Chris Bosh Wants Full Custody Of Daughter Via TMZ reports: Newly-minted NBA champion Chris Bosh has been busy with more than just basketball … he’s been embroiled in a bitter legal battle with his ex to snag custody of their 4-year-old daughter, TMZ has learned. Bosh has filed legal docs asking a judge to strip his ex, Allison Mathis, of primary physical custody of Trinity. Bosh claims Mathis has been trying to alienate the kid from him … blocking contact, refusing to let them travel together, and poisoning their daughter against him. Bosh wants primary physical custody, but says he’s more than willing to give Mathis her fair share of mother-daughter time in the form of visitation. Mathis has fired back in her own legal docs, saying his complaints are BS. The custody battle between Bosh and Mathis has been raging for years — you’ll recall, just last June Bosh was denied permission to take his daughter to the Olympics. But hey, at least he’s got another championship ring. He’s not trying to get out of paying, b/c he only pays about $1100/m in child support, pays all of Trinity’s expenses. He just wants to see his child and Allison won’t let him. These two need to get it together for the sake of their kid!

Marines Sentenced To Death For Killing Marine And His Wife According to NBC San Diego Three former Marines found guilty by jurors of torturing and killing a fellow Marine and his wife in a 2008 execution-style slaying in Southern California were sentenced Thursday. Former Lance Cpl. Emrys John, 23, and former Lance Cpl. Tyron Miller, 25, were each sentenced to the death penalty. Former private Kevin Cox, 25, was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Their sentences were read at the Hall of Justice in Riverside, Calif. The sentences are linked to the murders of newlyweds Marine Sgt. Jan Pietrzak and his wife Quiana Jenkins-Pietrzak. The couple was found gagged, tied and shot in the head in their Riverside County home in October 2008. Sgt. Pietrzak, a helicopter airframe mechanic at MCAS Miramar near San Diego, was found bloody and beaten. His wife’s body was discovered naked. Officials say she had been sexually assaulted. On June 5, two separate juries convicted Cox, John and Miller of murder. John was convicted of pulling the trigger. Miller was found guilty of murder and sexually assaulting Quiana Jenkins-Pietrzak. A fourth suspect, former Lance Cpl. Kesaun Sykes of Fallbrook, had his case severed and is awaiting trial. Sykes was known as “Psycho” by fellow Marines. He’s set to be tried sometime later this summer. Earlier this month, prosecutors said robbery was the motive for the crime. Jewelry, including the couple’s wedding rings, and Pietrzak’s dress uniform were found at the suspects’ homes, authorities said. Racial slurs were spray-painted in the house, and fires had been set in an apparent attempt to destroy evidence. All three men worked with Sgt. Pietrzak at one time while stationed at Camp Pendleton. “He was not the actual killer, he was not in my opinion a major participant obviously the jury disagreed with that assessment,” Cox’s attorney Ryan Markson said on June 5. At that time, Markson hoped jurors would consider Cox’s rank at the time of the murders when deliberating his punishment. “Because it was three armed Marines, two of whom outranked him and telling him we need to knock on these people’s door,” he said earlier this month. Pietrzak, 24, who was born in Poland and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., joined the Marines in 2003 and served in Iraq from July 2005 to February 2006. Relatives of the victims said Quiana, 26, was from San Bernardino and a 2005 graduate of San Diego State University. The couple met in San Diego through a mutual friend who also attended SDSU. Jenkins-Pietrzak was studying to become a doctor. Pietrzak served in Iraq and returned to San Diego in 2006. Attorneys for all three defendants have already asked for a new trial. During a show in Boston in early June, Jessica and her roommates were pulled on stage during the performance and then invited by Sean to an after-party with the boys — but Jessica tells Radar once they got on the tour bus, she knew it was a “stupid move.” “My roommates and I live in downtown Boston so we thought that this after-party was going to be at one of the nearby hotels like the W, the Ritz Carlton, Four Seaons, Liberty, etc. Plus, there was A LOT of people on stage with us, so it looked like a real after party. I mean we were expecting loud music, conversation, just something normal because everything seemed pretty normal while on stage,” Jessica says. “But when we got outside they had taken our phones and shoes away from us and to be honest we were kind of in a daze, this had never happened to us before so we kind of just went along with it. Stupid move.” Once on the bus, Jessica says she assumed they were going somewhere downtown