Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: What Are They Getting Sued For Now?

We first learned that Tori Spelling is broke  over a year ago, and at first, the actress seemed to take actions that made sense for someone in dire financial circumstances. She downgraded her home, filed for bankruptcy, and took part in the proudest of washed-up starlet traditions by shilling for a psychic hotline . But it seems Tori was just going through the motions and pretending she knows what it means to be poor, because a lot of the stuff she did after that didn’t make a whole lot of sense – like getting pregnant with her fifth child . Don’t get us wrong – people shouldn’t be forced to forgo having children simply because their struggling financially. But maybe people who are 43, already have four kids, are constantly on the verge of divorce, and are struggling financially should hold off on the breeding for a while. Anyway, the decision has been made, and Tori and Dean McDermott’s family is about to expand by one. Which is something of a frightening thought, as they’re currently not even supporting their own kids. Okay, in fairness Tori and Dean are providing for the four kids that live with them – but not Dean’s teenage son from his first marriage. Page Six is reporting today that Dean’s ex, Mary Jo Eustace, is suing Dean for unpaid child support. Eustace was said to be “livid” when she learned that the couple recently partied at a $40,000 baby shower (hosted by Tori’s mother, Candy Spelling), despite the fact that Dean hasn’t paid child support in over a year. Now, it looks as though Dean’s deadbeat ways could have a criminal penalty. Sources say Eustace is hoping to have McDermott charged with contempt of court for failing to comply with the judge’s previous order. Needless to say, the McDermotts aren’t welcoming baby number five into the most stable of environments. Insiders say the renewed interest in her personal life has given Tori hope for a career revival. Robyn Brown and Kody Brown: Is It Finally Over?

We hope you’re sitting down, Sister Wives viewers. Because Life & Style claims that an absolute “Shocker” is about to… well… absolutely shock you. According to this tabloid’s latest cover story, Robyn Brown has finally had it with Kody Brown and will soon be filing for divorce from the Sister Wives patriarch.  But is this really as stunning of an announcement as the magazine wants us to believe? For starters, we watch Sister Wives online and even on television live when it airs sometimes. We’ve all seen the TLC tension mounting. Moreover, chatter over a Robyn and Kody split amid turmoil within the Sister Wives brood has been active for several weeks, if not months. In late December, Radar Online wrote that Robyn had finally grown sick and tired of her role both on both the TLC reality series and in her marriage. Therefore, that online source said, she decided to bail. An anonymous source told the website back then: “She is leaving the first week in January to go back to Utah with the kids and be with her family to figure out the next step in her life,”  Except… the last time we checked, the first week of January had come and gone and Robyn remains part of the Sister Wive family. Kody was also well aware of this divorce talk, Tweeting in response to allegations of his impending separation from Robyn two months ago : “Not true! [Robyn] and I just went to dinner and shopping.” That’s not the strongest denial we’ve ever heard of trouble at home, but it is true that Kody is still married to all four of his wives. One does need to wonder, however, why tabloid cover stories of this nature continue to appear if there’s legitimately nothing behind the divorce rumors. In this case, an insider claims Kody has melted down over his issue with Robyn, relying on a lot of “booze” and suffering “panic attacks” in the wake of many “fights.” There’s even a “24-year old who tore” Robyn and Kody apart. Allegedly. Does a “best friend” really “tell all” about the “house of horrors” in which the Browns reside?  We’re not about to pay actual money for this tabloid in order to find out. Back in November, meanwhile, various magazines claimed that Meri and Kody were the ones on the verge of a split. Those two have seemingly been at odds ever since the very first season of Sister Wives, with Meri unhappy that Kody wanted to exchange vows with other women. It didn’t help that Meri battled with fertility problems over the years and then it really didn’t help when Meri fell for a catfishing scheme . “I’m working very hard not to be hopeless,” Kody said at one point during Season 11 of his relationship with Meri. As for the other wives and their role in all this?  Really, it’s impossible to say at this point. As we’ve tried to document via the above photos of one tabloid cover after another, there is clearly tension within this household. Which shouldn’t exactly come as a surprise when you’re talking about numerous wives and cameramen being around at all times. The only question now is who will blink first, Kody or Robyn? Who will actually sign those divorce papers, or beg for another shot? And, of course, once that happens, who will therefore get her own spinoff, which is what it’s all about, right Tarek and Christina ?

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 Episode 14 Recap: Was Porsha Williams Lying?!?

