Front Of Train According to Mail Online The homeless man accused of shoving a student in front of a train yesterday appeared in court this morning rambling incoherently about people trying to kill him and seeing ‘colors and darkness’. Hunter College student Maya Leggat, 21, received horrific injuries after she was allegedly shoved on to the tracks at White Plains station in New York after she refused to give money to Howard J. Mickens, 39. Shocked commuters described seeing her mangled legs on the tracks, and some followed the panhandler and held him until police arrived. He was charged with attempted murder and made a bizarre appearance in court today saying he was ‘guilty with an explanation’. Maya is in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla and is facing surgery after sustaining serious leg trauma, her brother told The Journal News. Mickens appeared before White Plains City Court Judge Eric Press, who ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation in the attempted murder case. ‘Can you make sure they’re not military?’ the 39-year-old askedabout his potential evaluators and when his lawyer advised him to be quiet, he ignored her and told the judge: ‘I don’t trust her. Sir, I am guilty with an explanation.’ When he was asked if he understood what was happening to him, he said: ‘No disrespect, judge. I just don’t want to get railroaded, especially by individuals who have been trying to kill me since I was a child. ‘When I close my eyes I see colors and darkness.’ The case was adjourned until October 25. The victim’s brother told ABC 7: ‘I’m just thankful that she’s alive,’ adding that her condition was stable and she was due to have surgery. WTF is guilty with an explanation?