but instead, they jumped on the freeway and ended up an hour away in a small town called Foxboro. “I kept quite the whole way and pretended like I was having fun. There was drugs, alcohol and a lot of rapping. But they are also very, VERY disrespectful towards women,” Jessica revealed. “The only drug I physically saw was that sticky icky. Chris has some vodka brand called Zing and they would pour it down our throats. Well, they did it to my friends but when it came to ‘my turn’ I took the bottle and pretended I was drinking out of it because I wanted to have my senses and remember things from that night.” “What really opened my eyes was how Sean, Chris, and all of their friends treat women,” Jessica continued. “On the bus it was just my roommate, another friend, and myself. But there were also two girls who Chris took with him into his hotel room. One of the guys on the bus pulled my friend over and lifted her skirt all the way up and started hitting her behind. While my roommate and I were trying to pull down her skirt, all the guys including Sean were slapping her behind while Chris was just looking right at her and laughing very, very hard.” Jessica says once they arrived to the hotel, there was no after-party — at least not anything the girls had expected. “Once we were in the elevator, I noticed there were cops downstairs. When we got up to their floor everybody dispersed into their rooms. I have no idea who all was in the room where my friends and I were because we immediately ran into the bathroom,” Jessica told Radar. “This was the first time we had gotten a chance to talk all night since we had no phones and we were not sitting next to each other on the bus. We decided that the only thing there was to do is just to run out of the hotel room. We ran out and one of Chris and Sean’s friends and another guy chased us down the hall asking us why we were leaving, trying to get us to stay. “They took the elevator down with us, but once they saw we were going straight to the cops they dispersed. Burglar Discovers Dead Body In House According to The New Zealand Herald A burglar who discovered a dead body hanging in a Hamilton house is unlikely to face charges for the break-in. The 26-year-old man made the grisly discovery early yesterday morning while attempting to burgle the vacant house in the suburb of Fairfield. Hamilton Police city tactical coordinator Senior Sergeant Freda Grace said the burglar, who called police himself to raise the alarm, had been arrested but not charged. Mrs Grace said the man was released after helping police with their inquiries. The incident unfolded in the early hours of yesterday morning when the burglar stumbled across the dead body hanging in the dark. His screams alerted neighbors who also phoned police. It’s understood they thought the screaming was a domestic dispute. Mrs Grace said the victim had died hours before the burglary but if not for the break-in he may not have been found for days. She said the death of the man, whose age is unknown, was not being treated as suspicious and had been referred to the coroner. The burglar was known to police and Mrs Grace hoped the “weird” circumstances would alter his behavior. “Hopefully there will be a positive out of it and that he will decide it’s not the thing to do. I would be taking that as pretty bad karma.” Mrs Grace said the whole situation was incredibly sad”. “It’s sad for the guy who felt so bad that that’s what happened to him. Really the whole set of circumstances are just horrid.” She did not know if the dead man’s next of kin had been notified. Man Dies After Swallowing Drugs According to The NY Post A man died while in police custody last night when he choked on a golf ball-sized bag of drugs after struggling with cops in the Bronx, authorities said. Bronx narcotics cops allegedly saw Jose Muniz, 52, make a hand-to-hand drug deal in front a Norwood bodega on Jerome Avenue at around 10:50 p.m. before officers tried to arrest him, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters today at a press conference in Harlem. When Muniz saw plainclothes cops approaching, he allegedly tried to hide the drugs. “We believe that the individual took a golf ball-sized package of drugs, and put it into his mouth,” Kelly said. The cops grabbed Muniz and pepper sprayed him during a struggle before he was on the ground and cuffed, Kelly said. That’s when officers noticed that Muniz had stopped breathing. “He choked on that bag and CPR was given to him at the scene and en route to the hospital,” he continued. Muniz died a short time later at Bronx North Central Hospital, authorities said. Kelly said that the Internal Affairs Bureau would continue to investigate the incident. Cops said Muniz had been arrested over 30 times including for narcotics possession, burglary and possession of a firearm, among other crimes. We don’t feel bad for this dumbazz.
