Source: Paul Archuleta / Getty Days after Tisha Campbell-Martin announced that she was divorcing her husband Duane Martin, it’s being reported that she will also be asking for spousal support. According to TMZ , In the documents filed in court, Tisha seeks spousal support and to split both physical and legal custody of the couple’s children, Xen, 6, and Ezekiel, 8. It’s unclear at this time how much money Tisha is requesting each month. As we previously reported , the former “Martin” star tweeted that her marriage was over. “After 27 years of being together and two amazing children, it pains me to announce that I’ve filed for divorce,” Campbell-Martin announced on social media. “It’s an emotional time and I graciously ask for privacy for me, our children and the rest of our family.” After 27 years of being together and 2 amazing children, it pains me to announce that I've filed for divorce. Interestly…Jhene says she and Sean had been friends for a while before making it official, but won’t put a date on the start of their courtship. If you can remember, Jhene was married and then divorced producer Dot Da Genius . Welp, Big Sean was around before and after Dot, even throughout two of Sean’s relationships…the duo made sweet music together. She even got his face tattooed just TWO weeks after finalizing her divorce. In the interview Jhene recounts an “ex” who she says betrayed her by being secretly married to his baby mama, and she found out when the woman confronted her on the phone. Jhene says before they broke up, however, Big Sean asked to take her to a basketball game and she accepted his offer. Throughout the night, Sean treated her like a “date”. Soon after, she and ole boy broke up…but she and Sean didn’t connect until years later. Hmmm, does is sound like Jhene stuck around just long enough to cheat back on her “ex” with Sean? CoKo And Mike Clemons Heading For Divorce CoKo Of SWV shared some bitter news with fans yesterday in the form of a blog post explaining that her marriage has come to an end. In the passage CoKo explains that she and Mike Clemons are two people who “fell out of love” and are looking forward to co-parenting together. In the blog post titled “After The Love Is Gone”, she writes: We always thought we’d be together forever! Through the good, the bad, the ugly, the ups and the downs…we’d still be married. But, things don’t always work out the way we plan or hope. After 15 years of marriage, my husband and I have decided to call it quits. Our fairytale has come to an end. I’ll definitely miss him! But life goes on and I have to make the best of it. I wish him all the best in his future. I pray that he will lack nothing! For the sake of our son we will do our best to co-parent. We’re not enemies, we’re just two people that fell out of love. Life after divorce kind of scares me, but I have to be strong for myself and my son. God got me and I’m surrounded by a great group of family and friends that hold me down. My Village!! I am blessed and highly favored!! READY FOR MY NEXT!!! Aww dang, best of luck to her. (Photo by Thaddaeus McAdams/FilmMagic) “Basketball Wives” Star Seeking Permanent Restraining Order Against James “Tim” Norman “Basketball Wives” Jennifer Williams said she’s not the only woman who has been subjected to her now ex-boyfriend James “Tim” Norman’s alleged violent behavior. The reality star, 42, said in court papers that shortly after she broke up with the “Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s” star, a woman contacted her on Instagram who said that she also used to date Norman and that he brutalized her and then stole her car when they broke up, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. Williams said the unnamed woman contacted her last month and told her that Norman had also stalked and harassed her and that there was a police report to back up the woman’s claims. “She stated that after she broke up with Mr. Norman, he stole her new car and admitted to doing so,” Williams wrote in court papers. “She says he stalked her long after they broke up. He has taken her on a trip to Los Angeles in 2014 where he physically abused and hit her.” Norman got a temporary restraining order against Williams earlier this month after he said he believed Williams slashed his car tires. But Williams said in court papers that she never messed with Norman’s car, and it was he who was stalking and harassing her and her friends and leaking intimate pictures and messages to the media. Williams detailed incidents where she said an enraged Norman threatened to jump men who he thought flirted with her, including one time where she said Norman nearly flipped a table at a taco joint in front of horrified onlookers. Williams, who is being repped by Joseph Koenig – who is well known for getting a restraining order for Amber Heard during her divorce from Johnny Depp – said she doesn’t know what Norman is capable of and is in fear for her life. “All this weird and scary behavior is very disturbing to me and I simply want Mr. Norman to leave me alone and cease contacting me forever,” Williams said, according to court docs. Norman has also asked the judge to make his temporary restraining order against her permanent, and the exes are due back in court next month, where a judge will rule on their dueling restraining orders. As previously reported Amina Buddafly is divorcing “dirty feet” Pete a.k.a Peter Gunz . The wife of the rapper/reality star who appeared with him on “Marriage Bootcamp” is finally done with their matrimony and she recently told TheJasmineBrand exactly why. “It’s pretty simple: Peter and I have been separated living separate lives for two years now, that is a long time and a lot can happen in 2 years,” said Amina. “It took a while, but I got over him in that time by focusing on me and my children. I’ve accepted the situation for what it was two years ago when I left town.” She also added that it doesn’t “hurt anymore” and she decided to file since Peter wouldn’t “But it finally doesn’t hurt anymore, so with a new year I felt that this was a good time for me to take action since he wouldn’t,” she told TheJasmineBrand. “I just don’t want to be married to someone I’m not with anymore.” GOOD FOR HER. Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly: It’s Finally Over!

