In fact, he’s been overseas since February and has not bothered to visit his baby mama during that time, even as she struggles with Ray J telling the world he banged her first and Kris Humphries acting like a douchebag in her divorce proceedings. Simply put, Kanye would “like to move” to Paris , the source claims, but others confirm that Kardashian has no interest in such a change. Yes, she has an apartment in the fashion capital of the world… but that’s as far as she’s willing to take it. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are scheduled to come face-to-face today for a divorce settlement conference in Los Angeles. But there’s one little problem: the moronic Brooklyn Nets forward isn’t gonna make it in time. Sources confirm to TMZ that Humphries was in New York City this morning at 1. And with the first flight out of JFK not arriving at LAX until 9:15 a.m., it will be difficult for Kris to attend a hearing scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Both halves of the estranged couple are required to be present at the conference to attempt a resolution before their divorce case goes to trial. But Humphries may simply consider the event fruitless, considering he’s holding out for a $7 million payoff or he will continue to pursue an annulment. Kardashian is expected to call witnesses at the May 6 trial that will prove Humphries was well aware of what he was getting into all along, while Kris… is being sued by a clothing store owner who says he reneged on a deal. Chelone Miller, the brother of Olympic Gold Medal skiier Bode Miller, died on April 7 of a seizure. He was 29 years old. The sad news was announced today, as U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association President Bill Marolt confirmed the passing was a result of a motorcycle accident in 2005 that left Chelone in a coma for 11 days. “Chelone Miller was an aspiring elite athlete who had made great progress as a snowboardcross rider this past season,” Marolt said in a statement. “We are all deeply saddened at the news of his death and extend our condolences to the entire Miller family.” Miller had been focusing on snowboardcross in an effort to qualify for the 2014 Winter Olympics. Just last month he won the Rahlves Banzai Tour overall title with a victory in Sugar Bowl, California. Bode, meanwhile, was crowned the overall World Cup champion in 2005 and 2008 and earned a gold medal in the super combined at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Our thoughts go out to the Miller family.

Look for two managers, one attorney and a court reporter to all confirm that Kris was as interested in the business aspects of his marriage as the attention-starved pair of breasts he wed. They witnessed the two discuss and argue over various aspect of the prenup. Humphries, of course, has somehow contended that he was duped into a fraudulent union. Leaked documents do apparently prove that Kardashian faked many of the scenes from her reality show, asking Kris to propose a second time, for example, after she was dissatisfied with the first version. But no one can quite explain how this doesn’t simply prove Humphries was in on the farce all along.

Via TMZ reports : Porsha Williams is returning fire against her estranged husband Kordell Stewart … filing an official response to Stewart’s divorce docs, claiming she gave up her life to take care of Kordell’s son from another woman … and he needs to pay. TMZ broke the story … Stewart blindsided Williams with divorce papers this week, claiming Porsha doesn’t deserve a dime in spousal support because she is capable of earning her own income. But according to the new legal docs, filed by Porsha’s attorney Randall Kessler, Porsha’s marriage set her way back professionally … because she quit her job for two years while they were married (and even sold her businesses) in order to care for Kordell’s kid from another woman.