There’s been a lot of back and forth between Kandi Burruss and Porsha Willaims over the past few weeks. This has a lot to do with Porsha’s claims that Kandi is a lesbian.  On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 Episode 14 , those claims grew arms and legs and Kandi was having none of it.  Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 Episode 14 Online When the episode got underway, Kandi was ranting and raving to the camera about the failed dinner party.  “All those fake, phony, hypocritical liars,” Kandi claimed. “I refuse to ride back on a bus with any of those girls from last night.” Kandi stuck to her guns and took a separate car, while the ladies slummed it out on the bus. If you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online , you will already know that Kandi can hold a grudge.  Sheree Whitfield got talking to the camera and seemed to think that Phaedra Parks was in on all of it.  “I am waiting for Phaedra to admit that she had some part of this whole lesbian thing,” Sheree revealed. Porsha then revealed to everyone on the bus that there was a huge possibility she did say those things about Kandi, but she did not recall when.  That’s textbook lying, Porsha and everyone already knows you’re lying, so the jig is up. This signaled the end of the glamping trip, but it did not mark the end of the drama.  When Kandi returned home, she got kandid in a confessional about Porsha.  “We all know that Porsha gets down with girls,” Kandi said to the camera. “I know it. She knows it. She knows I know it. We’re in the same boat together!” If that was not enough drama, Kandi revealed that she and Porsha engaged in a three-way with Todd Tucker.  “She was in front of me. He was behind me, and she kissed me,” Kandi revealed. “There was tongue, and then she told me she wanted to eat my p—y ’til I came.” Okay then.  While all of this crazy drama was going on, Phaedra got word that her divorce to Apollo Nida was finalized.  “I’m just hoping that we can remain good enough friends that we can celebrate some of the holidays together,” she mused It’s great that she wants to try at least to maintain a relationship with her ex-husband, but his new fiance will not like that.  View Slideshow: Real Housewives All Stars: Who Should Be Cast? While one relationship was ending, another was on the rocks. Porsha was worried about the way she and Todd acted around each other and questioned whether it was worth continuing their relationship.  Porsha’s central concern was that her man was not quite ready for a mature relationship. Todd gave her a necklace to apparently show how much she meant to him.  However, this was not enough to get back in her good books. Porsha started shouting about the way Todd lost his job and that she was not there to mother him.  He was not impressed, but Porsha said if he did not find a way to get his life back on track that they would be over for good. Could a new and improved Todd be on the horizon? Probably not.  Finally, Kandi and Porsha decided to clear the air with a lunch date. Porsha tried (and failed) to put the blame on everyone else and even attempted to change the subject.  “I’m not out here telling your business, but if you want to go there, Kandi, it is what it is,” she shouted. “Because if I’m single and that’s what I choose to do, but if I’m married and I choose to bring other women in my bed and flip flop them like pancakes, that’s something totally different.” View Slideshow: 10 Craziest Moments in Real Housewives History Porsha then claimed that Kandi had a sex dungeon and things got even tenser.  The argument ended when Porsha claimed Kandi was in a relationship with a woman for seven years.  Is this all a ruse for ratings, or do these claims hold any water? Javi Marroquin Breaks Down Over Losing Kailyn Lowry: Watch

If we've said it once, we've said it a million times … Poor Javi. Javi Marroquin, save for a few jealous tendencies, has always seemed like great guy — one of the best fathers on all of Teen Mom for sure. And in the latest season of Teen Mom 2, what with his and Kailyn's divorce and all the sadness that entails, it's just been heartbreaking to see him struggle with his new life. And make no mistake, he is definitely struggling. In this sneak peek from next week's episode of the show, Javi is off on a beach trip with his brother and a couple of cousins. As they're kicking back, having some drinks, they ask the U.S. Air Force member about Kailyn. And that was the wrong thing to do. Javi explains that he's been sad on the trip because he and Kailyn used to take the kids to the same beach. And then he starts crying. For real. He says “I'm sad because I don't have my family anymore,” and that “it just sucks” to go home to an empty house, with new things and no one there. As for Kailyn and whatever mysterious thing brought on the divorce , his brother tells him: “We all saw it coming, but we didn't say sh-t because it wasn't our place.” But that's of little comfort to Javi, who continues crying. Jennifer Garner Files For Divorce From Ben Affleck After two years of being legally separated, Jennifer Garner is finally pulling the trigger on an official divorce from Ben Affleck. If you’ll recall, rumors swirled that Ben had gotten a little too friendly with the family nanny …and Jennifer put Ben on probation with a legal separation. The two split semi-officially back in 2015, but continued to co-parent, share a home, and hang out socially on a pretty frequent basis for the last two years. In fact, these two were so buddy-buddy after their split that most folks wondered if the divorce was really ever going to happen. BUT Jennifer made it clear today that she’s not with the ishts with Ben anymore, and sent the official paperwork in to make their marriage a true thing of the past. But as a source tells Us Weekly , there’s really not any hard feelings between these two: “No matter what happens, Ben and Jen are committed to raising their family as one unit and will continue to do so as it has worked for them. George "The Animal" Steele Dies; WWE Legend Was 79

