56 Year Old Baltimore Woman Does After Giving Birth To Twins This is so sad … Via The Grio reports: Lisa Swinton McLaughlin wanted to have kids for more than 30 years. Last December, she and her husband Mike welcomed twin boys after a decade of trying different fertility treatments and in-vitro procedures, according to the Omaha World-Herald. Just seven days after she gave birth, she died from a bowel obstruction. She had assumed the pain was from the incision from her Cesarian section. “She was just on cloud nine,” her husband, Mike McLaughlin said. “That’s the happiest I’ve probably seen her in my life.” Mike McLaughlin now faces the prospect of raising two boys alone. He has hired a nanny but is also making plans to move to Nebraska closer to his family. At the time of her death, Lisa was the Executive Medical Officer at the American Red Cross in Washington, D.C. Rest in peace to the mother and condolences to her entire family.

Bravo also distanced itself from this messy business. A rep for Moore responds to allegations that Moore hired the graphics company behind this slander: “I am not sure where this story surfaced from, but it is a lie and Ms. Moore had nothing to do with those posters. Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked After Nightclub Shooting Breezy might be heading back to the clink. The judge presiding over his lingering Rihanna domestic violence case is getting more and more concerned about the singer’s behavior after a few shootings popping up while Chris is on stage — most recently at a San Jose nightclub . He thinks Chris isn’t focused on rehabilitation and volunteering and is inadvertently putting others in danger with his constant working and partying . Via TMZ : Chris Brown has had his probation revoked in the Rihanna case, in part because he was present at 2 separate nightclubs when people inside were shot, and officials are worried about more shootings and think Chris should serve time behind bars. Chris showed up for a progress report Thursday, when the judge told him the probation report presented multiple problems. First, the report mentions the shooting last Sunday in San Jose when Chris was on stage. Five people were injured. The judge also said the probation report expressed concern over another shooting at 1OAK during VMA weekend last August. Again, Chris was on stage and several people were shot, including Suge Knight. And the judge said Chris left the county for San Jose without getting the court’s permission, which is a violation of his probation. As for why the shootings are an issue, they were raised in the probation report. The judge noted so far there’s no evidence Chris was criminally involved, but the probation officer says, “There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured.” The violation for leaving the county we understand…although Cali is pretty big and it seems a bit unavoidable. But how can Chris control if shooting pops off during one of his appearances?! Isn’t it the club’s fault for not patting down patrons before they come in? But it seems the shootings were only secondary “offenses” when it came to this hearing: The probation officer also notes Chris has been arrested twice while on probation — once for assault in DC and also for throwing a rock at his mom’s car in rehab. And the officer notes Chris was “making comments about knives and guns during a group [rehab] meeting.” The probation officer — who thinks Chris is focusing too much on his career rather than community service and rehabilitation — recommends to the judge that Chris serve time. The officer says the singer has shown “a pattern of making choices that are counterproductive.” The judge will hold a formal hearing March 20. If hizzoner determines Chris “willfully” violated probation, he could be in big trouble. The violations are felonies, which means prison is on the line. Damn homie. Breezy might be a badazz as far as Hollywood-types are concerned, but we REALLY don’t think he’s cut out for real-live prison! He might want to just cool out and have a few quiet evenings at home with Karrueche, that is if they’re on good terms this week…

Georgia Man Wins $25,000 Lawsuit After Cop Lies To Have Him Wrongfully Arrested via WALB News Georgia A multi-million dollar federal lawsuit against the Albany Police Department has been settled, after attorneys said officers jailed a man for 16 months, knowing he was innocent. Attorney James Finkelstein, who represented Richard Hayes, said they were pleased with the outcome. Court documents showed the suit was settled for $25,000. Hayes was 17 when he was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and gang participation in September 2009. The suit filed against Albany Police officer Charles Flowers said Hayes was unjustly held in the Dougherty County jail for one year and four months. Hayes agreed to a $25,000 settlement from the city on the day his $2 million lawsuit against Albany Police Officer Charles Flowers was to begin. On October 22nd, 2009, Flowers charged then 17-year old Hayes, a confessed Southside Blood gang member, with aggravated assault for a gang shootout on South Madison Street. Flowers remained in jail until March 9, 2011 when the charges were dropped. “We felt like we had a good position, but the litigation is protracted. Drags on and on. And we felt it was just in the best interest of a settlement at that level,” said Albany City Attorney Nathan Davis. Hayes’ attorney Jim Finkelstein said he and his client are “pleased” with the settlement. Hayes also asked for a jury trial in the lawsuit, which initially sought more than $2 million dollars in general and punitive damages.
Keisha says she doesn’t have a relationship with Bill… Keisha Knight Pulliam Fired From Celebrity Apprentice For Not Calling Bill Cosby Via Vulture reports: Keshia Knight Pulliam — best known for her role as adorable little Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show — just made her debut as a contestant on reality-TV toxic-waste barge The Celebrity Apprentice…and hoo boy, did things get uncomfortable when Bill Cosby came up as a topic . The season premiere was filmed about a year ago, months before mounting rape allegations irrevocably ruined Cosby’s reputation. So when the cast found out they needed to contact rich friends in order to raise money for a bake sale, it’s understandable that Pulliam’s teammates leaned on her to call up her (as-of-then-relatively-untarnished) former TV dad. Pulliam (who was her team’s project manager) awkwardly declined, cryptically saying she opted instead to reach out to “people I felt can deliver the quickest.” Cosby went unmentioned for much of the rest of the episode. Then came the boardroom. The two teams were summoned to appear before Donald Trump and co-judges Ivanka Trump and Piers Morgan. Pulliam’s team had come up short in their fundraising, and her teammates took aim at her. What followed was an excruciating three minutes for anyone even vaguely aware of the Cosby rape scandal. The Trumps, Morgan, and Pulliam’s team took her to task for not calling Bill Cosby and asking him for money. “Did you call Bill?” the elder Trump asked her. “I did not,” Pulliam said, crying. “I have not talked to Bill Cosby on the phone in I don’t know how long. So for me to pick up the phone, having not talked to you for five years, except for when we run into each other for a Cosby event– I feel that’s not my place to do.” That defense wasn’t good enough for Trump, who went on to fire her, specifically because she refused to call Cosby. “I really believe, if you’d called that gentleman, he would’ve helped you, even if you hadn’t spoken to him in years,” Trump said, “because you were an amazing team with one of the most successful shows ever. So I think it would’ve been a very good call to make for charity. But you have to take responsibility. I think you agree with that.” What’s truly baffling here is why the show’s producers didn’t edit this stuff out, trim it down, or make some kind of statement about it beforehand. Sure, Cosby wasn’t a big topic a year ago, but he’s easily one of the most loathed celebrities in America right now. In light of everything we’ve heard in the past few months, it’s kind of insane to have an extended sequence where a female acquaintance of Bill Cosby’s gets fired from a job because she didn’t beg Bill Cosby to help her get ahead.