The most dysfunctional relationship in the history of Hollywood has finally come to an end. No, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have not gone their separate ways. Not yet, at least. But it sounds very much as if Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly are at last on the verge of doing so. We know this for one very simple and very straightforward reason: Both Peter and Amina posted the actual divorce papers on Instagram, with the latter taking this action first and thereby implying that she is the one who filed. “Ready, set, go…” wrote Buddafly as a caption, with Peter adding for his part: “The end…” Here is a look at the papers in question: Gunz followed up on this message by posting a photo of himself and his soon-to-be-ex-wife and making it clear that their split is amicable. “Our divorce is not ugly.. No lawyers no judges no Mediators!! Just us.. I love @aminabuddafly and the Beautiful Queens she gave me,” he wrote, concluding as follows: “Divorce in our case is not a bad thing it’s best and won’t change the support and love for her my kids and her music.. no comments necessary.” As those who watch Love & Hip Hop online (or on television) know quite well, Gunz and Buddafly have a pretty amazing history. We mean this is the most depressing/disturbing/hilarious/contentious/scandal sense of the word. Gunz and Buddafly (not their real names… we assume) got together while Peter was with Tara Wallace, the mother of a few of his kids. He basically kept having sex with both Amina and Tara over the years, more or less out in the open even. In August of 2016, the couple welcomed their second child into the world, a girl named Bronx. She was born not long after Gunz and Wallace also had a kid together, with Bronx marking Peter’s 10th child overall. That is not a misprint. Peeter Gunz is the father of 10 kids. And neither Buddafly nor Wallace seemed to really care that their baby daddy was also someone else’s simultaneous baby daddy. Wrote Buddafly to all the haters two years ago, while carrying one of Peter’s two fetuses at the time: “I Got pregnant again because I made love to the man I love… Now y’all can debate on why we did it until ya hair turns grey… “@petergunz174 I love you 4ever and I will never be scared to show or say it because of people.” Well, not so much 4ever , we guess. Not after this divorce news. Then again, it would surprise no one at all if Amina and Peter also announced in a few months that they’re expecting another baby together. That’s just how they roll. Matt Lauer: Kicked Out by His Wife! Finally!

Matt Lauer lost his job a couple months ago. Along with it, he lost his dignity. And now, according to a new report in The New York Post, he has lost his soulmate. The aforementioned newspaper quotes an anonymous source who says  Annette Roque has finally come to her senses and kicked Lauer out of the family home in The Hamptons. The disgraced Today Show anchor has reportedly moved out of this estate and is now crashing someplace nearby. (For the expensive record: He owns a $36 million compound in North Haven, a house in Sag Harbor and a 40-acre horse farm in Water Mill.) Lauer, of course, was fired by NBC in late November after a woman accused him of sexual harassment. Not long after this development, numerous other reports indicated that Lauer was basically a gross sexual predator at work. There have been allegations against him of dropping his pants in front of employees; of gifting them with sex toys; and even of raping one of them in his office . It’s horrible stuff all around. The public has been wondering for several weeks now just why Roque is sticking around. The only plausible explanation, which has been cited by many websites around the Internet, is that she and Lauer have been living separate lives for many years now anyway. Lauer spends nearly every week night in New York City and only would make it out to The Hamptons on weekends. Nevertheless, the more Roque has realized how much Lauer sucks, and the more chatter about previous affairs has emerged… the louder the divorce rumors have grown . The Post claims Roque will soon file the necessary papers to rid herself of Lauer once and for all. Sources have been saying of late that Lauer wants to save the marriage, but that Roque has been “very cold” to him. Hmmm… we wonder why that would be. Actually, no, sorry: we don’t wonder why that would be at all . Shortly after Lauer was fired, he issued a lengthy mea culpa that didn’t deny he had acted like a disgusting pervert for decades. To the people I have hurt, I am truly sorry. As I am writing this I realize the depth of the damage and disappointment I have left behind at home and at NBC. Some of what is being said about me is untrue or mischaracterized, but there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed. I regret that my shame is now shared by the people I cherish dearly. Repairing the damage will take a lot of time and soul searching and I’m committed to beginning that effort. It is now my full time job. The last two days have forced me to take a very hard look at my own troubling flaws. It’s been humbling. I am blessed to be surrounded by the people I love. Exclusive: “Broke” Kendu Isaacs Accuses MJB Profiting Off Their Divorce; Still Owes Him A $346K Salary

Blige’s soon to be ex-husband has accused her of turning a profit on their divorce as he demanded more money from the singer as they continue to battle out in their acrimonious divorce. Isaacs filed paperwork last month accusing the “Real Love” singer of withholding his pay from his work as her personal manager on her “King & Queen of Hearts” tour. Isaacs said Blige currently owes him a total of $345,820, and he hasn’t seen a dime, according to court docs. Blige’s ex also claimed his estranged wife has used him as a punching bag in the press, and despite his “aggressive” efforts, he hasn’t been able to work since she fired him in July 2016. “In fact, petitioner has financially benefitted from this divorce because she used it as a platform to promote her new music, album and tour,” Kendu wrote in court papers which were obtained by BOSSIP. “Since the divorce was initiated, she has released at least two songs that have been dubbed her ‘divorce’ songs. The evidence will show that petitioner reaped a substantial profit from this divorce.” Isaacs, 49, doubled down on his claims that he’s entitled to half of her royalties, residuals and commissions that Mary earned from her music, film and TV work during their nearly 13-year marriage, according to his filing. Isaacs – who recently said the stress of the divorce put him in the hospital – also wants her to pay his attorney’s fees. A judge will now decide how much Isaac deserves when the case heads to trial in March. Isaacs has asked for $65,000 a month in alimony payments for the rest of his life. However, Mary has contended in court papers that the $30,000 a month that she’s already paying him is too much and accused him of misappropriating $420,000 on his mistress. Continue reading →