The WWE universe has lost a legend. George “The Animal” Steele, one of the wildest, most beloved and unpredictable superstars in the history of the company, has passed away from kidney failure. He was 79 years old. Born William James Myers, The Animal’s death was confirmed by WWE management and also by the ex-athlete’s wife, Patricia. She told TMZ Sports that Steele had been in and out of hospice care since last April. Prior to breaking into the sports entertainment business, Steele earned his Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University and became a high school teacher and wrestling coach in the Detroit, Michigan area. During this time in his life, Steele started to dabble in the world of professional wrestling, first appearing inside a WWE ring in 1967, where he feuded with WWE Champion Bruno Sammartino. Other feuds for Steele during this period included battles with Pedro Morales and Bob Backlund. He never won the title, but Steele was considered a strong, often-used villain for about two decades. Then, in 1985, a storyline found The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff abandoning Steele during a match. As a result, the wrestler ended up being managed by Caption Lou Albano, transforming into an oddball of a fan favorite with a green tongue and a penchant for eating the insides of a turnbuckle. In response to his death, Hulk Hogan Tweeted the following this morning: “My brother, only love, only grateful.” Added former wrestling manager and executive Jim Cornette: “Sorry to hear of the passing of George “The Animal” Steele–top star, great guy, had some fun car trips/talks with him in the 90’s. #RIP.” Here’s a look at other social media reactions from members of the WWE family: John Layfield : Got the privilege of traveling the world with George ‘The Animal’ Steele and enjoyed every minute of it. Leonard Myers Dies; Former New England Patriot Was 38

Sad news out of the sports world today, as former NFL cornerback Leonard Myers has passed away at the age of 38. Reports of Myers’ death were confirmed by TMZ just moments ago. Myers played his rookie season with the New England Patriots in 2001, the year that a young Tom Brady led the team to a Super Bowl victory over the St. Louis Rams. Myers went on to play for the New Orleans Saints, New York Jets, and Detroit Lions, but he would never again experience the sort of on-field success he enjoyed in that first year in New England. Myers experienced a string of bad luck after leaving football in 2005, following a brief sojourn in the CFL. That same year, he made headlines for selling his Super Bowl ring on eBay for $32,600. Myers had reportedly been battling cancer for several years at the time of his death. Before being drafter by the Patriots, Myers made a name for himself at the Univesrity of Miami as the team’s standout defensive back. A three-year starter for the Canes, Myers aided in the program’s historic rebound. The team went 5-6 his freshman year and 11-1 his senior year. Sadly, Myers would not experience the same level of success in the pros. In interviews, he often expressed his frustration with the Patriots coaching staff, who decided at the last minute to deactivate him prior to Super Bowl XXXVI. Myers says he was told he would start in the game, and it wasn’t until pregame warm-ups that Bill Belichick and company decided to remove him from the roster in favor of activating another offensive lineman. Those who knew Myers best say his disappointment at not realizing his boyhood dream of being able to take the field at the Super Bowl lingered for the rest of his days.  Most recently, Myers worked as he wide receivers coach at New Mexico Highlands University in 2015. Today, both Patriots and Hurricanes football fans are mourning Myers on social media. Though he may not have distinguished himself in the highly competitive world of the NFL, fans and teammates say his spirit and cn-do attitude made him a player they’ll never forget. Courtney Stodden Gets Naked, Opens Up About Divorce

Last month, we learned that Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison got divorced . In the weeks since, Stodden has sped right past the usual celebrity meltdown milestones. First,  Courtney developed a drinking problem (or at least pretended to #mystique). Shortly thereafter, she shaved her head for reasons that remain unclear. But just when we were braced for her to enter a rebound relationship with Charlie Sheen and start munching Xanax out of a bowl with a cereal spoon, she finally began to pull herself out of the tailspin. Yes, Coutney blew right by all the stops on the trainwreck tour so quickly she’s already at Redemption Junction. It’s almost like she was never really that upset about her divorce and is actually kind of okay with being rid of the creepster who’s 34 years her senior and married her before she was a legal adult. Anyway, Courtney is still pretending to be mildly heartbroken because she sort of has to, but she’s also posting lots of nude selfies, so color us interested: “I think both of us saw the warning signs for quite some time,” Stodden recently told Us Weekly. “Technically we’ve been split for two-and-a-half to three months now. It’s really recent and the emotions are still really raw.” Courtney added that she’s been occupying herself by becoming fluent in Dr. Phil-ese, saying: “It’s hard right now but we’re trying to individually find our happiness. It’s just really sad right now.” Stodden says that even though the marriage didn’t last, she still reflects fondly on her time with her acting coach-turned-Humbert Humbert: “He’s been my rock for me through so many things that I’ve been through,” Stodden told Us. “It’s been interesting for sure.” We’re starting to think that Courtney’s definition of “interesting” is very different from ours. Fortunately, Courtney’s boobs are lighting the way through this boring, boring time in her life: We’ll give her this much: Despite her youth, Stodden has a keen understanding of how the Internet works and she knows her strengths: There were three interesting things about her – her creepy marriage, and her boobs – and now she’s down to two. So she’s doing what any aspiring starlet with a thirst for fame and a dearth of talent would do: She’s flaunting the hell out of them, which is the proper way for her to process her divorce. After all, you can’t spell “Stodden” without double-D’s. Never change, girl.
