Miley Cyrus has seemingly taken a side in her parents’ divorce. A few days after Tish Cyrus filed for a legal split from Billy Ray Cyrus, the couple’s famous daughter took to Twitter and posted a photo of herself, 13-year old sister Noah and their mom. And she captioned it: “The baddest bitches in the WORLD.” Safe to assume she means that in the most loving way possible. Miley later Tweeted a photo of herself and her mother and included with it three hearts. But the 20-year old star didn’t forget about Billy Ray entirely, despite sending out a bitter Tweet on the day his divorce was announced. “Happy Daddy Day @billyraycyrus,” Cyrus wrote this morning, just days after posting on the social media site: “Billy Ray Cyrus, since your text and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?” Ouch . Looks like all it far from calm in the Cyrus household. We hope it all works out.

Miley Cyrus strikes again! Billy Ray Cyrus’ Wife Files For Divorce Not only has Miley’s twerking caused an awkward twerking trend everywhere, it probably broke up her parent’s marriage. Can you imagine your daughter dropping her azz like it’s hot when it’s really lukewarm? According to TMZ Billy Ray Cyrus is getting divorced … TMZ has learned. Billy Ray’s wife, Tish Cyrus, is citing “irreconcilable differences” in her filing. Her decision to pull the plug on the marriage comes 3 years after Billy Ray filed for divorce but dropped it in an attempt to work things out. Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, of course, Miley. There’s only one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13. Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray. Tish is also asking for spousal support, and she wants him to pay her attorney’s fees. The date of separation is listed as TBD. A few hours ago, Miley tweeted @billyraycyrus, “since your texts and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this.” You know things are bad when your daughter has to contact you via Twitter.
Rachel Uchitel is single again! Tiger Woods’ #1 mistress is getting divorced after her husband, Matt Hahn, filed the paperwork earlier today. Matt’s reason? “Cruel and inhumane treatment.” Seriously. He put that. The troubled couple frequently engaged in explosive, verbal arguments; Matt alleges that Rachel Uchitel slapped him after he repeatedly called her names. There’s more. Rachel called 911 on Matt on May 16 after a particularly nasty verbal argument, asking officials for help getting him out of the house. She did not follow up with police or press charges after the situation was resolved; they didn’t officially separate until today, over three weeks later. Uchitel has not responded to the divorce filing . Rachel and Matt Hahn, a former Penn State football player, were married a year-and-a-half ago. They got together after her flings with Tiger and David Boreanaz . Uchitel welcomed their first child, a daughter, last year.

