Mel B And Stephen Belafonte Take Kids To Family Therapy Even though they’ve each been spotted out and about still rocking their wedding rings after news of their divorce proceedings went public …Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are still pressing forward with their plans to split — for now, anyway. The couple took a big step toward being more amicable on Wednesday, according to TMZ . They, along with their four children, took a trip to the psychiatrist for a family therapy session. However Mel and Stephen took separate cars to the therapist’s office, while their four daughters, ages 5, 9, 12 and 18, arrived in a third car with the family nanny. Sources say that despite their anger and mountain of differences between them, Stephen and Mel really want to make sure their kids are okay with the transition in their lives. This is apparently the first time the two of them have been able to be in the same room in a cordial fashion for some time. Sources also confirm that up to this point in their split, a session like this would have been damn near impossible. Well at least they’re being mature about it! They were very buddy-buddy just a month ago…so perhaps with this new time they’re spending together they’ll be able to reconcile their differences and either move on peacefully OR come to enough common ground to work through it all. Texas teacher Sarah Fowlkes, 27, is accused of having improper sexual relations with a student, a minor who was just 17 years old. Not that it seems to bother her all that much, based on her mug shot: “Yeah, girl! Way to get that D!” – Sarah to herself above . We kid, obviously, but one has to wonder how any individual – no matter how photogenic – is in that kind of mood while getting arrested. For a sex crime, no less. Just bizarre. In any case … A warrant was issued for her arrest for an alleged improper relationship with the male student, according to CHS Austin affiliate KEYE-TV. The Lockhart Police Department confirms that Fowlkes is accused of engaging in said conduct with a student at Lockhart High School. Lockhart Independent School District administrators learned of the alleged romance on March 10, just prior to the school’s spring break. Authorities said that they determined through a series of interviews that Fowlkes had in fact engaged in sexual contact with the student. The victim’s name has not been released, as he is underage. “It shocked me, especially since I used to go here,” River Morgan, a 2016 Lockhart High School graduate, said regarding the scandal. “I just feel like the teacher should know better than to do that,” Joe Chapa, another 2016 grad, told the Austin station that broke the story. Parents picking up students at Lockhart High School this week said they were surprised and disappointed, in the understatement of all time. Some said that the social media age doesn’t help matters. While it’s not an excuse, the easy online interaction between teachers and students makes it challenging to keep relations professional. “I feel like it makes it easier for an accidental relationship like that to happen,” Chapa said. “I think maybe there’s not as much of a distance.” “It should be much more professional.” Superintendent Susan Bohn emailed Lockhart High School parents on Monday to notify them of Fowlkes’ arrest and suspension, writing: “Lockhart parents entrust their children to us every day, and it is something we do not take lightly. Student safety is the district’s most important priority.” “As soon as we learned of the report, we acted swiftly to involve law enforcement and CPS to conduct a thorough investigation.” “The district does not and will not tolerate any improper communication or contact between a teacher and child,” Bohn added. Fowlkes has been with the district since 2014. According to her bio on the high school’s website, she taught anatomy (Did she ever! Too soon?), physiology and environmental systems. She previously taught third and fifth grade, but “Fowlkes will not return to the school district” in any capacaity, Bohn said in her statement. Earlier this week, we reported that Javi Marroquin is dating Madison Channing Walls , also a reality star from an MTV series. The news drew a decidedly mixed reaction from fans, given Javi’s recent divorce from Kailyn Lowry and Walls’ checkered past. She starred on a show called Real World: Skeletons for a reason. The 27-yaer-old has openly admitted to struggling with heroin addiction, though she now says she’s been sober for more two years. Apparently there are some in Javi’s inner-circle who don’t believe Walls is not an ideal mother figure for Marroquin’s son, Lincoln. Not surprisingly, one of those skeptics is none other than Lincoln’s mother, the pregnant Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry. Sources tell Radar Online that Kailyn found out about her ex-husband’s new romance the same way the rest of the world did. Lowry reportedly felt “blindsided” when Javi and Madison announced their relationship on social media via the above and below images. “Kail doesn’t know anything about a new girlfriend,” an insider told the celebrity gossip site on the day of the bog announcement. Of course, that may not be entirely Javi’s fault. Javi is forbidden to contact Kailyn due to a protection from abuse order Lowry sought and obtained from a judge in February. Kailyn says it’s because Javi entered her home without permission, a recent event that was chronicled on their MTV show. Apparently it’s not only Madison’s past substance abuse issues, which she’s been very open about, that have Kailyn upset. Madison has experienced at least one recent brush with the law, having been arrested for shoplifting from a CVS in 2013. Walls claims that the theft in question was one of many mistakes she made as a result of her lengthy and serious battle with addiction. She insists that she’s completely turned her life around since welcoming a daughter, Harper, with Real World co-star Tony Raines. Sources close to Kailyn say that’s another issue. She’s not happy that Javi may soon have another child in his life, as she feels it may draw his attention away from their son Lincoln. Of course, Kailyn is pregnant with her third child at the moment, having said she didn’t want any more kids – to Javi – just last year. So she can’t really say much on that score. Ben Affleck Completes Alcohol Rehab Program Right on the heels of estranged wife Jennifer Garner announcing that she’s ready to make the divorce final , Ben Affleck announced to his fans that he’s been addressing his issues with alcohol abuse. Ben took to his Facebook late yesterday evening to reveal that he’s been in a recovery program, in the interest of living his best life, setting an example for his children, and thanking his family, including Jen, for their support. This isn’t the first time that Ben Affleck has had to address his issue with alcohol. According to TMZ , Ben also spent some time in Promises Malibu back int 2001 for the same issue. There have been some reports that say he is looking to reconcile with Jen and she may be considering calling off the divorce, but that isn’t confirmed. Best of luck to Ben in the future! Milo Yiannopoulos is a douchebag of the highest degree . Just a terrible, terrible person. After building a career on being reprehensible and bigoted and disgusting, it turns out that endorsing pedophilia was what ultimately crossed the line for his supporters . “In the homosexual world particularly,” Milo said in a recently resurfaced video, “some of those relationships between younger boys and older men — the sort of 'coming of age' relationships — those relationships in which those older men help those young boys discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable, sort of rock, where they can't speak to their parents.” In the same video, he also said “I'm grateful for Father Michael. I wouldn't give nearly such good head if it wasn't for him.” He's been seeing the fallout from those statement for the past few days, and now the backlash has gotten so bad that he's resigned from his position as senior editor at Breitbart. In his statement, he explained that “I would be wrong to allow my poor choice of words to detract from my colleagues' important reporting.” But whatever his reasoning, the point is that his career is falling apart.
