Dang, life just isn’t getting any better for AI . According to RadarOnline reports : NBA’s infamous bad boy Allen Iverson lost a legal battle with his former attorneys after he refused to pay for their help on his nasty divorce filing, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Tawanna Iverson, Allen’s ex-wife, filed for divorce back in June 2011 and the nasty divorce wasn’t settled until over a year later in Jan. 2013 — during at which time the judge who finalized the split shed the guard in a less than favorable light. “[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development. For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired,” the judge wrote in the divorce decree. “He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother.” Iverson allegedly refused to pay the firm over $60,000 for their services — so the firm sued him in a Georgia court and won against the baller on Oct. 30, 2013 to the tune of $64,892.61, which is the principal amount plus interest. But Iverson hasn’t paid up yet, so the firm filed a lien against him on Nov. 7. We really feel for those kids and poor Tawanna. That guy is the epitome of how your ego can rob you of EVERYTHING. We just hope he gets it together at some point before it’s too late to repair his relationship with his kids. That’s something you can never get back!

But it’s safe to say Sharon Osbourne has a different parenting philosophy than the First Lady, considering what she said about Bieber last night on Chelsea Lately. “He would have to go to the hospital to get my foot out of his ass,” Osbourne tells Chelsea Handler in the following clip. According to Radar Online: Tori Spelling has been telling friends she will go broke if she divorces her love rat husband, Dean McDermott, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. McDermott recently entered a rehab facility in Los Angeles, after the pair’s seven-year marriage was rocked by allegations that McDermott cheated with a woman named Emily Goodhand, who claimed she had sex with the actor during a two-day romp at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. Goodhand claims McDermott told her he was in a “sexless marriage” with 40-year-old Spelling, the mother-of-four to Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2 and Finn, 16 months. Friends of Spelling tell Radar, “She would definitely kick Dean to the curb if she could financially afford to do so… Tori has admitted she would file for divorce from Dean, but she is afraid she would go broke. “The couple has no prenuptial agreement, and Tori is the sole breadwinner. Dean wouldn’t settle for anything less than joint custody, and Tori would be forced to pay him spousal and child support. It’s a really sad situation for Tori and the kids.” “With the recent allegations that Dean cheated on Tori, she’s now kicking herself for not securing the prenup with Dean. She doesn’t plan on divorcing Dean, but feels that a prenup might could have prevented him from cheating on her.” Aaron Spelling‘s daughter revealed in her recent memoir, Spelling It Like It Is, that she was in serious financial debt. Tori “just can’t stop crying about Dean’s betrayal…she feels humiliated, and extremely angry at him,” the source added. “She seems to care more about the public perception of her than Dean’s cheating.” She should have hollered “we want prenup.”

Apollo Nida Arrested For Bank Fraud Apollo Nida might be headed from the reality TV small screen to the big house. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta regular and husband of cast member Phaedra Parks , was reportedly popped on charges of bank fraud & identity theft earlier this week before being released on $250,000 bail. Sounds like Phaedra has more drama going on off camera as she does on the show. via Daily Mail Forget the drama on the small screen, behind the scenes the Real Housewives Of Atlanta is even more dramatic. On Thursday, star Phaedra Parks’ husband, Apollo Nida, was reportedly questioned by US Marshals in Atlanta, Georgia and charged with bank fraud and identity theft. Apollo – who often appears on his wife’s reality show – appeared before US District Court on Thursday but was granted pretrail bail. According to Access Atlanta, Apollo was investigated by the Secret Service’s Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad. According to the site – who apparently obtained the complaint against the reality star – Apollo allegedly, ‘created fake companies, enabling him to access databases to find individuals to rip off’. ‘He opened fake bank accounts under those real names and funneled stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into those accounts.’ Messy doesn’t even BEGIN to describe this shady situation! Porsha, put on your big girl panties and pay your bills. She had no prenup with Kordell…so we know that divorce settlement was looking right. There’s no excuse to not pay her bills. According to Radar Online: Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart might want to re-think her divorce from NFL star Kordell, because she can’t pay her own bills now! According to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, she was sued by The Grandview Condominium Association in 2012 for falling behind on her homeowner’s dues and when she didn’t respond to the lawsuit, the Condo Association went back to court in Nov. 2013 because she still wasn’t paying. On Jan. 13, 2014 a judge signed off on court documents issuing the garnishment of her bank account to the tune of $17,859.67. SunTrust Bank will get the money on behalf of the Grandview Condominium Association. The court docs state that Stewart actually owed $13,584.67 in dues, but with interest, attorney’s fees, post-judgment interest and case costs included, the grand total is now nearly $20,000. Aside from raking in earnings on the hit Bravo show, Stewart has also started her own luxury hair collection company Go Naked Hair, which she better hope is a success so she can pay off her debt!