Dad Shoots Son Then Himself According to The NY Daily News A Louisiana dad shot dead his teen football star son and stayed with his corpse for several days before killing himself, police believe. Cops found the bodies of Matthew Tarto, 16, and his 52-year-old father Mark in their River Ridge home on Friday. Both died from gunshot wounds to the head. Detectives think Tarto murdered the boy as he slept in his bed before turning the firearm on himself, in his living room, several days later. “This has all the earmarks of an apparent murder-suicide, and the autopsy supports that finding,” said Col. John Fortunato from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. Cops were called to search the home after Tarto’s ex-wife Lisa started to worry about not hearing from her son. The victim, Matthew Tarto, 16, in a photo with his mother, Lisa Tarto. Matthew’s teachers at John Curtis Christian School — where he was backup offensive lineman on the 2012 Class 2A state championship football team — also reported his absence to authorities. They had been unable to contact him for 10 days. Investigations are still ongoing, but it has emerged that the elder Tarto was once alleged to have abused his ex-wife. The Advocate reports that she filed for divorce in 2008 and said he repeatedly accused her of infidelity, interrogated her friends and stayed up all night arguing with her. She said he became “cruel” and “obsessive” and threatened and belittled her in front of their son. She eventually scrapped the proceedings and the couple got back together. But in 2010 he filed for divorce himself where he demanded custody and alimony. The divorce was granted in October 2011 and the couple finalized a custody settlement in January. Clearly there’s something going on behind those locked doors he doesn’t want her to see . Now do y’all believe Porsha and Kordell’s divorce isn’t a publicity stunt? Via TMZ reports : Kordell Stewart REAALLLY doesn’t wanna see his estranged wife Porsha Williams anymore … ’cause the ex-NFL star just changed the locks on the family home to keep her out … this according to Porsha. The “Real Housewives of ATL” star just filed new docs in her divorce war with Kordell … and it appears the nasty split just got even NASTIER. According to the docs, filed in family court in Georgia and obtained by TMZ, Porsha claims Kordell has locked her out of their residence on multiple occasions … and she had to have her lawyer beg Kordell’s people for a key. Sources close to the situation tell us Kordell isn’t playing ball — and hasn’t forked over a key. But there’s more … according to the docs, Porsha tried to work things out with Kordell in a mediation session, but she claims he blew the whole thing off … and called it a “waste of everyone’s time.” Porsha wants a judge to force Kordell to either allow her to use the house … or pay her enough cash so she can get a “suitable alternative residence.” Sources tell us Porsha is currently living with her mom in ATL — guess she feels it’s just not a “suitable residence” for a grown woman. Calls to Kordell’s people have not been returned. The irony of that Bravo screen cap tho! SMH. Kordell sounds a little weak if you ask us, but folks are probably questioning whether Porsha was ever really in love with the man. Her attachment to the house makes it seem like more of a love for the lifestyle. Just sayin!
2 Chainz is off the hook for his recent marijuana arrest … which is not altogether shocking when you recall that the arresting officers to pics with the guy. The ruling came down yesterday, with a Maryland judge determining there insufficient evidence to prove the weed on the rapper’s tour van was his. Somewhere, everyone on the Justin Bieber tour bus is taking notes. The rapper got popped in February when cops pulled over 2 Chainz in a van he was riding in with six others. Chainz was the only one cited at the time. 2 Chainz complained later on Twitter about the “dam police f*ckn wit a n**ga. …. Locked me up and then Wanted pictures smh (shakin’ my head).” Well, at least now he can shake this off and move on. And roll a giant ass blunt .
Jessica Simpson’s parents Joe and Tina are officially divorced after 34 years of marriage. The judge put the final, legal stamp on their split this morning. As for why they split? The speculation there only continues. Tina cited “discord or conflict of personalities” when she hit Joe with the divorce papers in Texas last year, while he did not directly respond to his wife. He did, however, respond to the Joe Simpson gay rumors widely reported in the media, calling tales of his trysts with a pair of younger men “ridiculous.” It’s unclear who got what in the split, but hopefully it will provide closure for both, as well as Jessica and Ashlee Simpson, who it’s been very hard on.

Kim Kardashian Divorce To End Soon According to TMZ Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could settle their never-ending divorce case soon … TMZ has learned. The fleeting lovebirds are both ordered to appear in court soon for a settlement conference. The big hang-up is that Kris has been fighting for an annulment based on alleged fraud, and Kim has steadfastly refused to go down that road. She wants a clean, simple divorce. Sources close to Kris say there are various factors that are softening his position, including: There’s an ironclad prenup, if the case goes to trial Kris will get NO money from Kim (although as we previously reported Kris has demanded $7 mil from her — good luck with that). After all the depositions and legal docs flying back and forth, no evidence has surfaced showing Kim defrauded Kris — and that goes to the heart of his claim. Kris is about to get nailed with monetary sanctions for being a no-show at the last hearing and, in the process, he’s pissed off the judge who would be presiding over the divorce trial. If the case goes to trial and Kris loses, he could be in the hole for as much as a million bucks in attorney’s fees. Sources tell us each side has already racked up $300k in lawyer’s fees, and they’ll spend another $200k if the case goes to trial. We broke the story, if the case goes to trial and Kim wins, she’ll ask the judge to make Kris pay HER lawyer’s fees.
