According to TMZ , Steebie’s court documents also adds that he wants visitation and wants to be in the delivery room when the baby is born January 9. BOSSIP also recovered court documents where Stevie alleged that Joseline’s been drinking and drugging throughout her pregnancy. SMFH… Yasmin Seweid Blasted For Faking Subway Attack By Trump Supporters A New York college student is getting blasted after authorities say she lied about being attacked by Trump supporters. Yasmin Seweid, 18, of Baruch College alleged that three white people attacked her and tried to rip off her hijab. Shortly thereafter she mysteriously went missing and later confessed that the entire story was a farce. Instead, she’d broken her parent’s curfew and was trying to hide her American boyfriend from them. Girl….. The New York Daily News reports: A Muslim student who said she was harassed on the subway by drunken, hate-spewing white men shouting “Donald Trump!” lied to police because she broke her curfew, law enforcement sources said Wednesday. Yasmin Seweid, 18, joined a growing list of local and national alleged hate-crime victims when she told cops she was taunted Dec. 1 on the No. 6 train by three men who called her a terrorist and tried to snatch her hijab off her head while straphangers did nothing. But Seweid finally broke down Wednesday and was arrested after she admitted to detectives that it was all a big lie. Police sources say Seweid made up the story because she didn’t want to get in trouble for breaking her curfew after being out late drinking with friends. Her strict, Muslim parents allegedly forced Seweid to shave her head over the incident and were upset that she was dating a Christian, sources said. The bareheaded Baruch College student, not wearing her hijab, was charged with filing a false report and released after her arraignment early Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court. She faces up to a year in jail for each charge. Now is NOT the time for these jokes little girl. SMH…

Last year his “Dabbin’ Santa” Christmas sweaters were the hottest thing on social media, this year, he’s created a sweater for only the most ballerific of ballers. A $90,000 version of jolly ol’ Saint Nick made from diamonds and gold. Don’t get it twisted though, according to the 2ChainzShop site, this particular sweater is not for Mr. Chainz to get richer, all proceeds from the sale (there was only 1 made and someone has already bought it) will got to charity, likely his T.R.U. Earlier in the week Tokyo boasted that she’d bought herself a new house as she prepares to settle her divorce. “I have 2 jobs and run OMG Entertainment,” said Tokyo.”I just brought [sic] a new house! I will register at Walmart or Target.” shortly thereafter, however, Chy shut her ALL the way down and noted that she actually bought the house for her mom. Shaaaaaaade! Fair or foul??? Shirley Caesar Sues To Remove “U Name It” Challenge Pastor Shirley Caesar has had enough of people profiting off her sermon and she’s filed an injunction to stop its unauthorized use. DJ Suede who originated the viral #UNameItChallenge, has been hit with a lawsuit after attorneys say Ceaser’s suffered $5 million in losses. Furthermore, his videos “violated” Caesar’s Christian brand and should be removed. CBS 46 reports: Caesar’s lead attorney, James Walker, saying a judge agrees with Caesar’s claim that at least one of DJ Suede’s videos needed to be taken down. Walker said the judge decided the video, which is linked below, and its several images of alcohol “violate the brand, image and name of a Christian pastor”, referring to Caesar. Walker said, as of Thursday evening, the video was still up. “DJ Suede and his management were in conversations with her lawyer. They didn’t reach an agreement and they put it out anyway,” Hatchett said. DJ Suede Walker says an initial remix of the video, also shown below, was a hit with Caesar and her family. During the craze of the “You Name it Challenge”, it was one of many that were posted on social media. “Unknown to us, he made the second video,” Walker said. Via KOB The family of a man detained by law enforcement at a Bernalillo Wal-Mart in 2015 believes police tools and tactics contributed to his death. Town of Bernalillo and Pueblo of Santa Ana police officers placed a spit sock on the man’s face and laid him on his belly with his hands and feet restrained behind him. Police reports reveal Ben Anthony C de Baca, who had a history of mental illness, got into an argument with a family member on Sept. 6, 2015. He drove to the Bernalillo Wal-Mart, hit a parked car and once inside the store began to destroy merchandise. Wal-Mart patrons helped subdue him before Bernalillo and Santa Ana Pueblo police arrived. Unemployment Drops To 9-Year Low Under President Obama Contrary to what the Republicans would have you believe, the American economy has improved since President Obama took office. According to White House reports, unemployment dropped to a 9-year low under the current administration… The economy added a solid 178,000 jobs in November as the longest streak of total job growth on record continued. U.S. businesses have now added 15.6 million jobs since early 2010. The unemployment rate fell to 4.6 percent in November, its lowest level since August 2007, and the broadest measure of underemployment fell for the second month in a row. Average hourly earnings for private employees have increased at an annual rate of 2.7 percent so far in 2016, faster than the pace of inflation. Nevertheless, more work remains to ensure that the benefits of the recovery are broadly shared, including opening new markets to U.S. exports; taking steps to spur competition to benefit consumers, workers, and entrepreneurs; and raising the minimum wage.
